They honestly impressed me so much! They had a full schedule but still fit me in last minute because I was short on time and in desperate need of a carpet cleaner. They were very quick, efficient, and super inexpensive. For sure recommend them. They left my carpets smelling nice, fresh, and beautiful. 4 rooms for $40? Can’t beat it.

I purchased a Groupon for this company. I always Read all the fine print closely on Groupons because of the exclusions etc. This company said they will provide service 17 mi from their zip code 23320. Like I always do I looked it up on Google maps. 23320 to my home address and it was exactly 17 mi on Google maps. I called to set up an appointment and it took me a half dozen calls to get someone on the phone. But, no big deal, I set up my appointment and went on about my business. 2 days later I get a call back saying they cannot clean my carpets because Im out of the zip code radius. I sent a screenshot of the Google maps saying 17 mi and the gentleman on the phone said he there was nothing you could do, his boss is strict on this. His boss was saying it was 20.2 mi away. I asked to speak to his boss and he said he was out of town. Horrible customer service, shady company. Why have a Groupon if you are not going to honor them. My day ended spending 30 minutes trying to find a way to contact Groupon customer service because they have no phone customer support anymore. Funtimes.
