I hired this company to clean a move out - 7 rooms, 2 stairways. They were supposed to arrive in the late morning but never showed. I had to call them three times before a guy actually showed up. He was at least 5 hours late. He did a TERRIBLE job. It looked like he did only 1 room out of all 7. The rest didnt even look touched. We paid him $203.00 in cash in advance and he did a terrible job. The next day, I called the office and told them I was very unhappy with their work. They assured me that they would have a technician out the very next day, first thing in the morning, at 8am. The next day came and went. No one ever showed. When I called the company and asked about it, they said they couldnt reach the technician because he wasnt answering his phone. Unbelievable!They never showed to correct the original job and now I am having to contact the BBB just to get my money back. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! The girl at the office who answers the phone does not know what she is doing at all. She says she has no authority to help customers. I was informed that the owner of the business is named Eugene Simmons. He will be hearing from me!

Do Not Use These People. I sent an e-mail to them requesting information on pricing and agreed to service. They asked what day was good for me offered an opening at noon on Monday. I reminded them that Monday was Memorial Day and they told me that it was not a problem. Monday morning at 11am, I get a call saying that they cannot meet the appointment because they did not realize that it was a holiday (even though I told them). They rescheduled an appointment for 430pm the next day (Tuesday). By 5pm on Tuesday I called to inquire why nobody had showed up or even bothered to call about being late. I was told that they were going to call the technician and that they would call me back in a few minutes. At 530pm I called again to inquire. I was told that the technician was not answering his phone. When I told them that this was unacceptable I was told I was being transferred to a manager. I was then hung up on. When I tried to call back they refused to answer the phone. I left a voicemail outlaying everything that had happened and requested that I be called as soon as possible the next morning. At 10am the next morning, I called them again and spoke to the same young lady that I had spoken throughout the incident. I was then tranferred to the manager who told me that the carpet cleaner had malfunctioned and the technician was supposed to call me. I was then told that they cant perform any service and that they would call me when they could. I then advised them not to bother. This is the most unprofessional and disorganized business I have ever experienced. I have never posted a review of anything, positive or negative. This company compelled me to write to literally warn others

Fantastic job done by Pure Clean. I had my carpets and maid service done last week after my move out. They showed up on time, was professional, and reasonably priced. The maids cleaned my house like it has never been cleaned before it sparkled. The carpet cleaning was great as well they got up all the stains i had from my pets and kids. I will use them again in my new place. Thank you Pure Clean.

Pure Clean is a scam. They came to my house and wet my carpet with water and said it was clean. The guy wouldnt take my credit card demanded cash. I tried numerous times to contact manger she answers one time and hung up on me. I called back and she wouldnt answer so I tried another number and when she knew it was me she hung up again. So I went to their office and it was a pawn shop/laundry mat.

BEWARE!!!! I never write reviews but PURE CLEAN SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS! PLEASE READ, This company is so unprofessional, uncooperative, and scam artists. I had an appointment set for 11:30, @ 12 we called and they said they would be here by 12:30 and never gave a reason for being an hour late….they never showed until 1:30…2 hours late and never apologized. They asked how I was paying before they even looked at what we needed done. I mentioned credit card and their response was no, i need a money order because we dont have anymore slips in the car… THAT WAS WHEN I SHOULD HAVE JUST TOLD THEM TO LEAVE AND FORGET IT… but I told them to begin and I went and got a money order out of inconvenience to myself. I then made an effort to contact a manager to complain about their employee being late, rude, and not being prepared with a credit card slip. I was told Mr. Moore was in a meeting and would be out in 30 minutes. 15-20 min into carpet cleaning, THE VAN RAN OUT OF GAS… and the technicians response was they didnt tell me the gas gauge was broken, and said they were bringing gas to him….IT TOOK 45 MIN before someone arrived with gas. Throughout all this, I continued to try to reach a manager and the receptionist, Tia, began ignoring my calls. I finally called from a different number and when she realized it was me, she hung up. She was the one who brought gas out and when I asked for someone who can help me she responded that it was no longer her problem because she was off and going home… Once i said she had ugly customer service skills she SCREAMED in my face throwing around vulgar words, racist comments, and slurs in front of my child and sped off. The technician cleaning our carpets was then told to pack up and LEAVE. THEY LEFT OUR CARPETS WITH CHEMICALS STILL ON THEM SOAKING WET, and I have pets and children. EVERYONE was UNPROFESSIONAL and needs to be PUT OUT OF BUSINESS. I later got harassing phone calls for 2 hours from the owner (her boyfriend) Karl Moore. He continued calling harassing me and claiming he would beat us up that we need to get back to our house, calling me a fat p**** b**** and using the N word every other word. I finally had to call the police and now we have a lawsuit for harassment and threats. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY…SEARCH HIS NAME, KARL MOORE. HE ALSO OWNS ONE STOP MOVING COMPANY. HES A SCAM ARTIST/CRIMINAL.

When the guy (Al) finish I had to ask him for a receipt he goes out to the van and write a receipt on paper you can buy for the dollar tree when I question him about it he said call the office after 3pm and they will email me A receipt.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.........HIS NAME, KARL MOORE. I called to get same day cleaning. The woman did arrived right on time. I have a fairly small 1300 square foot 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath ranch. It typically only takes me about an hour and a half at most for heavy cleaning. I left to go to work with the instructions of not exeeding 2 hours. My carpets werent vaccumed, nothing was moved to dust, neither one of my childrens rooms were dusted. My bathtub was left with dirt in it, there was still a film of soap scum in the shower. My cabinets in the kitchen werent touched, my refridgerator door still had dirt on it, my tv had fingerprints all over it. All in all, it seems she barely toughed the place. I called to complain. The gentleman who answered said he would contact her and call me back...he didnt. After an hour, I tried calling him and he didnt answer. Seconds later I called him using my husbands phone, he picked right up. He told me he was sending her back out, hours later I have yet to hear from any of them. I spent $100.00 on a job my 7 year old does better. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone!!!!

I had my carpets cleaning by Pure Clean the same day i had my move out. They showed up on time told me i didnt have to be there, and that when i got home all the stains would be gone from the living room carpet. When i got home i was surprised to see that my carpet looked brand new again. I will use them again in my new home.
