From order to delivery to follow-up question a week later -- every step of my appliance purchase was outstanding. Seriously, I dreaded buying a new washer/dryer when mine broke. But Grand had the one I wanted in stock, for less than the big-boxes, a faster delivery (3 days vs. 3 weeks for the others), with a better deal for removal of my old one, and personal customer service (dude I spoke with on the phone actually answered my email within minutes of my sending it when I had a question the next week).Ill shop here again.
Our front loader after 8 years was giving us nothing but trouble. So after having a load of jeans soaking wet and machine stopping I google Grand cause we kept driving by the store saying we are gonna stop to see what they are all about. So I ordered on line a washer and dryer. The experience was wonderful. Mark was a great help and I would do it again.
Excellent service. We needed a new refrigerator for our condo--we had a very specific size it needed to fit and we wanted an ice maker. Matthew Johnson, our sales rep, spent time researching the dimensions of several models and presented us with all the options. We got exactly what we want AND it was less expensive than other places!

A very pleasant and easy experience purchasing a new refrigerator. Many other retailers were out of stock of the model we wanted. I was able to check on availability and delivery and place my order, all via text messaging. Once I reviewed the order, a sales rep called me to arrange payment. I went into Grand Appliance after a coworker suggested I buy my dishwasher from them. I left having purchased all 4 of the kitchen appliances I was in the market for here. I try to shop small as much as possible and given that their prices are the same as the Home Depot across the street, or Best Buy/ Lowe’s down the block, the decision to make such a big purchase here was easy. Bruce was very knowledgeable, not pushy, and helped me decide between very similar models. I appreciated the attentive service and having a contact I can directly reach out to should I have questions or concerns. I’d previously browsed appliances at those big box stores and never had anyone even approach me to offer assistance. Buying appliances is such an expensive purchase so I’m glad to have made my purchase here and will be recommending them to others, just as they’ve been recommended to me.

Staff was super helpful and had an answer to all my questions. The cherry on top was that the product I was looking for was on display and in stock so I had the chance to peep it before purchasing. Still waiting on delivery (5 days) so can not comment on that process yet.

This place was great. Very friendly and speedy plus $100 less than Home Depot with quicker delivery and a better warranty policies. This is definitely where I’ll be coming next time I need a new appliance.
I dont write many reviews, but I was impressed with speed, efficiency, and price; in regard to the ordering process which was all done online and with text to salesperson (who was very responsive).Delivery was fast and the two gentlemen who delivered and set up the new fridge were absolute pros and also very polite and professional.I was impressed with the whole process.

I have purchased five appliances from Grand over the past two years (fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and washer/dryer), most recently the washing machine / dryer.I will say that Grand does stand behind their appliances. I had an issue with my fridge which they sent a repair man out to fix for free about 60 days after my purchase, also I had an issue with the original washing machine delivered with it being defective, but my sales rep Garrett was very patient and worked with me to get a unit that met my specs and also was a good value. I am now very happy with that unit!I did remove one star because their installation guys did scratch my floors twice. While Grand did offer me compensation for that, I wish the delivery teams were more careful with hardwood floors.Other than that I would definitely go back to grand in the future. Ive had a good experience purchasing at Grand. They have a showroom nearby. Smaller and more specialized than BestBuy. Everyone matches prices these days. So you wont necessarily pay more at Grand than other larger stores. Their installation fee is less, too.
Bought a microwave from here. They came and installed it. Unit stopped working. Called back and spoke to a very rude person named Tanika who said this store doesn’t do repairs, and they don’t order parts. I asked wouldn’t the person who installed it be able to repair it ? And she was extremely rude and said “I’m not trying to make you feel stupid”I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN

My washer went out today. I needed something I could get today so I went to the grands website and it offered a link to talk to a sale person. I decided to reach out and they texted me back right away. The sales person was helpful and offered options for me. We went with their option after I looked at the reviews. They told me that they dont store any at their store but that I was able to pick up at their warehouse and I thought that was fantastic! The sales person was fantastic and very helpful and I truly appreciated it

Since 2014, I’ve replaced my dishwasher, washer & dryer and now the microwave above the range, as well as my elderly mother’s dishwasher. While I looked at other places for replacements, the guys at Grand know their products and don’t try to intimidate or oversell you. The installers know what they’re doing too. and everything works upon installation.

I am shocked. SHOCKED - that this place is still in business. Not just this store, but the coast to coast operation is, without a doubt, the WORST customer service entity I have ever encountered. They are uncaring, uncommunicative, and - most sadly - inept. They botched the installation of our dryer, ruining the product. Their efforts to arrange a replacement were dismal. No one will call you back. No one will help you. I skipped going through a big box store, thinking I was doing my part to help a local business. Should have done my homework. I implore whoever is reading this, thinking about doing business with them, DO NOT do it. My next email is to the BBB.

I was given immediate attention when I walked in. All questions were answered, as well as an inquiry as to what I valued most in my search for a stove. An attempt was made for accommodation of specifics and preferred delivery date, the fee reasonable.
The website said the refrigerator was in stock and could be delivered within 5 days. I get a call that they are out of stock and it would be around 90 days to get it back in.

Moji was super helpful in helping us pick out our Kamado Joe. He explained the pros and cons of Kamado Joe vs other brands and was really patient (we came in 3 times before we made a decision). Well definitely be buying appliances here in the future. Now we wait for the Kamado to arrive which they will deliver and assemble. expect an update post delivery.

During A holiday weekend a refrigerator went out and we needed to be replaced I called at least four other places and they all pretty much laughed so that they couldn’t do it will be two weeks before they get to us or at least 10 days. My salesman was fantastic and was able to deliver the fridge the Saturday which is in two days thank you ground planes you got a new customer for life

My husband and I were there one evening to look at my final selections for our upcoming kitchen renovation. We were pretty set on the fridge,dishwasher, and wine fridge...but were between two options for the range Neal came over to us and gave us some really good insight, which helped us finalize the decision. Our washer/dryer went out the week before Thanksgiving. For a couple of reasons, there was really only one unit we were considering as a replacement. Moji helped us find that unit and purchase it over the phone. He then helped us navigate a couple of delivery issues. He was helpful and communicative throughout the process. The price was competitive with the big box stores, haul away of our old unit was included in the delivery fee, and the delivery was seamless. We could not have been more pleased with our experience.

I had an appliance repairman from a major store chain try to fix my old washer. It’s simply not worth saving. New pump, new suspension required.I mentioned I was thinking of buying a new Speed Queen TR7003WN washer and he said to go straight to Grand Appliance and don’t even think of anyone else. He said he never had to work on Speed Queen washers because they seldom break.

The website worked well and I found exactly what I wanted quickly at a great price. However, after I had placed my order and paid, I got aN email from a sales rep saying the item was out of stock and not expected for at least 4 weeks. I called to try to change my order and find a similar item in stock, but reached only voicemail. It was 5:10 pm, so I didn’t expect an answer, although he sent me the email at 4:59.I did not get a return call the next day (Thursday) and still had no return call by noon on Friday. I called again and got voice mail. I left a second message. No return call.I went elsewhere and found what I needed. I am still working to cancel my my order and get a refund.

After 8 calls, I finally was given Kevins name and was sent to his voice mail. I called and cancelled my order because Customer service is key, especially since I am a small business owner. My moto poor service up front, worse on the end. Kevins customer service skills saved the sale.
