HomePro Pest Control has been my contracted pest inspection company for a number of years. They have been consistently professional, competent, and friendly. I would like to commend them further, however, for a recently completed, very large, and complicated project. The project also involved scheduling another company, etc. HomePro was very accommodating, pleasant, professional, and flexible. I never felt pressure from them directly, which helped with my stress. One employee, Zack, responded immediately when I contacted him regarding an issue. Then, he made the time to come, and personally do hard, (in a nasty, dirty area)work for a number of hours to resolve the issue, and not disturb the next companys work schedule. He also had a wonderful attitude. There were others during this entire project, but I dont recall everyones name... Brenton Hill met with me many times, and was very knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and professional. Michelle (office)was always pleasant, ready to offer helpful suggestions, and be flexible with scheduling. Another person that performed above expectation was Jesse. I regret that I cannot specifically mention any others, but my experience with each one was of a high caliber work and attitude. Follow up from this team was also wonderful and reassuring to experience. I am confident I can depend upon their business integrity should any future issues arise.

Great customer service, superior technicians and just good people. I needed a ride to my work because I dropped my car off at home because it needed to be put in garage. Technician, Brenton, was actually nice enough to drop me off at my work which is a few miles away.

The owner is the most honest person I have met in a long time. Scared and thought I needed some expecsive treatment. But he talked me out of it and told me how to take care of the problem myself.

I signed up for monthly mosquito treatments because I live so close to water, and the bugs are really bad at my house. They came out once, were paid, and I never saw them again. Here we are in October and they are currently harassing me for additional payments for services I never received. Do not hire this company! They will not show up and then keep calling you. I will be using someone else next year. And filing a complaint against Home Pro Pest.

Mickey is right on time. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely well connected. I like doing business with him. There workers were great! They did a termite treatment for me after I had to schedule it many times due to bad weather. They didnt complain but worked very hard when the weather finally was nice. Thanks guys!

Today, Mark Bordner, my technician provided the professional service I was expecting. He was extremely thorough when treating the interior and especially the exterior of my home. Payed a lot of money a couple years ago to have french drains put around my house, a sump pump under the house, and a bunch of sand under the house. Ive had to have a friend come out and fix 80% of the work they did after giving them multiple chances to come out and fix the things they goofed up on all while charging me, again. Alot of hard earned money down the drain. I cannot in good faith recommend this company.

Have been using Home Pro for quite a while now w no significant complaints or problems. Its quite rare for me to have to call to set up another treatment bc the products they use seem to be very effective. Everyone I speak to on the phone are always polite and especially patient. A special thank you to Zachary Scott who actually did my initial treatment and welcoming me to the program. Im so glad that hes able to come by to treat my home once in a while. Hes ever so friendly and fun to talk to. Not to mention his professionalism in getting the job done and done right. He truly exceeds his customer service skills which many in society lack these days. Thanks Zack for just being awesome overall!

A guest staying at my Airbnb claimed that she had found bedbugs in my condo. I freaked out and when I could not find any evidence of the pests, I called for a inspection to be extra thorough. HomePro was able to book me very quickly, and the tech they sent, Florendo, was excellent. He showed me what to look for in the future and gave me tips on how to protect my place from bedbugs in the future. No bed bugs were found after a careful examination and the inspection was completely free as promised. I hope to never have to use HomePro for a bedbug infestation but I know who to call when I need a reliable company for pest control!

They came out for inspection on 3/23/2017 and HAS NOT contacted me since. I wanted the service so I called 2 or 3 times. Ive filled out form online but no response. Not sure how my service/contract wouldve been if they wont respond to buying the service.

HomePro pest control is superb! MJ is our service tech and he explains everything he is doing to me and helps me to understand what he is doing and why. He is never in a hurry and always willing to go the extra mile. He understands my fears, but does not make light of them. MJ is very professional, clean and I always feel comfortable with him in my home.There prices are lower then the other companies and more of a personal service. Service is good though I have a problem with ants outside this is definitely a good place for keeping the pests out of the house though battling them in your yard is a whole different ball game

I am writing regarding a billing notice I received.I requested and received service for my kitchen only on December 2, 2015. Zach came out and treated my kitchen only. No one has been back since to spray the inside or the outside of my home. We were advised that someone would be out within a week to do the remainder of the property since Zach was only able to service the kitchen on his December 2nd visit. No one from your company has been to my home or tried to contact me since that day.I will not pay for services I did not receive. Your website clearly indicates that your services include cleaning up of spider webs, treating of hotspots such as doorways, windows, and sidewalk edges and a safe, protective barrier is applied to the perimeter of the home. None of this was done. My small kitchen was treated one time.If we were paying for quarterly services then we technically are due our SECOND treatment in just 10 days. Yet we never received the first.We cancelled with your company once before because of the lack of service. Zach is the only reason we considered coming back (we think he’s awesome!).I just spoke with Nicole on the phone and she was inconsiderate, rude & utterly unprofessional. Instead of using some basic customer service skills to determine that we have not received the service we are being billed for, she chose to argue with me. She said that I should have called to have the remaining services performed.I will not pay for services I have not received.
