I sat here and watched them unload 4 trucks really fast. My load of water had shifted due to some emergency manuevering and braking. The great news is that they still unloaded me, although it took a lot longer.No complaints here. Very grateful that they didnt reject the load.

Very happy with the delivery here. The guard was extremely nice and woman at receiving also. Came an hour earlier than my appointment and they put me in a door right away. In trucking, this makes it pleasant to do our job. Definitely would recommend to any driver

Clearly the above reviews are a lie. Must be friends of management leaving reviews. Click on the other specific location icon to get a better review on this facility. Have not been here one time when things have gone smooth. Either appt is incorrect or they are slow. Not to mention they will turn you away if you arrive early. Be sure to check for your straps/load locks they will try to keep them. Would be safe to say their dc is just as dysfunctional as their stores.

This place is run by Super-Humans. Lighting fast unloading (30 mins for 20 pallets?).Thank you guys for helping me out and unloading me even when I was last almost 90 minutes.

My appt time was 4:15am, I arrived at 11:15pm. 5 hours early, they let me in and gave me a door and started unloading asap.

Truck wouldnt start & couldnt get a service truck right away which made me late for my appointment but they let me in and were very nice. They do have an appointment only system and so rescheduling needs a couple days usually I was told. I called ahead to communicate to receiving of my mechanical issue. Lady was really nice. Guard & Warehouse guy all very pleasant to deal with. Unload process itself was very quick. I was out of there in an hour.

No place to park at all if you beat on time you gonna be out fast they give you the door right away

Very friendly people. Fast unloading. You can stay behind the Sams club overnight waiting for your appointment, I slept till 6AM and almost missed my appt :). They can get you well before appt when theyre not busy.

Bught receiving giy attitude big time. Yelling at me because he is mad. I showed up at exactly my 10 pm appointment decides to yell at me to hurry up

Easy check in and out. They just need to serve the person that check in or out first based of first come first serve.

Fast unload.

Surprisingly these guys took me in a day before my appointment. Was in and out of a dock in about 3 hours with 60 pallets.No overnight parking.A truck stop in about 9-10 miles

Dont show up more than 1 hr before appointment. They wont take you early. No where close to park either. Pack a lunch you will be here awhile. Been here already 4 hrs to unload. Only took 1 hr to get loaded so no idea what the issue is.

This is a great DC. Not open to public. For drivers it was very easy and efficient to deliver here. Nice people.

Maybe we got lucky, but everyone was moving in and out under an hour. Really nice people, fast, and unloaded us before our appt. Not usually our experience at Dollar Tree, so we are grateful for this one!

Appointment was for Thursday at 1PM accepted us Wednesday @9am and only took them 45mins to offload Excellent experience!!!

This place can be EXTREMELY tight backing into the dock doors. Swift driver backed into another trailer as he was backing up. Mostly because he didnt bother to GOAL!! But it is, or can be, very tight depending on what door theu give you and where the yard truck drops all the onsite trailers.

I was 5 hrs early and they took the delivery still

The guard is nice and put me in a door right away, this is where the good experience ends. Sat here for 4 hours until I got a green light, go into get my paper work and I was told they went to lunch and are not done counting yet. I was told it should only take 10 min to count after lunch. They couldn’t finish counting before lunch? NEVER AGAIN!!!

I arrived 30min late for traffic and they received me without problems. All the people very kind. The download was very fast. They do not have parking at night
