Used this company through the spring and summer and the weeds have completely taken over my front and back yards.

We are very happy with the professional service and especially with how our lawn looks.

I have been with Lawn Doctor for over 7 years and am very pleased with the service. My lawn is noticeably more healthier and vibrant than many of my neighbors. The company always call and inform you well ahead of time before coming to do services on your lawn. They are professional-- leaving a summary of the services applied that day, maintenance details, etc. They offer flexible payment options, and are reasonably priced. Overall, good company, good services and fair pricing.

I regret having Lawn Doctor of Greater Chesapeake powerseed my yard. The results were not good. I honestly could have done a better job.They acknowledged that the yard needs to be addressed and are now asking that I invest more money for them to fix the issue. They want me to pay for the first treatment of fertilizer before they come back out.Unbelievable!!!I do not recommend having Lawn Doctor of Greater Chesapeake powerseed your yard. I should have listened to others and hired ALM to slit seed my yard.My neighbors are eager to find out how it turned out - they are interested in powerseeding. Needless to say, I will advise them to save their money.

We started using Lawn Doctor a couple of years ago after noticing that our neighbors yard looked really good and getting a referral from them. Our lawn now looks the best it ever has! The slit seeding method really works! This company has excellent customer service. The ladies in the office are great. The owner will come out and talk to you and answer any inquiries you may have. They are prompt and efficient.

Will not trust this business again. Broke into my backyard (fence was locked) by forcing the gate open, in order to perform service they never informed me of. I will find a more trustworthy company to do business with.

Even after I put ahold on them coming back out to me in Chesapeake.( I was permanently let go from work) our lawn is still doing well. Thanks to the great job lawn Doctor has done on our lawn. My neighbors compliment us on it often.

Hate to admit it, but once I turned over the lawn treatments to the Doctor, my grass has never looked better. I had been doing it myself for about 20 years, and did a good job. The costs of the service compared to costs of buying the chemicals yourself is very comparable. I will always use the Lawn Doctor.

Poor Customer Service!I hired Lawn Doctor to try and help my lawn grow. I spent an hour on the phone with one of their sales persons to try and make sure I setup the best service for my yard. They do not do any other grass besides tall fescue and they do not do customization. Whats even worse they do not keep their word. I was promised two core aerations and a fall seeding with their patented power seeding. When I called to ask when the fall core aeration and power seeding was to be scheduled they did not have it in their records. I unfortunately could not find the paperwork the guy had made these promises on so I had no backup. So I paid for very expensive weed and feed. So if you hire them make sure you have official documents so that you get what you paid for! I did for my cancellation...

Only two applications so far, but I can see positive results already.

They are professional, focused on customer satisfaction and attentive to making my lawn fabulous. My service for more than 2 years was top notch until my lawn was burned by over fertilizing it by the company. I called the company out and got ever excuse in the book with it being my fault and no reasoning behind it. I had three neighbors change to this company and after 1 year they were so dissatisfied they left. I had great service up to this point and no help from them what so ever regarding that issue. I also has asked that they hold services till I got back with them and what did they do came back out without my permission twice. It is a shame it came to this.
