Everyone is always friendly. Today I was helped by Armani. He was so helpful letting me know where everything was located in the detail area. The place is always clean. their car wash does a great job. All around awesome customer service and facility

Gavin went out of his way to make sure that I had all the tools to clean my car. He was friendly and greeted me with a smile. The costumer service was amazing! Definitely my best experience at a car wash thus far.

Everyone at this Flagstop Car Wash was so helpful and especially Chris who was helping Kennedy and Mahki with their training. He helped us feel comfortable because we don’t go to car washes often and helped give us good directions on what to do. Definitely recommend to everyone!!

I have been to many flag stops but nothing has compared to this one! The customer service was spot on. Chris, Tiffany and Toni were 3 amazing people and definitely made the experience much better and provided me with great customer service! I will be coming here for now on. Worth the 40 min drive from my house. Prices are affordable, equipment is spot on and I left with a clean car!

I was in the Maryland Area and they had a lot of Arcadia bugs. My car was a absolute MESS! I had three of the bugs embedded in the Grill of my car. I do not like bugs at all. I want to thank Tiffany and Gavin for helping to remove the bugs from my Car....They saved my life....Thanks Guys! You are the best!

Great Service! Kelcey was very friendly and patient when I had an issue with my club plan. Tiffany the Manager explained everything well and I was good to go! I love how clean everything is at this location compared to the Hopewell one. I watched Matt the Manager pick up every tiny piece of trash that was left in the parking lot when I was drying my car off. They definitely take pride in where they work! #dreamteam

Wash damaged the clear coat on my newer cars factory rim and the spot free rinse is useless. Have to wipe the car down so much to get rid of residue left on by the wash. Canceling membership.I thought it was 2021 and the modifications would have better engineering but unfortunately it is not. Man, should of known better. Life is so busy and the unlimited washes are attractive but not to damage my car.Additional:In response to the owner. Its the left side tire brush. If you provide an email I will send pics. Charles was clearly intelligent on what he was talking about when it came to the best options available. Being a salesmen myself, I need to praise him as he spoke very clearly, discussed the options, and had a few jokes in the the meantime. I would definitely come again

This locations staff is amazing. Today, I somehow locked my keys and phone in my car at the vacuum. I approached Kyle and stated what I did. I asked if I could use a phone. He quickly handed me his phone and went on to say, would you like to see if we can help you. I replied, “Sure!” Within minutes Chris comes over to assist me and he had my keys out within seconds. I offered to pay him, he declined. I still went back to tip these wonderful life savers! #Forever grateful

The lady that checked me in on sept 6th 2021 was very nice, but there was an African American guy wearing a red shirt that was VERY rude!!! He followed me to my car screaming at me, it was so bad to the point another customer came up to me because I was in tears and told me everything would be okay, he told the lady and she said she would handle it and apparently they have had numerous problems with this guy. I will not return until he is gone. Very unprofessional.

The 11031 Iron Bridge Rd, Chester, VA location has the most user friendly and fast process on the planet! The staff are very pleasant and friendly as can be. Car wash does a great job also.

Very night! Customer service was EXCELLENT!!! I rated it a 4 because the spotless rinse didnt work so we had to shammy my vehicle ourselves. Otherwise, it would have been a 5!!! The manager was AMAZING!!! We shall return. 🙂

Love the new setup. Was in and out of the car wash quickly. Once I pulled in a bay had towels and vacuum to dry and clean car. We have been members for a while and find the new setup very convenient.

Love the redo of the carwash and the car club package is great! Only suggestion if fresh towels.... everytime I go they are always so wet. Plus never get my air freshener never seen an attendant out there. Maybe hand out before go in car wash for those that qualify for this perk!!

Yesterday I went through the express wash for the 2nd time. This time I did not wash my car windows the right way. I didn’t take note of the directions clearly posted at the towel table. Oops! As a result I streaked the windows pretty badly. I came back this morning to redo them and was helped by Mat. He was very patient with me and helped me get them squeaky clean. He demonstrated the right way to clean windows and pitched in when needed. Thank you so much Matt!

