I used Kurt and Karls business for my condo association and they couldnt have done a better job. They were immediately responsive when I reached out and were able to get a large job scheduled in less than a week. They arrived on time and were kind and friendly. Literally within 2 minutes of me reaching out via Yelp for a quote, the owner Karl got back to me with pricing, a detailed explanation of their process, and was even able to work around my schedule to get the job done around some other work that was happening in the house.The team that did the work was amazing, specifically their lead technician Chris. Chris and John came to clean my dryer vent and ducts. I had other companies do this but they were the first to actually go all the way up to the vent and cleaned out the mess clogging things up. They were professional and got the job done timely and left with my dryer all hooked back up and clean and ready to go! They came prepared with PPE and shoe covers, so I felt completely comfortable allowing them in, during this time of COVID-19. (They also used disinfectant!) I had the UD crew out today to clean my ducts. They were fantastic! They were on time, didnt make a mess, and even fixed my drier vent which was outside if their scope. Would HIGHLY recommend!!!

Two guys came for air duct and dryer vent cleaning. They were both super nice and very helpful. Did a great job cleaning. They wore protective covers for their shoes which was appreciated as well. They found the air duct for the back of my dryer was ripped apart and fixed it all up. Price was very fair to other companies as I asked other highly rated ones. They did it all for $275. Great job.

Ugly Ductling attracted some bad attention for my Condo Association for something that was entirely my fault. I want to say that Karl offered the easiest and best estimate for dryer vent cleaning and was incredibly responsive to emails and educational.As with all problems, they dont all happen politely at once. On the day his team was scheduled to take care of our dryer vents I (who was the point of contact) was called into work early (leaving my roommate with access to my unit), my phone was broken and my computer was unreliable and I had a more personal issue to sort through as well. I emailed about the phone contact changing to my roommates number the night before and took for granted all of his past lightening fast responses.The address was written incorrectly on the work order, Im embarrassed to say that at one point in our emails I was the source of that typo, although at another point I had written it correctly.Despite this, Karl offered an immediate remedy-- a whopping discount on an estimate that was more than fair to begin with. I have full confidence in this business and hope that we get to continue a relationship with him. As far as the address, it was of course a small typo and a tenant was able to see the truck driving by. I am shocked that any business is able to provide such a tight, PROMPT window.I have full confidence in ugly ductling and would hire for myself personally in a heart beat.

I gave them so much business and they deceived me! The guys said they are very tired and had a long day as soon as they walked in... They walked in at 3:00 and I told them I will go and pick my daughter from bus stop while they work. I came back home at 3:15 and they said they were done! How in the world can you finish a 4,000 sq ft and over 35 vent home in 15 minutes??!! I trusted them because they “looked” like really nice guys. After they left I saw they didn’t even do half of my house. And I am dying here with allergies and dust. Never giving them business!

I cant believe i havent called these guys sooner! Matt and Chris did an excellent job on our air ducts and dryer. Fast, effective and courteous. Very mindful of our freshly painted walls and recently remodeled floors. I called Karl, and was able to get an appointment the very next day. 5 stars truly arent enough.

Shortly after moving into our new home, my wife and I noticed that our allergies were flaring up. We knew the previous owner hadnt cleaned the vents in years, so we called Ugly Ductling.I talked to Karl on the phone, and he was very polite and professional in scheduling a cleaning. He and his crew arrived exactly at the scheduled time and worked quickly and efficiently. They showed me the amount of dust they were able to clear out (yuck!), and then they showed me how our vents were clean as a whistle. And I paid exactly what Karl quoted - very upfront and honest pricing.After the vent cleaning, we noticed an immediate impact. My wife and I are no longer congested in the mornings and we dont need to dust as often. I highly recommend Ugly Ductling to all!

Very professional. Matt & Adam showed up right on time and did a great job cleaning our blocked dryer hose, and they even went into the back of the dryer to vacuum out any extra stray lint (quite a feat for a stacked unit in a tight space). They were incredibly helpful & answered all our questions. Would highly recommend.
