Karishma has been so helpful and welcoming throughout my move in process! She is kind and compassionate. She is quick to respond to all of my questions and make sure everything is just right. You can tell she cares about the comfort and happiness of the residents. She always asks how my pup is doing too!

The maintenance man who fixed my ac was wonderful. He was quick, and checked everything. He had it up and running very fast. I think his name was Mike but Im not sure. I am recovering from congestive heart failure and a stroke and have difficulty speaking. He was very patient when I struggled to speak and made sure I understood what he said when explaining what he had done. I appreciate the speed and patience he showed.

Would give zero stars if possible. This place is absolutely awful and does not help tenants or future tenants(who you’d think would get the best service) whatsoever. You may get someone to answer the phone one out of 15 tries and even then they are almost zero help. You are constantly redirected to a help desk that “puts in an order” yet never reaches back out. I cant even imagine how frustrating it would be to have a maintenance issue and trying to get some assistance. HIGHLY recommend renting elsewhere.

The staff is awesome! The new manager Lindsy is the nicest person you can ever meet. Karishma is great and always gets us taken care of.

Maintenance came promptly and resolved my problem in timely manner replacing leaking faucet in bathroom. I have lived here eight yearsVery few problems that required servicing. When needed, the serviceman came promptly and efficiently corrected the problem to my satisfaction. Thank you Adam!

I’ve never left google reviews but this is too much to tolerate. I was looking for a short term lease in a hurry. The apt I was interested in was not available during the room tour. So they showed me a show room and said that the one I’d move in would be pretty similar except for the color of the counter/ cabinets. It is NOT similar AT ALL! The room is smelly and the windows are full of dust! And the carpet is dirty and the odor is insane! I already regretted the first day I moved in. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS! You can find way much better apartment at the same price!Some updates:Karishma was very helpful finding me another apt available in this community. The new apt is exactly what I was looking for. Thanks for helping out on this new apt hunting process.

This is great place to stay. Much improved since new management takes over. Much cleaner neighborhood, staff were extremely polite and respectful. Property is organising events which were fun for entire family. Children park is finally coming up. Gym is renovated.Laura, Britanny and Adam are the best from the management!!!

The management of this property has declined in the 6 years Ive lived here. The current property management focuses solely on new tenants, with little to no regard for their long term renters. There are no incentives to renew your lease, only rent increases year after year. The communication from the office staff is untimely and poor. The property is in decline: bad windows, gutters falling, siding coming down, amenities not kept in working order, lighting issues, etc.

I had a leaking problem in my bathroom and the office send people come to fixed within 20 minutes after I called. And the worker did a great job!

I recently moved to this place. Property Manager Karishma is very welcoming and helped us with all the information we needed. She is very professional and friendly. Onboarding process was very smooth. So far liking this place and neighborhood.

Shoddy apartment quality at best. Staff is quite rude and will create made up reasons to charge you when they see fit. The apartments are not in good condition, they seem to pursue a bandaid-fix solution for any problem and covering it in paint.I will not be recommending anyone to live here.

I am very lucky to have some great neighbors next door that are always offering to help. I like that I am close to grocery stores, restaurants and retail stores. Maintenance and staff are very friendly.

So far everything has been great. They kept the sidewalks and roads safe for me and for my do. I never worry about out after dark because the community is so well lit. Brittany has been fantastic to work with from day. She always has a smile on her face no matter what time of day or the situation at the time. The Adams have been right there to take care of the small things and the big ones that come with maintaining a place to make sure some feels at home

Ever since Renew has taken over the property it has been a night and day experience. They do a great job in making the residents feel like they matter. Laura and Brittany and the maintenance staff are awesome and keep things fun and lively. If you are looking for a great place to live with awesome renovations and cool amenities this is where you want to be!

Excellent service! The manager was very helpful and prompt. I am very much impressed by the managers willingness to be of prompt assistance when required (which is rare these days). The apartment units were also good. I would highly recommend ReNew Chesterfield apartments.

Their maintenance crew is tremendous. Adam constantly makes sure appliances in the apartments are running smoothly, and if they arent he makes sure he is quick to fix them. Definitely would recommend this apartment complex.

Adam B. Is very good with the maintenance and fixed the problem efficiently. We have been very pleased overall. They are efficient with communication which is very nice. We do wish there was sone sort of 60 day reminder before your lease was up before being charged an extra months rent. Seemed a bit sneaky but i understand it was in our original paperwork just make sure to tell them 60 days in advance before your move out day so you dont get charged too. Otherwise great.

