That’s a dam good cleaning! If you want your vehicle looking brand new, comes to J’s Auto Cleaning Service! I wish I had pictures of the before, but the staff complete revamped my Jeep and throughly cleaned the inside as well. All my slush mats were washed, they even took a gum stain off my back seat! Tires and rims were cleaned throughly, and the Jeep was hand dried right after with no water marks at all. J’s also specializes in window tints. Give this place a try! You won’t regret it.

I had my motorcycle detailed by Js. My bike came back to me with a showroom shine even into the hardest places to reach. He applied a plastic coating over my saddlebags to prevent scuffing of the paint while getting on and off. I originally wanted the ceramic tint. I bought the comfort which is a middle ground. Has good protection of heat, with upgrading from the classic. My outback came with colored tint, I thought it would be a difficult process. They made it super easy. Finding the right shade not going to dark was simple. I enjoyed hanging out the time flew by. Going back to get my Front windshield done

I ended up buying a 2017 Tacoma and my wife brought a 2016 Kia optima. Both of our vehicles were taken to Js to have our windows tinted and the vehicles detailed. When my wife recieved her car back she was extremely impressed with the tint on her windows. Me, I thought that 35% on top of 35% would be a bit darker than it was. Either way I went back to the shop and explained the situation to them. They fixed the problem without charging me the difference or the labor. I normally get names of the people that help me out before I write reviews however this is one of those rare moments that I didnt get names. Either way the staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure that I left happy. Ill definitely be taking my vehicle back to have it completely detailed at some point within the next 6 months. You guys certainly earned my business today.

Goes out of the way to assure customer satisfaction.turned my hetic day into a breeze. Price, quality, service is top notch. Not to mention I dropped my car off, they gave me a ride back to work, then DROPPED MY CAR OFF TO ME AT MY JOB. I had an issue with my window prior to bringing it in and the owner tells me if it messes up, bring it back and hell retint it. Need I say more?!?!?! My vehicle had a fish smell because ice melted from fish I was transporting in my SUV. I brought my SUV in a week later and they were able to remove the smell. They also detailed my SUV. I seriously thought I was going to have to buy a new car. They did an awesome job and I highly recommend them! 😊

The owners and workers are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Being retired Navy, I am a stickler for attention to detail and it seems like the people who run the show there are sticklers for attention to detail as well. Which is a good thing when you have a business such as theirs.

I took my 2018 Silverado Crew Cab in for a complete paint detail. I was specific of what I wanted done. Detailing black paint can be difficult. A week later it didnt look as it did when I picked it up. I took it back and asked Rob for his opinion. He agreed it wasnt done properly the first time and asked me to leave it with him again. I picked it up and I am extremely happy of the way it looks now. When a business owner can accept fault and make it right for the customer, I believe that is a true definition of professionalism. J’s Auto Detailing picked up my vehicle from work and brought it back several hours later. The attention to detail was unsurpassed. It was obvious that they take great pride in their work. Every crevice was cleaned and shined. I was impressed with the vacuum lines in the carpet and the plastic mats they put in prior to returning it. I would highly recommend J’s to anyone needing car detailing or tinting services. I’m seriously considering doing tinting through them as well.

J’s Auto did a wonderful job with my Tiguan’s window tinting. Very professional technicians and receptionist. I would not hesitate to recommend J’s Auto. In fact, They did such a great Tinting job, I had them give my vehicle a wash. It all took about 2 hrs. I let the windows “cure” for 5 days. (3 might have been sufficient), and they look terrific...no bubbles, no imperfections.I will be returning in the fall to have them detail my vehicle.

They dont care about thier customers. These people are unprofessional, they dont do what thier customers ask, then they get mad at the customers like they did something wrong.

