I had Global Pest Control come out to inspect for what I thought was termites and it wasn’t. Lloyd was great, he inspected the entire crawl space and the outside of my home. I wasn’t pressured into purchasing treatment that I didn’t need. The guy was freakin honest and you DON’T find honest people/companies like Global Pest Control these days. I am sending everyone I know their way and posting their info everywhere. If you aren’t using their services then you’re not using the right people.

If I can give them ZERO STARS I would. This company operates illegally and without proper permits, all of which I confirmed with the City of Virginia Beach Permits and Inspections office. I recently purchased a home in which the previous owners hired Global Pest to remove 100% of insulation and remove and repair structural components of the foundation of the crawl space. These both require permits and the correct licensing which Global pest does not have and did not pull through the city. I filed a formal complaint with DPOR against this corrupt organization. Because of their negligence, they covered up a major sewage leak that has caused $50,000 in damages to a home I just purchased. My pregnant wife and kids have been living in a home with BLACK MOLD AND BLACK WATER pooling into the vents and walls of our home. Even the adjustor from our insurance company STATE FARM agree that it was covered up. They arent returning phone calls and I am taking legal action against them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! or you could be in the same boat as I am!Response:Where are your PERMITS? Not 1 single permit was pulled for any of the work that was completed. You say you are within compliance but fail to follow required guidelines to preform the work.2015 Virginia Residential Code Section 108 states:Construction or demolition of a building orstructure. Installations or alterations involving (i)the removal or addition of any wall, partition orportion thereof, (ii) any structural componentIf your company can not follow simple guidelines put forth by the Commonwealth of Virginia, what else could this company be doing to cut corners? I can only imagine if they conducted an audit of their records, what they may find.As for obtaining your insurance, several members of my team had reached out on multiple occasions within a week to obtain a simple piece of information that we were told is being sent over and never was.This company is doing business falsely in the simple fact that they do not follow Virginia State Residential Code by not pulling REQUIRED permits for work that they performed. If they dont follow common codes, do they know how to do the work they claim to do honestly and ethically?

Krystal McClellan has been taking care of my family ever since George left a few years ago. She is the only person Ill use.She has become family to us.A couple weeks ago she couldnt spray outside because of the rain. She came back on a dry day and took care of the outside.

If you have to be here you can manage. But if you are stuck in well deck row (piers 12-14) its a challenge to navigate into base. Gate on 19th is not open, 2-3 mile walk to base center or to footbridge to cross to dry side. No one on base has the NFL games (sports bar style) so good luck trying to watch your team. Jump bikes are a help but no uber or shuttles come out that way. Turnstile exit at 19th to meet pickup, but no evening re-entry.

My client was charged for treatment he didnt need. Ironically no termites were found during the inspection but this company found active and inactive termites less than a week later??

We needed a termite inspection for a refi and Kay at Global got us in right away and the price was good (inspectionwas free but of course there is a charge for the letter) . We also wanted to start termite control so we dont have this problem ever and the tech on time and very knowledgeable and we look forward to working with Global.

A white man with dark hair and a goatee driving a white SUV down 64E near Greenbrier today (2:15pm) must have recieved his license from a quarter machine at a dirty truck stop in BFE, Nebraska. He dive bombed us and an 18-wheeler! TBH, I dont know how the service is for Global Pest Control, but if it is anything like their driving, its atrocious. They might be pleasant during their appointments. I dont know. Then again, only if they make it there alive!
