I was recently referred to Larry Decker Agency through a friend and couldnt be happier with level of personal service. They set me up with an Allstate policy and a few months later I was sideswiped by another driver. Fortunately, the other driver was also Allstate Insured & as per an agreement between Allstate and NY state, both our deductibles were waived. Allstate completely covered the cost of repairs without hassle and my car was back on the road within a week!

I have had a great relationship with Larry for many years. He is skilled at working with his clients to tweak coverages to provide the best coverage at a sensible cost! May I suggest you take advantage of his annual review? Were relocating out of State, so we had to find another Agent.

I am truly surprised by the positive reviews, the office staff here is absolutely horrendous and have no idea what they are doing. If you call with questions you are laughed at it and told that they dont know.
