Poor service and worse company to work for as vendor.We received clear instructions from this company to clean a property at Chesapeake,we followed the instructions to the later,picked up all yard debris,and emptied two trash cans that have been sitting there for weeks.Trash cans had construction debris and more stuff than initially described, we called to adjust the price from 125 to 259 and new price was confirmed.Our website states that price is subject to change based on types of items and associated disposal fees.They were rude on the phone, and paid 145 dollars through a checkPlease see pictures

There are many investors out there that always try to low-ball you and then never follow through. With American Fast Home-buyers, I had a completely different experience. They were very transparent throughout the entire process and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire transaction. I would HIGHLY recommend if you need to close on your house fast and get a fair price for it!!!

I will admit upfront that I have no experience with this company. But the reason Im leaving a 1-star review is because of a piece of junk mail that was sent to our house. It had an old google photo of our driveway and house right on the front. That is not okay. I dont care if that photo is old, I dont care if you have a disclaimer saying that you never drove by, that is straight up creepy. It feels personalized, as if these people are just waiting to pounce on a perfectly fine property.To the owners of this business: Rethink your marketing strategy. It may not technically be the case, but this feels like an invasion of privacy and, at best, extremely poor taste.

These folks were so helpful when we decided to sell our home. Everything was right on schedule and we closed in less than 30 days! We recommend them to anyone wanting to sell a house quickly!

Haven’t used them but they harass me endlessly over a property I have told them over and over I do not own. I don’t even live in VA. Horrible company. Massively unprofessional and rude.
