We began using 1st choice a few years ago when we moved in. We moved into thousands of ants in the kitchen...it was crazy! They were in the crawlspace and even climbing up under the siding. George, the owner, came out and spoke about the cost and the treatments for both bugs and termites. Very soon after the treatment was performed and immediately the ants were gone. About 9 months later they started to reappear. No big deal, Brandon, one of his assistants came back out immediately to remedy. Our moisture in our crawlspace has since gotten worse and we will be installing a dehumidifier with him. Thank you for consistent and thorough service by both Brandon and George!

We’ve used 1st Choice Pest Control for 6 years now, utilizing their yearly termite inspection, quarterly bug service, and monthly mosquito spray. Everyone is very warm and friendly and always so nice to us, our kids and pets. Brandon does most of our service for the past few years and he’s awesome! He talks with my kids while he’s doing things, makes sure my kids and pets are safe from the spray, and is very friendly with everyone! George did a great job! He sealed up the cracks in my crawlspace, cleaned it up and put down and anchored the vapor barrier. The quote he provided was far below what the bigger companies wanted, and he did all that was needed. He even installed a (badly needed) access door. I highly recommend 1st Choice!

We first used First Chioce in 2010 when we bought a house. They provided termite services. I quickly realized we needed to be sprayed for bugs/spiders and they came that very day! We have had several issues with rodents and George Wright has cleaned up under our home..so nice you could probably have a picnic there. He painstakingly installed new vents with thermostatic function..awesome, no more running out to close off vents in bad wheather. Then he sealed up every possible little space the pesky varmints could enter and provided little bait cafes for their enjoyment. Would highly recommend George and Brandon for all your pest needs because as you know he would kill for your business.