On the recommendation of a friend who knows the owner of Js, I called and asked if they would be interested in detailing my 1984 Mercedes wagon that I use like a work truck. The owner of the business showed me the different packages I could choose from, explaining carefully what each one included and helping me to choose the best package for Butter the Car. I left her with them and returned when they called to say she was ready. They kept her in the garage and when I walked in the front door and saw her through the door to the garage, I thought I was looking at someone elses car! In all my years of owning her, she has never looked so incredibly clean and well, just gleaming! Her windows shone as if they were new glass and they explained to me that they had used triple ought steel wool to polish the years of grit embedded in them out. Then they used a glass polish. Incredible! If you care for your car at all, dont hesitate to let the crew at Js take care of it for you. You will not regret your decision!

Just got my tint done here on my 2019 Kia Optima and these guys are amazing! They explained everything to me, were friendly and professional the entire time and had my car done in an hour! Brought my 2019 GMC SIERRA 1500 in to get all my windows done. Very quick, I was actually shocked at how quickly it was done. They are reasonably priced and so far have had the best quality work Ive seen in the area. I have used other shops with other trucks and after the fast and very friendly service I received here, I will go nowhere else in hampton roads to get my ti ts done or vehicle detailed.

Got ripped off by a company who stated I was getting Llumar window tint on my car, 14 years later and my tint starts bubbling and rippling. Took it back to said company they cant work on it. Found Js Auto Cleaning Service, Inc, Well they honored the warranty and replaced it all and will warranty it as well. These guys rock and deserve your business over all others.

I brought my brand new off the showroom 50K dollar vehicle to J’s for window tinting. I don’t know if it’s because they did illegal tint on my car and henceforth I did not get a warranty or what, but it’s been a little over a month and the tint is already fading and turning purple. They left bubbles in the tint on the back window which is already peeling off and left residue from the alcohol they used to wipe them down all over the interior of my car. I spent $400 on this tint and it lasted literally a month. They also left spaces around all the windows. I cannot for the life of me understand how they have contracts with all these dealerships and good reviews with the shoddy work they do. Would not recommend!Editing to reply to their reply. No of course I’m not the same Jennifer Smith that embezzled from you. It happens to be my real name. I know you have contracts with the dealership because the car dealer where I purchased my car sent me there and I was able to deduce that it must be contracted with you because I’m not stupid. Your establishment absolutely did put illegal tint on my car at my request. And I was told that was why I got no warranty. I had to have the back window replaced already due to the bubbling and peeling. How would you be able to look at the cameras and describe my vehicle when it’s not in the review? There’s no way I would ever bring it back there for you to look at. If, as the owner of an establishment I saw a review like this I would try to correct it instead of accusing the paying customer of lying or being an old employee that robbed the place or a competitor. My first review still stands. Would not recommend.

Excellent customer service! I came in just for a quote to tint my new car and they were able to tint it on the spot. I left in thirty minutes with perfectly tinted windows. They also have a guarantee on their work and products. This is the third vehicle I have had tinted by them and I continually refer my friends to them.

Took my 2015 Tahoe in to get the front windows tinted to the legal limit. Initially I was only planning on going with the basic service but the technicians took the time to educate me on the differences in the tints that they offer, and explain their warranty. You cannot beat the price, warranty (lifetime/transferable/nationwide), or service anywhere. I am very satisfied with the service I received and will recommend their tenting service to anyone who wants to have the best job done on their vehicle.

I took my sons car here to get it tinted. I didnt like the job that was done because it looked and felt like there was sand all in the tint. When I asked them to take care of it they told me no because it was not Virginia legal when the car wasnt even registered in Virginia. The owner is a total crook!

