Appointment 1 scheduled 8a-12p…by 6pm, after calling every hour after 12pm no one showed, no explanation, rescheduled.Appointment 2 scheduled 8a-12p… called every hour after 12pm, told tech would arrive in 20 minutes, 4pm received a call, the tech never came to work.Appointment 3 scheduled 8a-12p… tech shows at 9a, works on fridge and gets it running, bags tools and leaves without talking about the service. I inspect and have all the trash left behind, not cleaned up and extra screws. Extra screws!!? Pulled out the fridge and the back panel is bent up (pictures below).It is cheaper and less frustrating to buy a new fridge than use this service.

They could not fix my refrigerator. Parts were no longer available. Now am in the process of getting a new refrigerator. Sears did give me a $1500 credit towards a new one since I purchased the Master Protection Agreement. Well see how that turns out. I just made a selection of my new refrigerator today. Waiting for Sears response.

I have used Sears Home Services on two occasions to repair my Craftsman Lawn Tractor. The jobs were both done professionally and completely. I especially appreciated the ability to schedule the repair in advance and have it COMPLETED on the day of the appointment instead of dropping it off at a small engine repair shop, then waiting for WEEKS or MONTHS before I hear anything back about the status of the repairs. I will use Sears Home Services for all my lawn equipment repairs.

Ive phoned both Sears locations to try and book a service repair on my washing machine, but no one answered at either location. The phones rang endlessly, and there wasnt an option to leave voicemail. Plus, there was no option to request a live customer service rep or operator when the other options to punch on the keypad didnt help either. NO ONE answered any of the phone lines I tried, which is terrible, terrible customer service. If you want our business, you need to have at least ONE HUMAN --- not an auto-recorder --- answer your business calls. Youve lost the personal touch Sears.

We had a washer machine pump go bad they ordered the part & had them shipped to my house, they came back & finished the repairs, we are so very happy to have our washing machine fixed. Scheduled appointment was from 1-5pm a 430 got a call saying there were running behind but would be here by 630. I very specifically asked are you actually going to show up or just try and reschedule me and not show. Technician Travis said no ma’am I will for sure be there today. And guess what 8pm rolled around hadn’t heard another word. So I called and was told my appointment was rescheduled for a week later. I’ve used them before with zero issues but NEVER AGAIN!

Our lawn tractor wouldnt start. The technician was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He took time to explain what he was doing, what he thought and/or found the issue to be and what he was doing to fix it. This was the 2nd time in 4 months he had to come out. The 2nd visit identified an underlying issue not detected the first time (faulty sensor in blade engagement prevented mower from turning over). No more issues.

Repaired my dishwasher, it broke and was down just one day. Sears service rep arrived on time, repaired it in less than an hour, was very professional, called me before arrival and was on time. Could not expect more. Great service will be my go to service in the future.

Douglas cleaned, did an oil change, sharpened the blades, put air in the tires, cleaned off old hard grass, checked everything on our CraftsMan riding mower. He was everything you want in servicing what anyone needs done. Wish more companies had employees like Douglas. Thank you Douglas for all you did for us.

Had to order freezer door.They forgot to order it for 3 weeks until I called them. Took 4 months for it to come in. When it was delivered it was the wrong color. The tech did not know what to say. He tried to repair the door and he did so with no problem. I did not need to have a new door to begin with. He was very good. I could tell the first tech had no idea what he was doing. Worst experience in over 50 years with Sears. No one would try to solve the problem, just said to wait. I did for 4 months when I didnt have to. Again, my last tech was great and he would get 5 stars.

Our extended warranty was used when our 2 year old microwave quit.The contracted technician was prompt, fixed it in the first trip (yeah!) and returned free of charge to also replace a cracked cosmetic piece. Very satisfied.

Had my 2 year old refrigerator repaired a month ago due to bad compressor. Thirty days later the unit stopped working. I called for appointment to find out it would be 2 weeks later. Technician came to repair the unit and said the system needing charging so he checked for leaks then charged it. Within less than 24 hours the system stopped working and I called to get an appointment. I am waiting another 2 weeks. This has cost me list food and no refrigerator now for almost a month. Tried to call a supervisor but was told by person in India who answered the phone I could not talk to anyone local about getting a faster appointment. I will never buy anything from Sears again. No wonder they went out of business.

I have already written of my experience with this new repairman. NOTHING was done. He ran a diagnostic test, but no cleaning was done at all. In the past, the regular service man would clean the dishwasher thoroughly. This new service man was polite and clean, but was NOT like the regular service man that would come in the past.

The technician, James B, went above & beyond the call of duty to repair our refrigerator. He diagnosed the problem was the condenser, which would have to be ordered. He then keep checking the compressor, which had been replaced 2 years ago, because it was doing odd things. He finally decided to be safe and replace the compressor. Both parts would have to be ordered, and we would have to wait for a week to get the refrigerator working again. James surprised us by returning at 4PM with the parts. He found them in another location and had them delivered by courier. He worked past 9PM to repair the refrigerator! Outstanding service, THANK YOU JAMES!!

