Buds Plumbing, Heating and Cooling answered my call and provided excellent service on my air conditioning unit. They inspected my 14 year old unit and provided the proper amount of Freon and got it back up and running on a hot day. What a relief. Thank you to Buds Plumbing, Heating and Cooling.

Buds was very prompt and professional. From the no pressure sales tactics, to the very knowledgeable salesman Steven M. They gave us options on replacement units and provided us the necessary time to ask all questions either that day or over the next few days. Once we made the decision to go with them they put us in the schedule and a week later they showed up at their scheduled time exactly. They didn’t have other calls to go to before or after us they were designated that day for our new HVAC install. They cleaned everything up after they finished and conducted a brief training and walk through of the system! They then promptly the very next day sent us the confirmation of the product warranty registration. I truly believe in a world that is only trying to get the most amount of money for the least amount of work. Buds remembers what’s most important and that’s their customers! I highly recommend Buds as we have tried Michael and sons and A1 with disappointment abounding. When other companies don’t appreciate your business Buds will.

Daniel B. was very professional and we collaborated to figure out why my circuit kept tripping. Turns out the old, nonfunctioning microwave that came with my RV had melted into its plug. He capped off that line to prevent a possible future electrical fire, and replaced the plug that everything else in the living room was connected to. A++ would never use anyone else. Daniel may have saved my life!

I was very impressed with the lever level of customer service I received from Buds Heating and Cooling. Not only were their prices better than others but they made sure that everything was to my satisfaction before they signed off on the job. Buds arrived at my elderly parents reset the unit a left, unit quit working soon after they left charged them 89.00 no second chances here !!

Love the food, services, atmosphere and prices. You should have seen the size of the plate of chicken tenders. And the burgers! Out of this world good. Went late on rainy wet, Winter Saturday night. Area was safe, very popular and policed parking lot. Very nice, family environment.

We had an emergency plumbing situation! We called several plumbers, but because of the high volume time everyone turned us away. We called Buds and no surprise they were completely booked up too; however, they took the time to listen to our issue and actually sent a tech out that was between calls. This tech not only took the time to diagnose the issue, but took the time to remediate the issue so were could have some functionality until they could come out for the complete fix. We could not be happier with Buds service. Everyone was polite, professional and knowledgeable.

Even though they could not get the camera in because of how small the pipe area is, they recommended we try other plumbers and at no charge. He made some suggestions on probably what it might be.

Friendly and great service

We had a leak from our hot water heater at midnight. We called the emergency number and Quinn called us right back. He went right to work and it was only a pipe coming from the HWH. Minimal damage, great employee and he took time to talk to my husband about possible residual issues. PLUS..there was an online coupon. Buds will definitely be our go to company for our plumbing/ac/heating needs.
