They were great!! I talked to Michelle on the phone about my order, she was super nice and explained things simply. We had three different delivery guys deliver/pick up the inflatables and all of them were friendly and easy to talk to! All I had to do was watch as they set them up and plug the extension cords in. Their rates seemed fair enough to me and booking the order/delivery online was so simple. Definitely recommend and will use them in the future for any inflatable needs.

We rented the radical run obstacle course for my sons 4th birthday and it was a huge hit!! However when it came to packing it up we made a mistake of ripping a corner. I called Michelle on the verge of tears and she was the sweetest, most understanding person…calmed my nerves immediately! This place exceeded all expectations and has the best customer service! Highly recommend this company!!!

I am very disappointed with this company. I called to talk to someone about renting several water slides for several weeks and was told that I needed to call back and talk to Michelle. I later spoke with Michelle about doing water slide rentals for several weeks in a row. After a hectic phone call in which I told Michelle that I could talk to her at another time since it seemed like she was busy- she quoted me a price and emailed me a quote- I got online later that day and paid the deposit for the rental. I called to double check with her the next morning and she said she misquoted me because she was trying to hurry and give me a quote (and that shes not good at math) and that my new quote was $700 more than the original. They would not honor their 1st quote. I even offered to meet them in the middle and they refused. She apologized and said she was only human. I told her there were 150 kids and their families that are going to be disappointed and she said there are 150 kids at everything other camp we deliver to too. I honestly dont know what to say- just extremely disappointed. They didnt even care that I had hoped to rent for several weeks in a row either? I think they should have met me in the middle since it was their mistake. I hope Michelle has learned something from this.

We rented an GIANT inflatable water slide for my daughter’s birthday party. The whole family loved it. The kids at the birthday party said it was the best party ever. Michelle was wonderful to work with and even accommodated inclement weather. They delivered early in the day so we got to play and slide for hours! Worth every penny. My daughter was sad to see it go back at the end of the day! Professionally and friendly set up and take down. Prompt and frequent contact throughout the experience. 5 STARS!!!!!

Over priced and when my cousin used them, shed dont get to keep the slide long at all. I would definitely looke elsewhere for a rental company and make sure you ask for delivery and pickup times.

I was a little worried as we were coming in from out of state and I needed it set up at the in-laws yard for my kids birthday party. We got the Crayon Combo and had it set up when we pulled in to the house after a 8 hr drive. The kids loved it.