Staff is on top of everything. Also very friendly. It’s like they’re happy you came by, which is a good feeling for a consumer and makes you want to return.

Besides the monthly membership, I paid extra money for them to clean the inside of the car; they don’t clean as good. Definitely wasted my money in there. They didn’t deliver the promise.

The Hopewell, VA Express wash has an excellent employee (Ivanna) who is always nice and very professional. She shows great customer service skills and is always present with a big smile on her face. She is a keeper. You need to hire more like her. Thank you. Nichlolas.

I have a 2013 Ford Fusion now it is not FUSION it is FU.SON. The I came out by the cleaning guy. After that they offer me $8 car wash. I think they had fun with me by offering car wash in return. If you like your car you should never go this place.

This location is currently closed for renovations. Looks like it will be another great spot once it’s back open, but it would be beneficial to the company and the consumer if you could update your info when a location is closed so customers are aware. Thanks!

The Service here performed by Josh Decker and Shaun Moneymaker was exceptional! Josh informed me of a service that I was not aware of and proceeded to get all the dog hair from my vehicle. He also informed me that I had paid for cleaning floor mats but they were not rubber and could not power wash the carpet mats. He suggested I do the dog hair removal instead.Josh is a excellent and motivated employee that is truly customer service oriented.It’s good to see young men dedicated to doing exceptional work.Josh and Shaun are definitely a huge asset to this location.ThanksScott

Are use Flagstaff at Least once a month when I lived in Chesterfield Virginia. Once I moved I had to cancel my subscription and all I had to do was send them a simple text message and it was done!!! Thank you for making my life simple!

Missed a whole lot of detail considering this is their only purpose of buisness. Wasnt impressed maybe some love this just not me. My wife and I had ours done separate days apart with same exact results. Save your money.

I visited the Flagstop Ironbridge Rd. location for the first time yesterday. Paid for the full service wash and detail on the inside. The outside was clean, but the inside was unacceptable. I immediately noticed that areas inside my car that were a little dirty were wiped over, but not cleaned. Because I was on my way to work my thoughts were I would just clean it myself. As I was driving I noticed more areas inside the care that they didnt wipe down at all. The last straw was when went to get something out of my back seat and saw leaves under the driver seat that were not vacuumed. This is totally unacceptable! One and done for me! I will not patronize or recommend this business to anyone.

When I reached out to customers service with additional questions they not only answered those questions but did so in a very timely manner.

I had a wonderful experience at Flagstop today. Cody did an amazing job cleaning the inside, outside and rims of my truck. I left the car wash today with what looked like a brand new car. Cody also had amazing customer service.

I went there Saturday morning, the staff were friendly and helpful, due to the Pandemic, they revamped it to make it social distance. They put in free vacuums so can do it yourself, they also provide towels for you to wipe off your vehicle and towels to wipe your windows off.

Tried this location over the weekend and it was great. This one is definitely the best location!!!!

Friendly staff, fast service, and they always do a good job with my car. The renovated waiting area is super nice. I went on a cold day and had a lovely time sitting by the fire reading a book while I waited for my car to be ready.

Overpriced and underpowered exterior only wash. If you want your car clean after be prepared to wet a rag and do a lot of work yourself.

Good management. They are always quick to remedy a situation when there is a problem but depending on the location, the lot staff doesn’t do a good job. Colonial heights the worst.

I went there today for a basic wash and and these guys were so awesome, they volunteered to scrub off some stubborn paint stains although I didn’t pay them for that. Definitely recommend them! Matt is awesome!

I’ve been coming to this location for many years. It’s hit or miss, so I’ve put up with it. Today, though different story. My car went through the wash and 3 minutes later, they said ready. I questioned the young man about the fact that is was so quick. He never spoke to me. If you don’t clean the inside, it turns out it is quick. Never mind that I paid for inside and out, wheels and extra $5.00 for mats. Clearly they didn’t care.

I went to flagstop the other day and was really impressed with an employee by the name of justin wallace. his work ethnic and personality was beyond amazing.

Great car wash!!!

Front desk customer service was not great and when my car was “ready” the inside had not even been touched so the guy rushed to vaccum it so it still was not done properly. The dash was still dusty as well. The outside wasn’t wiped down that great either. This wasn’t the first time I was not pleased with my service and I will not return.

