The entire team of Liverman Lawn and Landscaping did a great job at our property recently in completing the placement of new shrubs and mulch to our front flower beds. They also delivered and spread a large amount of topsoil to numerous low areas as well as seeding. The team also did clean up of an area by the road and also laid plantings and straw. This team led by Chris are reliable and extremely hardworking. Chris keeps the home owner informed at all stages of the job. I feel like we make a great choice.

My family and I are incredibly happy with our service from Liverman Lawn and Landscaping. Chris and Marissa are so easy to work with-- friendly, professional, punctual and honest. Their team went above and beyond when cleaning out our flowerbeds, mulching, manicuring our ivy and bushes, and removing some eyesores that needed to be taken down. Chris and Marissa were very polite and gave me many options which helped me choose I believe a more beautiful landscape area. At a friend’s suggestion, we reached out to Liverman to level a massive hump of weeds and roots left behind after an oak tree fell on our house. From our first interaction, I was pleased with their quick response time. Communication was consistent from then until the project was completed. Their prices were reasonable, expectations were clearly set (and in writing!), and I just got a good vibe that we were working with an honest family. They also extended, weeded and mulched some beds for us and they look so good now! I would highly recommend them to others.

Chris, Marissa and their crew were absolutely awesome servicing our yard today. The amount of trees and leaves from those trees we have is very hard to manage. They came in and did a great job. Our lawn looks wonderful. Due to rain, they weren’t able to get to us for a little bit. However, they were very quick to respond and fit us in as soon as they could. They completely blew my mind with regard to expectations. We are very pleased and highly recommend them.

Loyal customer for over a year. Dealt with my yard being skipped due to rain numerous times and other reasons not explained without complaint. The first week in June my yard was skipped due to rain and the following looked to be the same. I was concerned due to a pool party we were hosting. I texted them my concerns and was told my lawn was towards the end of the day so it might get skipped again due to the rain. I got my lawn cut by another service. Liverman came out today and left without cutting my lawn saying it was too high to have been cut last week so I would need to pay an additional fee. I supplied them with ring footage of my lawn being cut and explained he had to cut it higher than normal because of the previous week being skipped by Liverman to avoid clumps. Their solution was still the higher fee. I have a new lawn service now.Response to their response: $20 shouldn’t make your company treat a customer poorly. I’ve had 2 neighbors provide their lawn service # so my lawn would get cut weekly like their lawn= why I had someone to cut that day. I stayed loyal until your poor service made me seek other options. Too many options available to trust your company. We also own a business. Never would I treat client this way much less a loyal client. $ is more than $ when you operate a business…

We were fortunate to have Chris and his crew rescue our beds from weeds and seasonal overgrowth. They were on time, efficient and hardworking. It took 2 full days to clean out the beds and lay new mulch. They did it with care and consideration like it was their own.

Their quality is top notch! We had Liverman Lawn & Landscaping clean out our flower beds and install fresh mulch to get our property ready for spring. Their attention to detail is something I’ve never seen in a company before. Most companies are in and out within a few hours. Liverman’s crew spent all day getting my flower beds immaculate! They take quality to a whole different level! We will only be using Liverman lawn & landscaping to service and maintain our landscape areas and you should too!

First of all, I would like to give a little positive feedback. This company was really nice and professional.When they came out to do the quote, one of their employees made a very unprofessiomal comment to my husband. It almost made it to where we werent going to use this company. The owners were notified of the comment and handled that situation. The first time they were scheduled to come to do the work, they canceled due to a little rain. Then, they had to reschedule again due to an injury. We understood both times. When the day came for them to come out, they were on time and great. They were informative on what was going on with troubled areas and let me know they were going to lunch. I had to leave for work so I didnt see the completed project until the next morning. It looked great! Huge transformation. So, this is what they did. They cut down all the weeds from the old flower beds. They dug trenches for underground drain tubes so the rain drains away from the foundation. Thats great! They also trimmed the bushes and they look good too. The flower bed though. So, when they cut down the weeds, they just cut them so low to where it was dirt. But, they didnt till up the soil and get to the weed roots. They put mulch over top of it. Then tossed some weed killing pellets on top of the mulch. That stuff seems more like weed fertilizer because within 2 days, my flower beds are full of weeds. We contacted them again and their response was maintenance will be needed. Now, we are aware we will have to maintain the weeds but after only 2 days, it should not have been like that. Not through the mulch that fast either. However, they did come out again and sprinkled more of that wanna-be-weed-killer-but-really-a-weed-enhancer stuff. I have asked numerous people who have done flower beds before and they have all said you are supposed to till up the soil so the weed roots can be out. They didnt do that. We had to plant our own flowers so that was not included. We will not be using them again.

Just finished installing paver patio at out home - totally exceeded our expectations! Highest quality work at a a very reasonable price. Would not hesitate to use them again for any future work we may need done.

Chris and his crew recently came out and did an amazing job at totally updating / redoing my front flower beds at my new rental . With such a simple change my house now has so much more curb appeal ! My yard looks so amazing when Freedom Lawn comes. Not only is my grass cut but the edges are done and there are no clippings in my driveway. And when I noticed my gutters were full of pine needles they came out and cleaned them for me at a very reasonable price. Great company!
