Its important that I share my experience with COVA Realty. My wife and I moved from out of state. There were alot of moving parts to say the least. The only thing we had time for was paperwork for the loan and to come see 5 houses. When I tell you, we didnt have anything else to worry about. We mean that from the bottom of our hearts. We just closed on our beautiful new home in Virginia Beach. Cheyenne Penn was simply amazing. I think we can all agree that ANY move is difficult but a move from west coast to east coast is next level stressful. Megan did a great job for us. She had excellent photos on our listing and held several open houses. We had an offer within 2 weeks. Before listing, we had consulted with Megan to ready the house for sale. It had been a rental for many years and needed a lot of remodeling and repairs. We choose a contractor based on Megans recommendations. We live out of state, so Megan also helped oversee our remodel. Since a few items needed to be completed after the property inspection, Megan also recommended appropriate people and coordinated repairs and yard maintenance until closing. We were out of state the entire time, so Megans resources, oversight and attention to detail were very much appreciated. She is very responsive, so any time anything needed to be done, it was taken care of immediately.
