First off the technician..I forget his name but he was a very nice and friendly young man. Arrived early and was very professional and knowledgeable. My problem is with the final cost.They advertise the dryer vent cleaning as $99 plus tax. They never stated on the phone that the price can vary depending on difficulty. I live in townhouse and it didnt seem to take him very long so it didnt seem like a difficult job but Im no expert.. However the final price ended up being $350!! I never expected to pay that much. I felt a little scammed. Next time I will know what to ask and get several quotes instead of going with the first place I call.

The first thing they did was to turn on the washing machine. They were here to clean the dryer vent!Then they would not believe us when we told them where the exterior dryer vent is, and tore off two vents that belong to our neighbor. They were supposed to show up at 1 pm, never came until 4. They never got the vent cleaned out. Their office says there is no one in charge. They wanted a check for A&B floor cleaning.

Did not wear a mask. Im not 100% sure that his measurements were accurate. Had a difficult time understanding accent wise. Only accepted cash or check. I wasnt told this initially. Would have been prepared, had I known. I then had to leave the man in my house alone. Only time will tell if my initial problem will be resolved. (DRYER T IS TAKING 2 OR MORE CYCLES TO FULLY DRY A NORMAL SIZE LOAD).

Showed up and hour and a half after scheduled four hour window. Barley got anything out! Then was charged triple of what was quoted. Measurements were not accurate, he stated it was so long he didn’t have a tool that would work, but I clearly seen the end of the tool. Never informed prior to service that he only accepted cash or check. Over charged with no options as he started work prior to me giving him an ok.

The technicians were hard working and friendly, the pricing was transparent, no surprises and the before and after pictures were dramatic. Highly recommended TJ Dryer vent cleaning.
