Ordered a Groupon, sent an email to the company as was instructed in the Groupon directions. I waited 10 days for a response. Not receiving one, I called the company. I did not receive an apology, only that the computer wasnt telling them that there were new emails. I needed my carpet cleaned b4 Halloween. I was told they could not get me in until Nov 5. Upon asking what solution/chemical was used to clean the carpets, I was told none. It was water only, heated to 250°. I was told if I didnt it, I could contact Groupon for a refund. Obviously they dont want my money, so Im taking it elsewhere.

They were on time, professional, took their time to be sure it was done right but also didnt lag around. I would and have recommend them to family and friends. And will definitely be using them in the future

Wouldnt recommend this company. Carpet was cleaned good but jewerly was token.- Below sounds like your calling me a liar knowing I am unable to reply to your response. I never would accuse anyone of stealing if it was not true. Also, you guys had someone in my home that wasnt even 25, so how have yall had the same crew for 25 years? It was 3 men present to do my 3 rooms and 2 of them was not old enough to be working for the past 25 years, one of them was being trained when i didnt approve of it. I was advised one person was coming to do my home and 3 guys came. They seemed nice I wouldnt of thought anyone would take my wedding ring but it was there before you guys came and gone after. Noone else had came into my home and I even searched to make sure it didnt somehow jump off my dresser in its box because I didnt want to believe this company did this. Thank you for your feedback but i wrote an accurate review. If anyone that took it feel in their heart to return it I will be more than happy to remove the review because thats all I want is my ring back. Thank you !
