Big lot. Easy back into docks, tons of room. Friendly staff. Relatively quick load/ unload.

Been here for 3 and half hrs. They finished my door. But it was more important for them to take a lunch break instead of taking 2 seconds to hand me my paperwork so I can leave.

They are great WHEN YOU CAN GET THEM ON THE PHONE. Have had difficulty several times trying to get through with a beer order.

I am where God forgot. all docs are empty. but they dont unloading . I dont understand.

Fairly strict for a beer distributor but ok if you have a reflective vest on. Often slower than average for unload, but friendly to me. Facility is clean inside and out. There is a nice pond that has a lot of activity (fish?) and is quite pretty with trees growing around it. This location is near the northern edge of the Great Dismal Swamp National Wildlife Refuge, the largest intact remnant of a vast habitat that once covered more than one million acres of southeastern Virginia and northeastern North Carolina.

No over night parking no running your truck to get unloaded stop taking delivers at 2:00 pm easy to find gate at the end of the road . Easy to back into docks plenty of room app was 10:00 am got there at 9:00 15 minutes was in dock

I came into this establishment expecting the worst with all the negative reviews previously posted but to my surprise I had a wonderful experience. Donnell MCCoy is the new supervisor and he is very professional, welcoming and pleasant beginning at the gate to enter. I backed into the dock and was unlocked with an hour. Thank you guys 👍👍👍👍 Awesome job 😊

The employee who help me was very good.. but I did not like the fact that without a safety vest,they could not service me,and It was my first time there...if you are running a business you sure work around that even if you stay inside the truck,or off the dock.. and posting signs would a lot.

Came here for deliver 10 pallets 2 hours on dock and still no one started to offload.

Nice place, the usual, make your appt on time, get unloaded, and yes have a safety vest.Looks like you can also park overnight on the right side before the gate to go in, says no parking anytime, so dont quote me lolReceiving is from 0500-1400 but its by appt.Of course if you show up early, you will probably wait til closer to appt time, if they arent busy, good chance you can get unloaded earlier then what your scheduled appt is.The one thing for sure, you cant really go by reviews. If you did on Truckers Path, you would never stop at any Truck Stop in America, because every one of them is horrible 😂🤣😂

Easy docks to get in and out of. But pay attention and when u dont feel them in your trailer go in and check because they wont tell you when u are done

Been here over a hour nobody has said a single word to me to busy playing on their phones. This place needs to be ran out of business period rude workers nobody wants to do anything for any drivers. On the phone with tech support in stead of dealing with me if your late just go in the following day

It’s not first come it’s white come first serve facility.everybody get treated different based on race color and ethnicity. Been here at the dock more than 4 hours other trucks come in and go I’m still here waiting. Such a shame!

No respect for drivers time... on the dock at 6:20 on time for appt. Hadnt started unloading by 7:30. I went in to see what the hold up was.. he said Ill get to it when I get to it.

Decent place, have had a few occasions where staff left for lunch while I was in the dock half unloaded with any warning, property requires reflective vests at all times despite how well lit and open the property is.

Yes, thier insurance company requires all non-employees to wear safety vests for protection, safety. Fork truck drivers are all over the warehouse, this policy is for driver safety. If you dont own a safety vest ask to use a loner. Then buy one, more snd more shippers/recievers require them. Got me in and out in 1 hr. and there were 2 trucks ahead of me.

Theyre so slow. Wont take your load unless you have a reflective vest while they all run around without them on. Hope I never drop here again.

I worked for this company and it seemed to be a good place to work at first. But then the trouble started when I tried to get in touch with superiors to get help. It seemed that either they were to busy or out of the office to help me. But the worst was HR! Mr Fortner the HR guy is always to busy to help or just unavailable. And since I quit, I have been waiting for my W2 and it hasnt come yet. I wish I could say this is a surprise. Ive tried to contact him on several occasions through email and the telephone but he never answers the phone, and the one occasion he did get back to me through email he gave me an arbitrary answer on how to retrieve my W2 which of course was no help as I dont have access to the company system anymore. I responded with this information and he of course ignored me! And now I have to wait till the 15 of February to report to violation to the IRS! Thank you again Mr Jerry Fortner!!

Before you go in to receiving make sure you have a reflective vest on. If its your first time expext to be told to go to the other side of the building with the rest of the rejects.

This has got to be the worst company I have had to deal with. The customer service is just horrible. The only thing going for them are theyre drivers.

This place sucks they want you to wear safety vest as none of them have one on and they want u to cut your truck off as it is 25 degrees outside and they let there trucks sit in the dock and run and very rude people I will never come back here again
