So I scheduled a pickup for larger items ( yard equipment, couch, and TVs ) I was told yes they could take it all for $35 starting with. Okay so I had a little more then I anticipate it. So I figure okay they’ll just tack on the additional price, seeing how he said ( starting at)Everything was good the drivers very friendly. However, we noticed they had forgotten the tv so I called the office spoke with Chris, he proceed to tell me they don’t take tv’s! This was after I was told they did and then it went from no tv’s to only flat screens, which was never told to me. I asked for a supervisor and he said he was, so I asked for a higher up which he refused to give me. But for anyone needing to speak to someone higher her name would be Cathy! All in all the drivers were friendly but the office very unwilling to accommodate prior arrangements. Thank you to the driver and his partner for your service.

Dumpster emptied every two weeks and additional items outside the dumpster. Extra pickup times easily arranged when needed.

I just witnessed a driver doing a dangerous speed down a rural road where horses and children are regularly out. This is not ok!
