We have been with Donna for over 20 years. We joke that shes watched us grow... shes become like extended family simply by being so helpful, so kind, so knowledgeable, honest, and personable. Our parents and children are also Donnas clients and equally happy. State Farm is an excellent insurance company for all insurance needs, but a stellar agent such as Donna is the heart of what keeps us unable to imagine shopping for insurance any place else.

We have been customers with Donna Carey for years and have always been so pleased with their customer service, but this week they truly exceeded our expectations. On Friday at 4:30pm my college bound son was informed by his apartment complex that he would need to provide a copy of renters insurance before he could move into his new apartment. This information came approximately 17hours before we were to leave. A frantic and panicked phone call to State Farm ensued. With only 30 minutes before closing Jeffery took incredible care of us! Put the policy together and emailed a copy to me and the apartment complex. The whole process was done in 10 minutes. We can’t say enough nice things about how kind and responsive Jeffery was in this situation. He even let me yell and complain! This is what great customer service looks like!! Thank you!

I was outraged when we received our auto and homeowners renewal policies from our previous insurance company. Almost an $800 increase in premiums. I had them for about 7 months all was well then came a time that my policy was set to expire I was told one thing by corporate and then the agent told me a different story which led to my insurance lapse in so I lost my continued coverage I also had to turn my my plates in and then when my wife was in an accident they did nothing to help the process the accident happened on the 8th of February only today (3/1/17) after I got nasty with corporate did they finally give me the information and policy number to whom of the person we were in an accident with their custumer service was beyond subpar they also let my homeowners insurance cancel over $32.22 the agent never called me and said hey this was left out of your payment you want to hurry up and pay this before your homeowners insurance cancels. In which I went to file a claim for damage to my house during the last wind storm. State Farm customer service is horrendous I really implore you to find your insurance somewhere else. Very disappointed and sick to my stomach the way they screw you over and are unwilling to do anything to fix theyre mistakes. Ive also cought them in numerous lies in which I have brought to the attention of the New York state district attorney. They were busted in the past for shady practices, nothing has changed
