The company I work for has Ryder truck leases so this is where we take our trucks for service. Not efficient, information seems to get lost in translation; Idk if its from them not writing things down or the mechanic not getting the information or the mechanics just not wanting to do ALL the work the truck is brought in for. But it can truly be a PITA.

Five weeks truck still in the shop for some smaller repairs for example brakes drums Oil filter housing Drive shaft Between differentials Turbo cover Other shops rebuilt engine for three weeks.Already lost a driver because of Rider shop

They were awesome. Will use them again soon. Have been recommending to others already. Great with nonprofits, too.

Rented a 26 ft Box truck this weekend, to move our company, Truck was in great condition and clean throughout, Had a great Customer service experience in Erin @ the Chesapeake Location, upon arrival to pick up the truck the service rep went thru all the controls of the truck and was very helpful, used the truck for the weekend and returned it Sat. afternoon... great experience will definitely rent from them again as the move continues.
