A & Anderson Appliance did our family a solid. We had an older fridge that had a failing freezer section. We sent him over to evaluate the fridge and tell us what we needed to do to repair the unit. He came the next day and determined the unit was beyond reasonable repair costs and would likely fail again regardless of the possible fixes. He was honest and a great help trying to figure out which direction we needed to go with the fridge. - He even dropped the diagnostic fee because he wanted to guarantee the customer was satisfied. We will undoubtedly use this company in the future...thanks A & Anderson Appliance and Repair!!

He arrived it my home on time and dressed nicely. Service was prompt and cost was extremely fair. The guy knew what he was doing. I would absolutely recommend him to a friend.

My hot water heater had stopped working. so i called a very popular nationwide plumbing service. once the repairman arrived. ( an hour late) he looked at the water heater and stated that it would cost around 1300 dollars for a new water heater, installation and parts. i then called A & Anderson Appliance repair. mr anderson arrived on time. and went right to work. within 5 minutes mr anderson found the problem, explained to me what the problem was. And while he was repairing the water heater he explained what he was doing through the whole process. Mr anderson saved me over 1000 dollars. hes very professional, down to earth and honest. i would highly recommend him

I called this company 6 times over a two week period for service, I never received one call back. My last message stated that if you are NOT interested, please call me back and tell me so. Still, no callbacks.
