It was he best Party City that I have ever been to in Chattanooga. I found everything that I was looking for plus more. Employers were super nice how was well greeted it was a great experience

Wow, so much fun looking. Ended up buying way more than we expected. So much variety! Clean wide aisles for shopping.

Went in for last minute balloons. Staff very efficient and helpful with choices and tips about keeping the balloons safe in heat.

This store is extremely easy and convenient to get to. This store has a great selection of all your party needs anywhere from anniversaries birthdays Hanukkah Halloween and everything else in between. The staff is relatively friendly at this time of the year they have a great Halloween selection my only small criticism is that they are a little bit pricey. Other than that the shelves were well-stocked plenty of inventory and choices and everything that you would need to have a successful party. I would return to purchase other festive party or Festival event items.

This company needs to set it up! The selection is minimal and they are ALWAYS out of merchandise like balloons....geez a party store out of basic balloons. Customer service at the 1 800 is nonexistent.

WOW the lady named penny is very rude and offensive over the phone. I will never buy anything while a manager like that is working for the store. That is making me think all her employees are like that. I am literally scared of this place now after talking to her on the phone because of her rudeness to someone like me when her and I both spoke on the phone. No employee should be like that at all.. any business when you are trying to sale products. you want to be friendly as possible and polite to the people handing their cash over to you. I was very polite and courteous over the phone yet, she was very offensive like she had a very bad day from ether at work or home life or something like that and took it out on me for just asking a simple question. I even at the end of the phone call conversation that I apologize if I offended her or any negative towards her that I did not know about... (I did not cause it was a professional question that I needed answered.)

Party City is a great store to find just about anything party related. Party City has candy, plates, napkins, black light, streamers, wedding, birthday, baby, anniversary, graduation, themed, and so much more for party supplies. They have tons of costumes at reasonable prices for Halloween and dress up party occasions. Party City has dressing rooms in store and makes it very easy to try on clothes. They have a massive variety of costumes from infants to kids to adult themed varieties. The balloon selection is unmatched as well. Seasonal selections around holidays and events throughout the year are available up front typically. The associates at Party City here are helpful and polite, eager to help. Clean store, organized, and sorted. Restrooms in store. Shopping carts and baskets to help managing those party selections.

Really upset that I had to change my 5 month olds diaper on the floor. This is a store for parties... that includes children!! So why are there no changing stations for parents?

I couldnt get anyone on the phone to answer if they had a certain costume in stock. I drove 30 minutes to the place to find out if they had it, which they didnt. I found another costume I decided on but ended up putting it back because the line stretched all the way around to the last isle. I understand its Halloween weekend but I feel they should have had all registers open instead of just two.

Best place to get party supplies and costumes, but make sure you PLACE an ORDER for your balloons at least 24-48 hours in advance or you will be waiting hours to get them helium filled. Also, being a novice in balloon helium, I recommend you get them filled the day of the event, because standard latex balloons only hold the helium for 6-8 hours.

Great place to get costumes and party supplies. A little pricey, but the only place to get decorations besides Walmart or the Dollar Tree.

Good selection of different party themes. I was disappointed to find out they quit carrying the candy molds to go with the candy melts they sell.

If you want something for a party this is the first place to look. Many items that are grouped in lots of different categories. You can theme your party from start to finish quickly and easily. Lots of wrapping paper and gift bags some of which are also with the themes or a good deal of stand alone styles

Friendly staff and fully stocked location for any event. The balloon section is great for parties and they pay extra detail to get the height and look just right

I went in to order some balloons for my sister for her 60th birthday party. This was a Couple of days before needed. Paid for and scheduled to pick up on Saturday at 10. They were ready and waiting for me at that time. Customer service was polite and efficient. A total great experience that Ill repeat when I need to. ☺

I went to get a big bag for a Birthday present. They did not have any real big bags. Fortunately the one they had was big enough. They did not have a lot to select from.

I dont come into Party City very often so am not familiar with their inventory or layout. I was seeking a very particular and specialty item so rather than searching the aisles I asked the cashier. She directed me right to it! I was impressed with the reasonable prices and friendly, knowledgeable staff.

