5 hours to get loaded, I was early but it took them 3 hours after my appt time to get me loaded, kept saying we’re getting you next, appt time 4pm didn’t touch my trailer until 645. They also said parking overnight wasn’t a problem, there lot fills up fast, no parking, Walmart down the street allows parking.

Unorganized, chaotic, unprofessional, low-class, terrible management and misuse of people. Fork lifts drivers and other employees consume alcohol while on the clock as the manager is aware of all of these things, cleanliness of the facility is a all time low with rats also going through these very foods that end up on the shelves of stores. Luke has absolutely no foresight and direction and is negligent of any and everything that he is informed of. This place needs to be inspected and investigated for a extended list of violations and not following protocols what so ever. An example is one of the employees discovered a rat nest in a pallet of mushrooms with newborn babies in it and again Luke was notified of this huge problem and he did not want to throw this infested pallet out instead he instructed the worker to clean the nest out and restore it to the floor to be shipped. I was released because of cut backs but he had just hired several personnel to take on the same assignment as me.

Its three hours past my appointment. Still no door. I just booked another load, Im going to leave without telling them. They deserve it.

Was loaded in less than a hour. Plenty of parking in the back. Watch out for the Amazon prime delivery van drivers they think they own the place.

Try and get here before or after rush hour the traffic is crazy.I was running behind and they still took care of me quickly. Was even in a pinch and needed a place to break and was able to here. Drivers dont mess it up.

Broker gave me bad info on pickup times so I cant put that on Transnational, but they dont answer their phones and the ACD system is the loop from hell. Add to that a bunch of non-caring warehouse workers and you get a business you should avoid if at all possible.

The most nasties and unprofessional place Ive ever worked for dont know where to start. This place should be shut down they have the biggest rats Ive have ever seen in my 28 years on this earth. I dont know every food safety law but im pretty sure rats by food products is not acceptable. The people in charge are some of the most ghetto no class people. Then i get released because i went to a job interview and the supervisor felt some type of way and waited till i was off to end my assignment..

I purchased a box of their Pampa Lemon Cookies. It was at least 70% empty - just a few cookies in the bottom of the box. Big rip-off!

For today I would like to rate this company with one star because I am a Truck Driver and I had a pick up for them. My appointment time was 14:30; I got there and did check in at 10:30, they finished loading me at 19:30

Checked in at 10:05 am appointment at 1030 am.. first to get here... over 2 hours still havent start the loading process... one of those place truck drivers need to avoid coming...
