From the phone call to them coming out to our house the customer service was top notch! The gentlemen who came to the house were so polite and explained everything to me and then again to my husband over the phone. Very professional. Fixed an issue I had with not getting the proper air flow through all my vents. Also updated me into todays time with the nest thermostat. I recommend for anybody out there that wants hvac work.

I just had my old outdated ductwork in my house replaced by Shanes Services. They were on time, and provided enough man power to remove all the old ductwork, relocate an existing return vent, and install all the new hard ductwork, flex piping, and new vents in 1 day. The new vents were cut into my ceiling perfectly and look great. Thank you Shane Services for a quality job.

Had these guys come out today and clear a drain line for me and let me tell you the tech was awesome. Even talked with the insurance adjuster to help me with a claim. Cant say enough about the professionalism. I would give them 6 stars if I could. No need to call anyone else.

Arrived and had my AC fixed within 2 hours of the phone call. Didnt overcharge for the quick response since it was during normal business hours. Would definitely reccomend them and use them again!

We are so pleased with the install of our flooring, repairs to our duct work, and replacement of our front porch railing.
