Two gentlemen arrived on time as promised. They explained what they were going to do. Care was taken with our furniture and walls. They were diligent and even found a return vent I did not even know I had. They pointed out a few issues and even suggested I reposition my dryer to better position the dryer vent. The dry time is now much improved. I have noticed a significant reduction in dust in my home which has benefited the dust sufferers in my home. Eve Air Duct Cleaning were great! They explained the whole process of the air Duct cleaning and sanitizing. They worked well together and answered all my questions. Jeremy showed me before and after pictures of the filters and ducts. They cleaned up after each area and they are very restful of my belongings. I highly recommend this company. She gave me all kinds of options as I was moving into a home with mildew and possible mold issues to remove them all from the home. Theres a fresh clean new smell and energy in our home! The technician Mark is awesome, he called to set up the appointment, called and confirmed it, even called to offer to come earlier to beat the rain. A true professional in every way, totally knew his job 110%. He discovered that when the roofers replaced the roof on the townhouses, they never put back the dryer vents. Excellent work and customer service. All cleaned up after the work was complete. Suggested to check my dryer vent line and I was absolutely astounded with what they found. The technician has saved me lots of hydro with drying clothes but also potentially saved me from a dryer/house fire. This dryer vent was supposedly cleaned in the past year but I will post a pic of what he cleaned out of the line. I would highly recommend Jeremy again and again! Not only was he professional and friendly, he was understanding and kind when a key mixup caused him to get a 30 minute late start due to my mistake. Then he didn’t just come in, clean the ducts and leave, he was very thourough in explaining things he noticed that would help us as we moved into our new house. He noticed our dryer vent didn’t have a cover and he tought me how to use filters effectively and gave tips on how to keep our ducts clean long term.

We called and set up an appointment to have our dryer vent serviced. They gave us a three-hour window. Three hours came and went. We called back; they said they would call the technicians. One additional hour passed and still no call. We called back and they said they would contact the technicians and have them call us. Two additional hours go by and still no word. We called again and had to call three times before anyone picked up. They finally picked up and said... you guessed it - they would call the technicians. When I asked if they could call and let us know one way or the other if someone was coming, they said “someone will probably call.” Extremely unprofessional service. We wasted the entire day waiting for them. We will be calling a different company tomorrow.