Went through there and my sunroof wind deflector broke off on our Lexus SUV. The owner said go get some glue and fix yourself!!! Seriously this isnt how to satisfy a customer whom part was on before entering car wash. Truly I can wash it myself without nothing breaking.

This is a great local place and they always do a great job on the truck. I do wish they had more detailing services, but I cant complain about the job they do.

Service was not quite up to par the day I went. Folks there are pleasant and helpful, but I did not notice some missed items until I left. Normally better.

I was highly dissatisfied with my service at the Ironbridge location this morning. When I got home my front license plate was hanging on by just one screw when it previously had four in it, there was still bird poop on the hood of my car, and there was a scratch on my trunk. I went back up to the Flagstop and told them about the incidents which occurred during my wash earlier. They tried to show on a camera as my car was pulling in the wash that the scratch was there previously by saying you see that it looks like a black smudge but its a scratch. This black dirt smudge did not look like the scratch. If there was a scratch on my car before bringing it in I definitely wouldve noticed it. But what was clear on the camera was the bird poop which was still intact after going through the car wash. Chris did go to OReillys Auto shop to get new screws for my license plate. And another attendant attempted to rub out the scratch but it was too deep. I was highly upset that through all of this not once was I offered a refund for my troubles. This wasnt my first time but will definitely be my Last at Flagstop.

Went to get my car washed and detailed today and man Dylan Anderson and his crew not only got my old car looking brand new but the customer service was on point. I will definitely be back soon.

I came here for a quick wash and to use the free vacuum. I did the $6 wash and add the tire cleaning and wax options for an additional $2 each. The wash is okay except that the tire cleaning option doesnt clean my tires good. I have to go over it with a microfiber rag to get the leftover residues....I just realized the location. I went to the Flagstop by Home Depot. Sorry for the mix up.

The crew is nice. Service was quick. There were some areas that needed additional wiping. I asked for a towel, I consider myself to be a picky customer, but the crew said theyll take care of it. I pointed out what I noticed and they obliged. I still asked for a towel anyway and wiped what I wanted. My three star review is because the hatchback area wasnt vacuumed and wiped. I failed to check that area while I was at the carwash.

Great service and car wash. The boys who clean the cars are always super friendly and do a good job. Its pricy but at least you get what you paid for unlike other drive through car washes.

Staff needs more customer service traing. Why do you pay extra for windows and vacuuming if its full service?

A great place to take your car for a quick wash when anything is an improvement. The staff is friendly. Its not for anyone who is too picky with the cleanliness of their car afterwards. If you feel like you could do a better job yourself, then you should probably just do it yourself.

Michael and Jack did such an amazing job on my car. The bugs were awful but they managed to get them off and they did a very good job and vacuuming and wiping the inside of my car. Very nice gentlemen!

Level of detail for the $34.95 was amazing. Car with 50k looked like new. Totally worth it. Not the fastest crew but highly detailed every nook. Will be back.

Ironbridge/Chester. Worse each time. Five guys around the car today and not one could get the bugs off the grill. What’s the point of having the people outside the wash if it looks the same as just driving through? The upgrades inside won’t help if the end result continues to be piss-poor. Guess we’ll give Carpool a try because we’ve given this place more chances than it deserves.

They are clean and sweet. They truly care about our cars. They will step by step let you know what you are signing up for (if you dont want to sign up thats fine) but I would definitely do it. You save a lot of money being a member. There was a caring lady that the desk. She really took the time listening to my question. Donna Drake is one of the best flagstop members but they all do a great job. My car has never looked better.

This place use to be the best. The change is not good!

I had been going there for years getting oil changed and truck detailed. Got there (45 minute drive) to find out they stopped doing the oil changes so I figured Id get the truck detailed. They did a horrible job. Truck wasnt totally clean on the outside and had to point out like 6 places they hadnt touched after spending $25.00 and they gave me an additude when I asked them to clean the other areas that were supposed to b done. I will never ever go back there ever again. I wouldnt go there if I was u!!!
