We had an amazing experience! Our carpet was repaired and cleaned and they did an amazing job. A spot of repair was even forgotten and they promptly came over first thing the next morning to fix it. I also got the grout and glaze in my shower done and S&S came back a few times to make sure everything was to my liking and to correct things I wasnt so happy about. This is my first time using this company, I’m very happy that I did! They were on time, & even texted me to let me know when they would be here & also let me know when they were about ten mins away, which I greatly appreciate because it gave me time to put my dogs in their crates. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I tried a different Carpet Cleaning Company, only because S&S was not available. The company I chose did a horrible job and tried to charge me $400 to clean my carpet. They left my carpet extremely wet and basically in the same condition it was before they got there to clean it. I tried to rectify the situation with the other company but I didnt feel comfortable with them doing anything else to my carpet, honestly I never wanted to see that man again.I called S&S and Thank God,They were available cleaned my carpet, it looked new. They got stains out that the other company said wouldnt come out!!! Their prices are reasonable, customer service impeccable, and they do quality work

I would highly recommend them for your carpet cleaning!! They responded quickly and let me know exactly when they would be here, it only took them an hour to do 3 rooms and my stairs and they look beautiful! I wish I took before pictures but the bedrooms belong to teenagers so you can imagine how bad they were after a year of food and drinks and shoes!

S & S Came and cleaned 3 chairs that had probably never been cleaned and are at least 20 years and they look brand new.I had them also do 2 rooms of carpeting that had a lot of stains on them and they look new too! I called and he was able to come out the same day. It was only an hour wait, which was fine because I was happy I didnt have to wait for another day. We had very bad stains on our carpet from our dog. He was able to come same day and in the evening when we were home. He did a wonderful job! We were extremely pleased with the customer service and quality of S&Scarpet cleaning services! We were under a tight schedule and they were able to accommodate us at the end of their day and worked tirelessly on our carpets which were extremely dirty, so we could move into our house and place furniture on clean carpets!!!So it’s been hectic since s&s did a wonderful job with cleaning our carpet. When we returned about 5 days later all of our stains returned sadly. I actually said to s&as that would probably happen so I knew already what had happened in the past. They said it wouldn’t happen with this cleaning so I was encouraged. Unfortunately the stains did return. I thought it was too good to be true but s&s were hopeful and confident. Absolutely the best carpet cleaning company I have ever had. Their “high traffic restoration” process is just that! Special tools and powerful extraction bring back the “bounce” of newly installed carpet. My mother’s carpet looks brand new especially in the areas that I thought could never be brought back. Their work on pet stains is incredible. They were able to treat stains and remove pet urine from the carpet and the pad. I will be calling on them next year or before to keep the carpets clean and looking great!
