Daniel called ahead and arrived on time. He cleaned every single vent in my 4500 sq foot home and did a very thorough job. I had friends over at the time helping to install something in my basement and they both commented how good of a job Daniel was doing. One friend also wants to use Lowes for his house too. We got a great deal with their packages online. Scheduling was easy with a quick phone call. Everything worked out great and I’m happy we chose Lowes.

I am 6 months pregnant and now with my super mommy nose i can just tell the quality of air was deteriorating within my newly purchased home (plus i had construction work done in the basement). So I called Lowes along with calling various companies and in all categories Lowes staff were more professional, patient to my inquires and had the best price. Then the day of they sent a nice young man (Daniel) to my MD home and he was polite, respectful, descriptive of what would be happening and clean. So overall i have zero complaints and the young tech was awesome then provided before/after pictures. Ill recommend them to my friends .