The technician was professional and explained what was done and what I should expect. However, he is one of at least 4 technicians who have attempted to solve the problem (The ice maker does not produce ice.) on numerous occasions since March 7, 2019. As my repair history will show, many hours for repair visits and phone calls are evident. I have now been given another recall date in October. How long must this go on???

So I purchase a microwave from them for a good price. It is a returned product from the previous owner out of the box. We get it home and no brackets for mounting. So call the store tell me come pick some up. Now it is a distance away, so had to go the next day. Finally get the microwave in and running good for a day or two. Then hear a poof noise, see a little smoke and microwave is dead. Luckily it was still in there 30 day period and I got a full refund.

THE SERVICE WAS GREAT, THE TECH WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. I WOULD GIVE 5 STARS BUT HE DID NOT HAVE MY SIZE BLADES ON THE TRUCK., AND DID NOT LUBE THE MOVING PARTS. OTHERWISE ALL WENT OK. Tech closed job with parts on order. Never installed parts. Never showed for install which was suppose to be 9/13/19. Tech doesnt even work today. And I am suppose to trust Sears. And he made my wife pay for it up front. AC still broke.

A mixed bag of returns and damaged appliances. Everything was 45 percent off, but it was off list price. Since everyone else discounts off of list, this amount isnt as much as you would think. Then they charge you 89 bucks to deliver when places like Lowes offer free delivery. And many of the dishwashers I was looking at were missing the silverware baskets and the sales guy was clueless about where they went.

I had no problem with your technician. He was courteous, quick and had the part on his truck. My complaint is the length of time it takes to get a service tech out to my home. After complaining to your scheduler that 2 1/2 weeks is not acceptable, I called your Resolution Hotline and explained my situation. Your rep was courteous and assured me you would do what you could to help me and I would hear from you within 24 hrs. by email. I HEARD NOTHING! It was as if I had never called. 2 1/2 weeks later I got your automated appt. reminder call and your tech came. Obviously, he was unaware of any of it.For the first time, I am very disappointed in your customer service. I have been buying your appliances for over 50 years, mainly because of your exceptional service. I always felt you would go the extra mile. Its disheartening realizing I really am just a number on your waiting list and your customer service isnt what I thought it was.

Okay, we went here to get my son and his fiance a Refridgerator. Large supply to look over. Only problem was they are all returns. Some you can see why with cracked bins with dents and dings. I dont mind all that for me personally, but not as a gift. They charge $89.99 for delivery and only on 3 days of the week. They should advertise that most of their stock is returns this way you dont waste time going there. Also we were there for about an hour and not one person came to ask if we needed help.

Are you kidding me? Do you really want to know my thoughts? Well, here goes. The technician provided excellent service; polite, courteous & professional. But - I have had this same repair problem four (4) times in a year and a half time span. Yes, this loud OVEN - yes, LOUD has burned the bottom of my food four (4) different times. As far as loud, the blower actually comes on while cooking AND after - yes, after you shut it down. Why? Wouldnt it cool off by itself. My oven is louder than my dishwasher, my clothes washer and louder than my furnace. This oven is nerve wrecking. It really frustrates me. This is without a doubt the worst design appliance that Ive ever own. I am so sorry that I didnt use it during the return period. It would not be in my house making my life miserable.

The actual repair was performed very well. The technician was polite, punctual, and professional. However, the time required to initiate the repair was poor. The malfunction occurred in early June. The initial repair couldnt be scheduled until July 1, 2017. Parts were ordered by the initial technician on that day. The date of July 18 was scheduled to install the ordered parts. The parts were not actually ordered until July 12. The parts arrived the week of July 20, 2017. The actual repair was not made until nearly two months after problems arose. I would not recommend Sears products or service to my worst enemy.

Service technician was great, dont get me wrong...its the way sears customer service over the phone that sucks...once you learned why the technician didnt show up according to the time frame of service, instead showing up WAY pass the time frame, sears either need to trim down the service calls per day or get more field technicians...you call sears and ask why is the technician isnt there yet, instead of them tracking down why...instead, they give you the 3rd party contractors number to chase yourself...what kind of service is that...so much for customer satisfaction...

The technician arrived promptly and diagnosed the charging problem with the garden tractor. The alternator, fuse and battery were replaced and the protection agreement covered the costs. The technician was prompt, courteous, and did an excellent job!

How would you rate this? We requested service on a GE side by side refrigerator/freezer with a problem getting cold water thru the dot dispenser in January. Four tries and nearly 3 months later we have no water AND no ice through the door as well as no door handle. Pretty pathetic. Still waiting on a wiring harness and an insert to attach the door handle. Good service is an oxymoron!

I would dryer stop working so we reached out to Sears appliance repair to come and look at our Kenmore elite dryer The technician gave us an estimate of $500 to replace the heat element My wife and I decided that was too much and would purchase a new dryer when I came home from work I decided to look into the estimate and found that the parts were under $100 it was on during a 50 minute repair for an experienced technician be very weary of this company who charges $400 per hour Experienced or not that is just way out of line

Repair person, did not reconnect the dryer hose. We also found a dent on the dryer, not there before. There was also a screw not replaced on the dryer top. Service scheduled for 1-5pm, never happened until approx. 7pm.