Well, my experience with Js didnt start out bad. I dropped off my 2014 Fusion for a full detail. The price was $325 (fairly pricey) but that was the whole package. The car was supposed to come back looking flawless. The staff were nice and friendly at first. When I went in to pick it up, I looked around the outside of the car before going inside. There were quite a few spots where it looks like they forgot to remove the wax like on the weather stripping, door handle crevices, and the circles around the rear parking sensors. The front grille also had water marks all over it and was still quite dirty. Several spots on the lower quarter of the car were missed altogether. The inside was equally unimpressive. There was still dirt on the floor. They forgot to pull up the plastic and shampoo the passenger side. There was also dog hair on some of the seats. My interior display was streaky. Okay, so I wasnt super impressed with the work, but I gladly went in, got my key, and paid without causing a scene. That was until I got in my car and my power driver seat would not adjust. We spoke to an employee, a manager, and even the owner (though he stormed away after about 30 seconds of discussing the problem) about the issue and they all claimed that it was not their fault. Even though the seat was in full working order before we dropped it off. Even when we pointed out all of the imperfections on the car the manager refused to even give a partial refund. They didnt seem to care. The seat was stuck in such a position that I had to lean forward to reach everything all of the way home. Thankfully, when I got home my dad and I looked at the seat for quite some time and were able to figure out what happened. I keep a fire extinguisher under the seat, and one of the employees was trying to back the seat up. Well, it jammed up, and, instead of looking to see why the seat wouldnt go back any further, he just kept trying to get it to go back. Luckily the seat has a safety that prevented him from damaging anything serious, and we just needed to reinstall a piston for the power seat. I was completely dumbfounded that Js wouldnt even accept the slightest responsibility for the seat, even after we pointed out that it was in a different position than that in which it was left, so it must have worked at some point while they had the car. Overall the detail job was shoddy at best-leftover wax, dirt, streaks, etc. The customer service was awful. If they had handled the situation properly, I wouldnt even be on here leaving this review, but clearly they did not. The owner was ridiculous in how he handled the situation. He wouldnt even talk to us until after he yelled about how they couldnt have caused the damage. The manager was a little more pleasant to deal with, but we still got nowhere. I most certainly would advise anyone considering Js auto detailing to go elsewhere.

My only day off, ran over to J`s, and even though they were busy, they worked me in, and took care of the issue.[ completely re-tinted my back glass, covered under the warranty] Great folks to do business with! Got my auto inspection SAT 1 hr later. Check them out!

This is a reply to your reply on my previous review . You absolutely did put illegal tint on my car at my request. It was a 2018 Chevy Traverse Redline edition. How are you gonna review the tape and not see a car like described if I didnt tell you what my car looked like in my review ? I am not the same person who embezzled 500K from whatever you are talking about, not am I an ex employee. I am a real person who got a poor tint job done by your business. I know about the contract you have because the card dealership sent me to you because they have a contract with you. Your employees did a terrible job at tinting my windows and left my car messy from whatever they wipe it down with. There are gaps in the tint at the edges, the back window was bubbling. I have since had to have that window re-tinted by a more reputable place It sounds to me like YOU are making stuff up to defend yourself because you know that your shop completes shoddy work and dont want negative reviews on your google but the people NEED to KNOW!

Great guys did the tint on my firebird. Very reasonable prices $200 for 2 front windows and the hatch. Took like 3ish hours.

Had windows tinted on 66 chevy truck, not everybody can do older trucks. The work was great, fast, and clean.

I had one window tinted yesterday. It cost $25 to remove the existing tint and $50 to reapply. Although the customer service was ok, today I see that there are over 100 small bubbles in my tint that look like rain drops. I have not rolled down or washed the window.They did not Give me a warranty because although my vehicle is plated and registered for Texas, they say that the tint is illegal for Va.this makes me question if they did such a shabby job because they wouldn’t be responsible for fixing their work.Ultimately I’m very disappointed. I trusted that they would do a good job.I was going to take my vehicle back for a detail. But have decided that I will do it myself.

Do not bring your car to Jays auto cleaning! I bought a new car through priority Chevrolet and got the tiny package through the dealership. When I picked up my car, the tint looks like it was scraped with something along the edges. There are scratches on every window. Honestly how can you allow this kind of work. Pathetic
