I did a walk in and was greeted immediately. I signed in and was able to pick a color right away. My tech was Jay and he was awesome. I came in with an ingrown toenail and left without one. Jay kept me laughing yet was very professional. I recommend and will definitely be returning!

Absolutely loved Exotic Nails. I walked in without an appointment and got service immediately. The staff is so nice and friendly. They really take excellent care of customers. The salon is also very clean, and the staff has great hygienic practices.

Loved my experience here! All of the employees are so friendly and welcoming, and my nails look fantastic! Came in for both finger nails and toe nails. I wanted no-gel on my toes, but gel on my fingers, and Tina did a fabulous job matching the color! Will definitely be returning.

My girlfriend used to come here every two weeks and the nail technicians did an amazing job. The last several times however were not as good, the technician was rushing, didnt even finish the manicure on all nails, and the colors that were requested were no where near the ones that my girlfriend asked for. They are very capable of doing an amazing job but as of lately that hadnt been the experience.

Tina and staff are the absolute best!! No matter what kind of issue you may have, big or small, Tina will make it right! The greatest nail techs, too! Rae, Sunny, Tina...all of them are awesome! Always friendly and never seems annoyed when you’re being too picky. The best salon around....hands down! Oh and walk ins are welcome without crazy long waits! They do their best to accommodate you as quickly as possible. Not just for the amazing job they do on the nails but for the warm and friendly vibe they give you while you’re there, I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a nail place of their own!

We were just trying to find a place close to were we were at the moment and I have found my new forever salon! Its been three and a half weeks and my gel nails have stayed on beautifully! The set before that I got done at another place barely lasted a week! I love this place! The people are great!*********Update:Five weeks now and my gel nails have not pealed! I love this salon and Sunny! I am coming in to have them filled in for an event.

After 21 years of acrylic nails, today was my 4th “dip” - how great to have my own hard nails!! Tina, Christine, Nikki, Kim, and Jay make TLC a place of comfort and friendliness.

This place is a JOKE!! the quality of there work is absolutely HORRIBLE!! Your nails will have lumps on all of them. Plus I got a full set nothing special one color paint on them normal length and some how my $30 full set turned out to be $45. I would highly recommend going anywhere else but here.

Just was in the area and dropped in at Exotic Nails &Wax. Lek did an amazing and meticulous pedicure. She took her time and didn't allow herself to be rushed through the process. Watching her be a conscientious help/teammate was also a pleasure.

I just went there not too long ago and the teen who did my nails was giving me the feeling that she just started not to long ago. The way she did my nails were awful! It was like me using my left hand (I’m right handed) to do my nails! The experience was awful, she forgot to do half of the stuff and the result of my nails was chunks of it underneath my nails! Definitely not coming back!

Had a great experience here. My daughter and I walked in on a Saturday morning and didnt have to wait long at all(we had been to our normal salon and they told us it would be 4 hrs before they could help us). Jessica was amazing and took her time. This is the best pedicure and gel mani I have had. Will definitely be going back.

Ive been going here for 3 yrs now absolutely love it. Sunny is really great and definitely does a wonderful pedi.

I took my daughter in on a Sunday. It was a hour wait but three people that came in after me went before me. The technician started on my daughters nails. As the drill bit was stated it somehow jumped out of her hands and onto my sons arm. It had a big bruise. Her nails look horrible, the shape and polish. We will not return

I have been coming here for about 6 months now. I really enjoy the mani pedi’s I get from here and the girl I ask for every time is so sweet and fun to talk to. I feel the price and what you get are Perfect here. It took a while for me to find the right nail place in Chattanooga. I love the color changing gel I get every visit.

I came here, Sunday, knowing they close at 6 to get a gel fill in so I arrived at the salon in enough time to be out before they would closed.. just for the lady to tell me “she has an appointment and I can come back another day bc the other lady doesn’t do nails.” Well I’ve been sitting in the parking lot and NO ONE, not one person, has walked in the salon since I left.If you want to get off early, change your hours.

The past two times I have gotten my eyebrows waxed I have gotten bad burns, they do good job shape wise but the wax is too hot.

WOW. came here on my birthday because my regular nail place (nails n wax in ooltewah) was closed for the day. horrible experience. I got gel nails, nothing fancy, and I couldve done a better job with regular nail polish at home. completely sloppy work, took all of about 10 minutes...and when I asked her to redo some of the nails that had nail polish all over my fingers, she took off her own toenail polish in between waiting for each of my coats to dry and then gave me a cotton ball to wipe them off myself when I was done. I will absolutely never go back. I cant believe people pay $20 for gel nail anywhere other than nails n wax in ooltewah!!! I will be going back to nails n wax in ooltewah at the end of the week to have them repair this awful mess!!!

The girl who did my gel polish was friendly. Hence, one star. I cheated on my usual nail salon (nails n wax in ooltewah on apison pike) because they are closed on mondays, but I am very regretful now. I felt pressured to pick a color quickly and then the whole experience was over so quickly, it didnt even seem like a spa experience. And my nails look like I could have done them myself. I will return to my regular salon on friday, apologize for being unfaithful and then give them a bodacious tip!!!
