I registered with this company two weeks ago for the 5 bag service. I was told my trash would be picked up the following Friday. It did not get picked up. I called and was told it would be later that day. Came home after work and saw ir was still not picked up. Left a message — no response. I called again after the weekend to be told “Are you sure you have an account with us? I can’t find you anywhere” by the very person who confirmed my account on the first phone call.At least I didn’t have to cancel my service— they didn’t even complete the account set up in the first place. Very unprofessional and unreliable.

Locally Owned by an amazing gentleman. Trash is always picked up on time with friendly service . My dogs look forward to trash day as they wait for their special treat as well . That’s service you don’t see very often now days .

Countryside has serviced our church (Fellowship Baptist Church) for 8 years and they have been amazing! The guys are are friendly and helpful and have awesome customer service skills! So thankful to have such a dependable service!

Always pickup on scheduled days unless weather prevents. Dumpster is always well maintained.

Countryside has been amazing! Weve been with them for over 4 years now and have had nothing but great service. Pick up is always on time and they are willing to take a few extra trash bags when needed. Thanks guys!

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. When I called they were very knowledgeable and gave some helpful advice as well. Great service.

We dont personally use the service but our neighbors do and when they come through our neighborhood they drive way to fast. When we tried to talk to them about it they just got smart. Dont consider them safe for a family neighborhood.

Country side is the best, Flyte was terrible. Im so appreciative for Country side. Oooh my, they came up, spoke to me like respectable humans. They helped me with with anything I asked, mind you flyte had not picked up in months. They had to lift a huge trash can. They thanked me for calling, gave me 2 cards to ensure I can reach them. Just freaking fantastic....

My trash has been sitting here in the dumpster for this whole month and has not been picked up... I have left 3 messages and even personally drove to their office where i notified them and its been a week after that encounter and still my trash can is still stinking up the neighborhood
