Good morning ! This place has left us scrambling we had reserved a passenger van with a family of 12 on our first family vacation !?! * first their hours posted on website and door says open until 5pm I was only able to connect with them through one of the other locations and was trying to communicate with them flight status and they informed me that they were closing early with pending reservations ? I asked if I could switch my reservation and have my father in law rent with myself listed as a driver as I was trying to be courteous not come close to closing and secure my rental they said yes, so after he drove here 2.5 hours no was there at 3:15 when they arrived. There is a shortage of rental vehicles on the island I was left renting 3 vehicles from 2 different companies after desperately searching with last minute rates totaling more than my weekly rate for one day but I had no choice. Locals probably could use this place but not recommend for vacationers. Hopefully this helps someone in the future with large groups enjoy your vacation

Best place to rent a car and cheap when you go on vacation

Rented a Kia sadan, good rates, they were awesome.

Vehicles in the parking lot for weeks but FEMA has them and no one could get any.

No one ever pick up the phone when you call. It rings for ever and they don’t even have a voicemail to leave a message.

Llamas al lugar, cojen el teléfono y lo enganchan. Llamè 4 veces y en las 4 llamadas me hicieron lo mismo. El lugar cierra a las 5:00 pm, entiendo yo que si llamas a las 4:00 pm para orientación sea bastante tiempo para contestar algo que estoy segura no es mas de 2 minutos en el teléfono.

I went to Puerto Rico and did not know where to go to rent a car. And thanks to my uncle he took me here and I loved it. The service was excellent, the prices very good for the time I was there. I went through an experience that was not my fault and this boy named Luis helped me anyway. Luis if you read this thanks for your service and God bless you. I hope to return one day because I only went for a deli, but for the holidays I will return. I recommend them 100 percent Att Waleska

Reservation made online, collection on site went smoothly. Car was almost like new and had no problems at all. Service was great, the employee who served us was so nice that he drove us back to the hotel after dropping off the car. Gladly again!
