Went to this car wash for the first and I absolutely loved it. The manager Anthony was super helpful and sweet. My car hasn’t looked this good in a while. Highly recommend this place!

The monthly RVA club is a great deal. Lots of free extras for the members. Car wash works well, even added shine to my tires. Definitely worth $22/month.

Well it definitely gets my car clean lines are usually long but you get through them pretty fast.

I went through the wash yesterday and Gavyn was very helpful. It was my first time going and he was a huge help and he also guided me on to the track. I definitely will be back!

I would recommend this car wash to anyone! The car wash itself is awesome, got my car very clean and tires looking brand new. The vacuums are free after your wash which is very convenient and they are just as good as the wash. I was approached by the manager Delaney while washing my car, she made sure I had a great experience and made sure I had everything I needed to get the full affect. She was very sweet, she made me feel like she really cared and loved her job which ultimately makes the experience a 15/10 for me!

Great deal for the money. Getting into some of the car washes is a little tight for full sized trucks but it can be done.

I love this car wash! I come through almost every week and every time I come through there is this young lady there named Delanie. She is always super helpful, polite and very patient with me. Any questions I have always get answered. Any concerns I have about the wash or my vehicle always gets taken into consideration and handled if possible. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone due to the great service and great customer service!

Pretty good car wash. You have to wipe your car down your self but the wash got it most of the way clean so just a dry off with the towels.

Im just used to Lightning McClean in Lynchburg, this is just not near as good. OK for the options around here i guess.

As usual excellent wash and excellent service when I had trouble getting tire cleaner from the vending machine. The monthly plan is well worth it.

It was ok. Im used to Mister Car Wash where Im from. The car wash was pretty normal and to be expected ( I did pay extra for the good wash and it still didnt get my car clean, but it happens). My biggest problem was the vacuums where really weak and couldnt even pick up the tiniest pebble also the parking lot was set up crazy, I thought I was going to hit someone, or the other way around. I might go back for a wash, but I doubt it but as far as the vacuuming, Ill just use the one I have at home. Its more powerful.

Not enough vacuums nor enough towels during visit. Some customers blasted music that was of borderline socially unreasonable.

Half the time I go through there, part of the car washing equipment doesnt work. Towels are always wet already before using them.

Good quick wash. Get the most for your money and get the wash club.

I went last week and to be honest I was a little confused. I’ve never been to this kind of wash. These employees, especially the one who got me into the wash, Daniel, were extremely kind and patient. My car was washed very well! I will definitely be returning and will probably consider getting the membership.

This flagstop is great! I’m a wash club member and I go several times a month. Last time I went I was tended to by Berk and he offered great help and services!

Would be a 5 star if one of the female employees there (Jefferson Davis location at Bermuda) knew how to speak to customers. I have a monthly membership with Flagstop because I do a lot of driving and my vehicle gets dirty because of it. Anytime Ive had an issue with my card declining it was never a problem to get it fixed or if I had any other issue. Ive called over the phone before and a guy ran my card on file and it went through just fine or if Im in the area, Ill stop by and handle it. I called the Flagstop on Jefferson Davis (next to Food Lion, Buffalo Wild Wings and Home Depot), a couple of days ago because I got a message saying update payment and I let the girl that picked up know I just need to make a payment. She got my information (name, type of vehicle, etc.). She said to come in because they dont take payments over the phone. I said okay, however, payment was taken over the phone before so why not now? All she could say was I have to come in and she never took a payment over the phone. I told her she never took my payment over the phone and it was a guy that works there that did. Its one thing to say it cant be done versus what she cant do. She should have started out with that instead of getting all my information as if she was going to take payment. I called the main location on Iron Bridge and I was told that payment could be taken over the phone or I can go into any location and pay. The guy that usually takes the payment over the phone wasnt in right now so I could leave a message for him to take the payment later that day or go into any location to make the payment. I would have let this slide but when I went to wash my vehicle after the fact I seen the girl come out of the office and point at my car to tell her coworker that thats the one right there, and her coworker signalled to my vehicle. At least be discreet when you want to talk about a customer.
