Much like these other reviews, we were very pleased with Josephs service. He gave us an hour window to expect him and was actually a few minutes early. Our 16 year old freezer had stopped working and we were dreading having to buy a new one. He explained everything he was looking at, showing me everything along the way. He determined it was a part that could be replaced, was able to locate the part and get it installed, saving us from having to purchase a new one. Very reasonably priced and very respectful to me during his time in my home. He will be the first call we make if we need appliance repairs in the future.

Joseph’s Appliance Repair fixed our dryer on 7-13-2021 when it was making loud noises. He had a replacement piece (wheel pulley) in his truck and he fixed and cleaned our dryer on-site.He also asked a few questions about our dryer to make sure we were getting the maximum air flow and when I told him that sometimes I have to run the dryer twice for one load, he explained why that happens.After he explained it, he just did a quick check on the air flow and the exit point outside to house and found what our problem was. Our dryer hose had standing water on the inside which is a tell tell sign of a blockage. YiKES!!!! He even showed me the water on the inside of it as well as the wet lint he was able to pull out of the exit point outside the house.He recommended that I call a company to come out and clean the dryer vent thoroughly before it causes other issues and disruption of the dryer.I actually did call and schedule an appointment with another company to come and service and clean our dryer vent. THANKS AGAIN!!!He was very professional and I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Even though my toddler children tried to talk his ear off, he was very nice to them and courteous in answering their questions about what he was doing to our dryer. 😂Thanks again!!!

I was upset that my nearly 2y old washing machine it needed repairing. I called Joseph and explained what was happening and reassured me that it was normal and that he would fix it. When he arrived he explained what the problem was, what the next steps would be and anticipated cost for the job. When the replacement part arrived he called to schedule the appointment according to my schedule (very accommodating). Once the job was completed, he explained what he did and what I should expect. I would give him 10 🌟 if allowed. I strongly recommend this business. He is very knowledgeable, professional and respectful. You wont regret it.

My Samsung dryer stopped heating up so my clothes were not drying. Called on a Monday morning, dryer was fixed that afternoon. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He showed me everything he was doing and how he diagnosed the issue. It was my heating element...The cost wasnt too bad either. Josephs Appliance Repair was recommended by a friend but unfortunately my friend couldnt remember the name. Having Googled the best dryer repairman, Josephs Appliance Repair was one of the top listed. Having spoken with Joseph on the phone, I knew that this was the person that did the work on my friends dryer. He was prompt with response and setting service date. Also punctual when appointed time was given for service. Very knowledgeable and prepared when it came time to perform work. He thoroughly diagnosed the problem by checking every possibility of what was causing dryer failure even when the main issue was evident. The attention to detail and the explanation by Joseph was worth the cost and time. The preparedness of Joseph was outstanding.. the dryer in question was over a decade old and the heating element coil had busted. Joseph had the part on hand and completed repair in an hour. Highly recommended and will use again if needed.

Joseph did a great job taking care of our drier.He corrected our diagnosis over the phone, gave us a quick appointment (considering how swamped everyone is right now), was on time, and figured out the problem very quickly. Fortunately, his parts guy had what he needed in stock, so the repair was completed that day. I couldnt be more pleased with his professionalism, courteousness, or friendliness (the latter in spite of 4 very noisy little dogs!). Highly recommend!

Joseph was prompt, courteous and thorough when he came to repair the water dispenser on our refrigerator. He was careful not to scratch the floor when he moved it and made sure everything was cleaned up, working well and not leaking before he left. The dispenser is working great now. I will definitely call him again if I need an appliance repairman.

Owner refused to talk to me because he stated he was closed for the day.It was 12 noon 12-24-2018.I was not pressuring for a service call but a little guidance on my dryer problem.The previous reviews must have been hand picked by Joseph to post.I found him to be rude and insensitive.
