I have no issue with the gentleman at the Bainbridge location, as he called us 8 minutes after opening to inform us that the truck we rented was not going to be available, but Budget had no solution to remedy the situation at all. There were no available trucks anywhere within a 50 mile radius of that size. We booked about 6 weeks in advance, and because of this we had to pay a last minute rate for a Uhaul. Sorry to the guy in South Norfolk, I know YOU did right by us, just dont use Budget in Hampton Roads, they have no solution when someone has an extention of rental. Your appointment means nothing to them.
