I will suggest this place to anyone. i live 2 hrs from here and had been screwed over by another nail shop in chattanooga so they git me in no problem was super friendly gentle and did exactly what i ask for. They even stayed an hr after close for me. Thank you Zarah Nail Spa for the experience i will definently be returning.

I made review on the salon when I first came in I was a little upset but the service turned into an amazing service the gentleman that did my pedicure was awesome when I left it made me realize how much self care is so important. my first review was on first impression but at the end of my service made me very happy. I will be returning as often as I need to. Thank you for a wonderful service. I will refer customers.

I was going to sunny nails in brained, but I go a little further down to get professional treatment and GREAT quality nails. They are very clean and very accommodating. They do good work and they take their time with their customers. I have gone to this salon 4 times already and I plan on coming tonight too to get a fill in! I will definitely be using this nail salon ANYTIME I need my nails done!

This day spa is truly a spa! It’s been recently updated to a very zen aesthetic with neutral colors, touches of glam and sparkle, and all the equipment looks brand new! The staff are very kind and helpful! This is my second time visiting and both times they were able to accommodate last minute, though an appointment is recommended to service all your needs. I personally enjoy being taken care of like I’m the only one in the spa and they really give that attention to detail and to their customers. I leave feeling relaxed and renewed!Definitely check out Zarah Nails if you’re looking to find a regular spa or in a need of something specialty! Highly recommend!

Annie is great. Her work is the best ever! I started there when I could not reach my toes due to an injury. She always makes sure everything is just perfect. Cant say enough good about Zarah. Nice and polite too.

I have been seeing James for several years now and I always love my nails and get so many compliments! It took me a long time to find someone who could do my acrylics properly and I wont go to anyone else! So happy he has his own nail spa now!

I showed them a picture of exactly what I wanted that they have advertised right here on Google as their own work (which I don’t believe is theirs now) and they gave me the exact opposite. When I tried to bring it to their attention, the lady who performed my pedicure (which was mediocre) stated that they don’t have or can’t do what I asked AFTER she had already done the service although she reassured me she could multiple times. I then asked for a discount for them basically lying about being able to give me what I asked and false advertising. She said I could change my color for free if I don’t like it and it’s not about disliking it, it’s about it just not being what I asked for at all. The only reason they have 2 stars is because they were polite but i’m tired of these nails salons lying about their abilities to do what you ask just for them to do what they want and still charge full price. Very unprofessional. Would never recommend.

Too much Good Food. Ate meal at P F Changs (2 boxes home with me). Dessert at Cheese Cake Factory. (Home with me in my tummy) All very good. Would go again to both places.

I enjoyed meeting and talking with Denise. She did a fine job with my manicure. I cannot give 5 stars though because her husband, who did my pedicure made my experience there uncomfortable. I was 20 minutes late due to family problem and even though I apologized Charlie was upset by that and, therefore, was not friendly at all. Also I have been ill and in the hospital and so am still weak. Charlie seemed irritated that I couldnt always move as easily or as quickly as he wanted me too. I went as a treat to myself but could not relax or enjoy the pedicure because of Charlies bad mood and rudeness.