They have a large array of supplies, so its a pretty good one stop shop, and staff were helpful. The bad part is the quality. My first balloon (out of a $15 set) had a hole we discovered as we took it to the car. We took it back in and got another, only to discover it also had a hole. We found out too late because we were putting together a birthday party and couldnt go back out to get another.

The sign said it all. This place has everything for any party and also they have some costumes. For each holiday they have it. All their stuff is at a great price. Sells candy,and balloons.

Hannah working at location went above and beyond. Employees there really nice all around. Truly nice staff.

Friendly staff, very helpful. We ordered balloons for our daughters first birthday and they actually found me a package to save me money so I could order more. They had them ready on time and they were perfect. They also had a large selection of unicorn party supplies that other people didnt.

You go to party city for all your party needs!Their variety in balloons are great! Im not saying its cheap but, its a great place for customers, decor, food containers, etc.I love their emoji balloons! Always a favorite. They have seasonal balloons for each holiday too. Just dont wait to last minute or theyll sell out.The hours for party city is super flexible. The staff is knowledgeable and kind. The only thing is it can be a 15+ minute wait time for getting a representative to place your balloon order. Not because you cant find someone but, because it averages 15 mins per customer to pick everything, write it down, and then check out.

What a joke! I placed an over the phone balloon order on Saturday July 22 @3pm for pick up Sunday July 23 @2:30pm. I paid over the phone which was no problem at all and was told I was good to go for pick up the next day.We arrived at Party City Chattanooga TN in The Terrace shopping center @2:50pm only to be told that they had no such order. Upon further inspection they tell us the order was supposed to have been picked up the day before and that the balloons are gone. So my husband calls me to verify the store location... It was the correct store. He told them again that I had paid over the phone and pick up was indeed for Sunday. They then called him a liar and the man behind the counter lunged at him and threatened him. (Very mature) long story short.... We wont ever do business with a company that calls you a liar even when youre holding a receipt in your hand. Clearly they messed up when taking down the information and instead of owning it they decided to point fingers and threaten a customer over a measly $15.30. Good job Party City!!!

Gotta be careful when purchasing from their candy selections. Bought white chocolate covered almonds for a dinner party.... and party guess quickly brought to our attention how hard or possibly old thecandy could be. One stated she would have chipped her toothed she bit any harder. Considering this a safety hazard for our mature guests teeth, and possibly a choking situation for our litte ones.....we trashed them. However, I decided to retrieve some of the candy so I could express the safety concern w the store. And because their candy is not cheap ($7.99 per bag) The MOD (sorry I forgot her name) over the candy dept happened to be working and went over and beyond to make my situation right and gave me a full refund. Great customer service! Will return. Thanks Party City!

Great selection of party stuff but my hat goes off to the balloon dude who knows a heck of a lot about comic books. We really enjoy talking to the guy and the girl that checked us out was really nice.

The employees there are wonerful, I have a 20 year old special needs grandson and he loves Mardi gras beads, they aways make him and us feel welcomed and they help in every way they can. They make his shopping experience great . my grandson loves to go to party city and I cannot thank the employees there enough.

My baby sister grabbed one of those super bouncy balls and was rolling it in her hands *she has really bad axienty and rolling stuff on her hands calm her down* then began bouncing it slighty * wasnt even 2 foot off the ground* the ball hit one of the metal shelfs and went flying an employee grabbed the ball and came up to my sister and said you going to purchase this or not. My sister began to explain that it was an accident and apologized. The employee rolled her eyes and shook her head and walked away not even 2 mins later she got on the intercom customers remember if you break or open any items you will be paying for them do not play with the toys or throw items my mom and I placed our items back where we got them. My sister was embarrassed and started to cry because it was an accident and she apologized. As we were walking out the same lady said excuse me are you going to buy that ball or did you just come in and mess with items my mom looked at her and said no we are taking our business else where my sister looked at my mom and said momma her balls werent that bouncy any ways
