It was very easy to schedule a cleaning and they sent me several reminders through email.On the day of the cleaning, Bruno called me in advance to let me know when he would arrive. Upon arrival, Bruno went through the process and explained everything to me. He was very professional and did an outstanding job! He showed me how dirty the ducts were and they were spotless after. The technician that they sent called me 30 minutes before arrival and was right on time. My dryer duct was so backed up - I cant remember the last time it was cleaned. It would take hours to dry one load. The service exceeded my expectations and was so much more reasonably priced compared to other quotes I received. The tech was very efficient and professional and even happily dragged his ladder through the back ally to reach the vent which is up on the 2nd floor of my city apartment. My dryer is working perfectly now and my clothes no longer smell like a wet dog!! Thank you!

I called Lowes (make sure it is the right one because there are two different Lowes online). Julio came out and he was EXCELLENT! He spent about 3 hours cleaning the vents of one of my rental houses. He was very careful and explained the whole process to me. The results were noticed by my renter so much (cleaner air/ no mildew smell anymore) that I called them back to do my own house! The price was very reasonable and the value a 5 Star because they did a fine job. I would definitely recommend them, and have used them twice.

These guys did an excellent job! They arrived right in the middle of the 2-hour time frame, just as estimated when we scheduled the service yesterday. We really needed our dryer vent cleaned out and went ahead and got the $249 package deal to get the other vents cleaned as well. They were very polite and left no mess. They even changed out our furnace filter, which I figured I would do after they left. We will definitely call back in the future!

I have my air duct and dryer vent cleaned by Lowes. The staff is very friendly and courteous. He was in and out of house for 3.5 to 4 hours constantly working. Also he only needed us to show the vents once at the beginning and showed us the progress once in the middle, so I was able to do other things uninterrupted the rest of the time. The service performed is high quality as well.I will definitely recommend this service to other people.

The service was overall fine. The gentle cleaned the vents and made a few holed in the furnace to get inside, which would have been nice to know ahead of time. He also spoke very little English so I could not ask him any questions. We also paid for a video inpection and never received one. After minutes of trying to translate I was shown a few pictures of the vent covers which does not help me to know what the inside looks like.I would only recommend if you do not care about these concerns.
