The guys that came to do my install were outstanding... The amount of care for not only my home but also the work bench & cabinets they installed was off the charts good. I wasnt sure what to expect but I appreciate that it was a Nordstrom like experience... Best of the Best!

Hired Big Helpers to install blinds in all nine of my windows. Work was done in under two hours. Everyone was responsive, helpful, friendly, and efficient. Would definitely hire again!

Highly recommended! They assembled and installed a murphy bed for us in a timely, professional manner. Crew was great about COVID safety protocols. Crew was very nice and was careful about not scraping walls, damaging floors, etc. Would definitely use them again.

Big Helpers is an AMAZING company. I first got in contact with Toni, the office manager, in May about assembling all of my furniture in June once I moved back to Chicago. She was extremly professional, very nice, and helpful. Setting up the appointment was a breeze. The two guys that assembled my furniture, and it was a lot of pieces, did an excellent job. So much so that I scheduled another appointment for them to hang up all of my artwork and floating shelves. I plan to continue to use them for any future home needs and refer them to all of my family/friends. Big Helpers is a lovely company that works with integrity and care. Thank you, Big Helpers!

My mom needed to have some kitchen stools assembled, and due to the circumstances of her recent move it had to be a last-minute thing. I contacted a few furniture assembly places for a price estimate. Big Helpers was the first to get back to me, and they were able to squeeze us in despite the time crunch. Their estimate was the most fair of the estimates we received as well. The manager/owner with whom I communicated was very responsive, courteous, and thorough, informing me of everything I needed to know and think about in advance. Due to strict rules of the building, we needed to work out a particular arrangement and she was more than accommodating of this. Jeremy, the handyman who would be the one to assemble our furniture, was accommodating as well. On the appointed day and time, Jeremy arrived promptly and quickly got to work. He got the job done within the estimated time and he did it very well. He was courteous and friendly as well. We were VERY happy with the experience of working with Big Helpers from start to finish, and we will use them again the next time we need any furniture assembled. Highly recommended!

Ive been using Big Helpers for a long time and have always had a positive experience. I found them on Google when I needed furniture assembly services a couple years ago, and was impressed by their professionalism from how they handled my call in the office to the services performed in my home. I was delighted to learn they offer so many different services! In addition to assembling all my furniture, they installed a gorgeous back splash in my kitchen, painted my living room, built my kids swingset and I even use their housekeepers when I am having a special event! They recently helped me out of a jam and have proven themselves to be a BIG help indeed! Everyone there is awesome! I recommend them to my friends and they always make me proud.

I would strongly advise against using this service. They showed up 2.5 hours late for my appointment and proceeded to take 1.5 hours longer than the higher end of the estimated time for my furniture assembly. Big Helpers then proceeded to charge me for the additional 1.5 hours. When I provided this feedback, their only form of compensation was a free 30 minutes of work if I decided to do another 2-hour minimum (essentially, my compensation was to just purchase more of their service). I would strongly, strongly suggest people interested in furniture assembly services to look into other options.

My company uses Big Helpers ALL the time and they are awesome!! Quick to respond, super friendly, and they get the job done. Weve experienced a lot of growth which requires ordering a lot of furniture for the office and Big Helpers is always available to get everything assembled. We love them :)

We have used Big Helpers twice, the first time was to put together our large outdoor patio set and a second time to hang up pictures and a tv. I highly recommend their services! They were quick and completed all of the projects with no issues.