I have lived here since 2013. I have always liked the apartment complex, but the new management is doing some serious sprucing-up, as well as doing additions to the property, that were highly needed. They relate well to the residents and if repairs are necessary, they get right on it! Adam (Maintenance) does a GREAT job! They (Laura, Brittany, and Adam) are all friendly, professional and really interested in keeping the residents happy to be here!

Things have really taken a turn for the best since the new management took over. The property and our unit is looking much better since we moved in. Fun community events are planned now too. Excited to see what new things are still to come. Definitely a dog friendly place.

I am really glad that I made the decision to move into Hunters Glen Apartments! They are well maintained, the neighborhood is quiet, they have amenities such as a playground that my daughter enjoys, a really nice clubhouse available for tenant use, and they even have a dog park for those that have pets! I cant forget to mention how wonderful the staff is! They are very professional, friendly, and was able to answer any questions that I had while going through my leasing process. Maintenance has been awesome as well as there is nothing that I needed done that they havent been able to take care of in a timely manner. With all of these perks, it made it very easy to make my decision to move in, so I am glad to be a part of the Hunters Glen community!

While looking for my next apartment I toured both Hunters Glen and Village Green. Hunters Glen was by far the best decision that I have made. The office staff was very welcoming and friendly (unlike Village Green). I also spoke with several residents at the dog park and they all had wonderful things to say about the property, maintenance, and staff. I will be moving in June and am excited for my new apartment.

The office staff and maintenance are great and really good at meeting the needs as quick as they can. Also, they are always looking for ways to improve and bring the community together. I recommend this place

Its quiet, maintained, feels safe, pet friendly, management always polite, smiling and helpful. The new managment seems to be constantly making improvements, adding new features that make life easier. Maintenance requests are always answered promptly. Ive enjoyed my year stay here.

New plumbing and stairwells. Power washed exterior and replaced drafty windows. I have lived at ReNewChesterfield (and before that Hunters Glen) for 3 years. Overall, my residency has been quite good. When I have needed maintenance, it was done quickly, efficiently, and effectively. I have my own washer and dryer in my apartment. I have a close-by reserved, covered parking space. I am comfortable and the apartment is great.

Adam B. was great fixing a recent maintenance request I had. He communicated with me at every step in the process and was very proactive getting the situation resolved.

Apartments are well appointed for the price, and after some conversation with management regarding previously stated issues, I feel that updating my review is only fair.The apartments are well appointed, location is just about unbeatable (depending on where you work), and the building support staff have always been prompt and courteous.Communication between employees could be better, but barring a few small issues, nothing major.

The team at Renew is pretty cool. Adam, the maintenance leader, is really great and goes above and beyond.

Maintenance and office staff have been responsive and helpful. The one issue I’ve had is with the old stove/oven. It’s had different repairs done, but it should be replaced (especially before new tenants). Location is great!

Moved my daughter and her roommate into Hunters Glen in February. The application process was quick and easy, the management was extremely polite, professional and attentive. The apartments are nicely updated and in a great area of Chesterfield. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment complex and community as it is within close proximity to great restaurants, shops, groceries, and highways.

I have lived at Hunter’s Glen for the last 8 months. They are probably the most pet friendly apartment I have ever lived at. There is a good sized dog park that not only can my dog enjoy but I enjoy the company of the other friendly dog-parents in the complex. I feel very safe at Hunter’s Glen and the location is absolutely prime being right on Clayton road across from Target and Whole Foods!

The staff is very helpful and friendly! I would highly recommend living here! Great community! Most things needed for everyday are within 5 mins or less!

I been a resident at ReNew Chesterfield formly Hunters Glenn since 2017. Since the transition Im loving the upgrades. Laura and Brittany long term employees of the company are very nice and help you out. Adam and Austin in Maintenance are there asap to fix any problems you have. Its close to Restaurants and Grocery stores.

This is a great place for first-time renters like myself. The management staff has been more than helpful with the renting process and paperwork (especially considering I had to move in on a short notice for a new job and I was new to this sort of thing). Theyre always quick to respond with any questions I have and seem to treat me like a real person and not just another client or leasee.Not only is the staff nice, but the locality is as well. This isnt too close to any colleges, so you wont have many (if any) late-night parties waking you or keeping you up; I havent yet. And from what I can tell, there seems to be a lot of families here. I personally am not supporting a family, but I would say this does foster a pleasant environment to live in, at the least. Not to mention, Hunters Glen has a handful of restaurants and grocery stores within a fair walking distance from it, which can be a huge help to someone whos just moved and doesnt know the local hotspots yet (or cant afford a fare for a taxi or a similar service).The unit Im renting has been great as well. There were no surprise leaks or serious damages when I moved in. Which, to be fair, they were also able to show me the unit that I ultimately signed for upfront, so Im sure they made certain to go through a checklist of some sort prior. Its no five star resort, but it doesnt try to be. Its definitely a home you could hang your hat in, should you choose to.

Lived here for almost 3 years before purchasing a house. A great kept up complex with a perfect location and views. The management personal Beth is very helpful and well experienced. Deposit amounts are fair and are credited as any other leasing company. Quick maintenance response time, all in all perfect place.

Just recently moved here. They created an easy transition and are very helpful. They are their for any questions and will find the answer if they dont know!

Beware of hidden fees. I lived here for several years, always paid rent early, always kept a tidy apartment and followed policies, and even turned in my keys a few months early from the end of my lease. Still, they came up with hidden fees like a required carpet cleaning after move out (even though they are renovating apartments), a fee for leaving early (even though I paid rent for every month on my lease, and other illogical items they added to the list. I liked this place prior to contract issues. I do not recommend moving here. Do not trust them with your bank account.

While searching for apartments I came across Hunters Glen online and scheduled a tour. The office staff was extremely helpful and the property was in great condition. I am not looking to move until my current home sells but when I do it will for sure be to Hunters Glen.

I moved in when this was Hunters Glen, and ReNew Chesterfield has been a huge downgrade. DO NOT MOVE HERE. They try to be hip and savvy, but they will do anything they can to make an extra dollar, including charging you to be able to RECYCLE. Because apparently, saving the world should cost you. They changed our shower heads and sink taps to faucets with zero water pressure. They spend more time painting doors red and putting up pretty signs than they do salting the parking lots when the weather is poor. And while they do claim to be pet friendly, but their actions over the past few months have shown far otherwise. I am highly dissatisfied with this company.

I have been very happy living at Renew Chesterfield!!! The staff is wonderful and very helpful!!! I just had a maintenance issue and Rease their maintence man came to my rescue and repaired the problem immediately and was knowledgeable and courteous and fixed the issue ASAP!!! I highly recommend living here and the fact that they hire such wonderful maintence people like Rease!!!

I took a new job in Atlanta and moved after living at Hunters Glen for 1 1/2 years. I had little maintenance issues, apartment complex was in a great location and was very quiet. Safe neighborhood. I would move back there if I were to return to St Louis.

PET OWNERS BEWARE.This apartment complex claims to be pet friendly, but they are constantly proving otherwise. The sole reason I chose this apartment complex over others was because it had a wonderfully spacious dog park for my dog to run in. Unfortunately, the park did not meet ReNews aesthetic standards, and they gave us a new dog park. I think I speak for all dog owners when I say, this new dog park is not useable whatsoever. This park is not even half the size of our old one. Its so muddy that we cannot take our dogs out without having to immediately give them a bath afterwards. And on top of all of that, its incredibly dangerous to our dogs, as I have seen dogs jump over the small fence, and get their heads stuck underneath. Dog owners tried to constantly explain to the management that their new park was not acceptable, and they did not seem to care. They took down the fence of our old beloved dog park (in what I believe was out of spite that we kept using it instead of their new one), and havent done anything useful with the space in over a month. I relied on this dog park so much to give my dog the exercise and socialization that was needed, and it was all taken away. We have a community of dog owners that are incredibly unhappy with this management.

Had very worst experience with OLD (Hunters Glenn Management) now same with Renew Chesterfield Management also. This apartment complex is absolutely terrible, they will lie all the time. Management staff are the fakest person youll ever meet. Dont trust her. They will do anything it takes to..They are cheating based on the area demands..

Dont move here, they dont care about the residents. I have been living here for about 6 years but in the last 6 months the service has become a nightmare.

Please DO NOT MOVE HERE....Worst Staff i have ever seen ..Everything looks good on the surface, but these people will lure you in with a special then just prior to moving in will claim additional upgrades that will boost the rent a couple hundred bucks.I suggest passing by this place and dont look back otherwise you will regret wasting all the time and money going through the motions!

Unprofessional customer service, no way to receive a full refund even thought apartment is in good shape, they try to make extra money when you leave the apartment and not to return eligible refund
