Best place in town for nail designs. I always go to Ivy for my pinterest nail designs, she is an artist! But any time that she couldnt get me in, the other staff did a great job. I always make an appointment and am taken care of in a timely fashion. Everyone is nice and the whole place has a fun and laid back feel. I highly recommend ❤❤

I really enjoyed getting my nails and toes done here. This is the only nail place in town that I have been to that honors their appointments. However I was a walk-in and was still able to get my nails done in a timely fashion despite the appointment customers. I really enjoy the humor of the owner and conversation of the employees.

Arrived there with an friend we wanted pedicures. Got there at 2:12 pm we left at 4:02pm we did not receive any service. we waited and waited I seen 5 people walk out without being served. Waiting time just waiting. They was telling people 35 min wait that was a lie. They told one lady no appointments can be made but people where coming in with appointments. Was a lady that does pedicures was on her phone arguing the whole time while working not focused.

You know I’ve been coming here for about a year now and have NEVER had a problem like I did today. I always schedule my appointments for the same time every other Saturday. And yes I understand that sometimes y’all are with another customer and it may go over my schedule time. So 15 minutes after my appointment time I asked the lady that sits in the first chair to the left when you walk in how much longer he would be and she told me about 20 minutes ( keep in mind I’ve already been waiting 15 minutes) so I repeated back to her “20 minutes” in a shocked tone of voice. Then she preceded to say and I quote “idk I haven’t been back there why don’t you go back there and ask him” she wanted me a paying customer to go back and ask him while he’s with another paying customer how much longer it would be. The way she said it to me was VERY rude. No reason for her to have acted like that towards me when I have always scheduled my appointments at the same time on the same day with the same man for months now. I’ve never had any complaints on this place because the majority of the nail artist are amazing. I’m pretty sure she is the owner as well but not positive.

Tried something different called chrome polish. I like the look, but too expensive....like $20 more than gel. The service was good though and I didnt have a to wait.

Had an AMAZING experience today with Tim! He went above and beyond and gave me beautiful nails. 10/10 would recommend.

Ivy did my nails for my wedding and I have never had a manicure be so perfect even after a week of wear. My nails were PERFECTLY straight and I was skeptical of having tips put on because they never turn out right (gaps under the nail where food gets stuck etc) but these nails have been actually literally perfect. Seriously, if you’re a perfectionist about your nails just go to Ivy. Not a single scratch on my cuticles with the drill, not a rhinestone out of place.

TAM was AMAZING! I stand on my feet 24/7 and he did something that I wouldve had to go to a podiatrist about. My feet fell better than great and nails to match!

It’s always crowded so be prepared to wait at least 20-45 mins or longer depending on the time and day, not all artist are able to do certain things so there’s a high chance that several people will be servicing you unless you just so happen to get “one of the talented few”techs they have ( 3/7 good techs who are normally booked ). I used to be a regular every two weeks or so but the quality of work I received on my last to visits didnt match up with the pricing. I definitely wasn’t satisfied with the result and when I spoke on it the staff got kinda defensive/ rude which was uncalled for, so i bit the bullet and let them finish after comparing the photo of the nail set I wanted to the work that had been done .i also I watched another woman voice her dissatisfaction with her service as well and she was told to leave . The quality, value, and customer service most certainly has gone down over the years, there are better options seek those to avoid disappointment !

Went to get nails done on a Wednesday.. I got gel polish but Friday I noticed one nail was chipping so I went in Saturday morning and after waiting over a hour I left

Danny and Ivy are absolutely the best they get five stars all day long! Danny is my personal favorite He always shows great attention to detail, very gentle and he charges the actual price that supposed to be charged. My low rating is to some of the other staff, unfortunately every time I don’t have time to make an appointment with Danny and just walk in I have to see someone else and I’m very disappointed every time! I think Danny and Ivy should know this about their staff. Last time i walked in right after the salon opened back up from COVID shut down, I knew I was taking a chance by just walking in but WOW this time topped all the others, the guy did a horrible job my thumbs were real short and wide and shape of my nails was just awful some looked coffin and some looked square. I had to make him change one of my fingers that was literally pointing sideways. My fingers are on fire and no I’m not allergic to acrylics! Then to top it off he over charged me! This is the fifth time I’ve walked in had a bad experience, NEVER will I ever just walk in again! If I can’t see Danny I just will not go!

The pedi technicians had great report and personality. Their technical skill was amazing.The mani front has issues with all tech’s talking in their language very loud and taking away from the spa relaxation I hope to have.

They have a variety of services and colors to choose from and the staff are sweet and attentive.

I have never had a bad experience here! They are always so nice and amazing at designs! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The prices are kind of high, but definitely worth paying for the service you get here!

I have been going here for over 2 years. I have always enjoyed the experience. I may have to wait, but I understand things happen and they are usually very busy. It is best to make an appointment.

I can’t believe all the bad comments I have seen on here but some ppl will complain over anything I have been going here for about 2 years I have never had a issue with them IVY is absolutely the best and I wouldn’t have my nails done anywhere else 🤷‍♀️‼️‼️‼️

I have been to this nail salon a few times and never had any problems. Today I had a 1:00 appointment. When I sat down in the chair he began the process of removing the old nails from my hands. On my right pinky finger, he clipped too far below the nail and clipped down into my skin. My finger started to bleed immediately. After he noticed my finger was bleeding, he continued to work on it. Then, I told him that I couldnt continue because my finger was hurting too bad. He then tried to super glue the skin back together on my finger. I snatched away, got up, and walked out. I will never go back there!!!!!

Ivy did her thang and my nails fye!! She took her time and did them better than the pic i showed her. Its been av week and i havent broken a nail nor have i lost any gems!! I love them and i recommend ivy if you love design and details

I have been going to this salon for close to four years on and off. The staff is incredibly friendly. If you’re looking at this place to get your nails done, make an appointment because they are popular.We went in last night as a group of 4 with pedicures. One was a child (11 years old) Ivy and Sam were wonderful and treated the kid like she was a princess. She left the salon feeling so special and would not stop talking about how nice Ivy was to her.This unique nails treats you like family.10/10 recommend.

Customer service is horrible! Ivy is so unprofessional & Jimmy. My cousin normally goes to Jimmy and her nails look great so I booked an appointment with him just to try him out. Well I get to my appointment and Ivy asked me who did I have an appointment with and I told her Jimmy (this was his first time doing my nails). I over hear him saying to the lady he was already working on, “I don’t know her” just making smart jokes. That was so unprofessional, like it doesn’t matter if you don’t know someone that booked an appointment with you. I’m pretty sure he doesn’t know half the people that come there!The first time I went there on a Saturday my cousin an I waited almost 3 hours to get our nails done. Ivy doesn’t take nail appointments on saturdays so she basically shows favoritism. If you want her to do your nails and she doesn’t know you she’ll throw you off on someone else!Sadly these two are actually the only good ones there but after my last experience I won’t be going back! They will never get my service again!

I am very disappointed in the service I received here. The tech didnt even bother to ask me before applying gel even tho its an extra charge and of course she charged me for it. So I paid 60. She barely shaped or filed the nails so they looked like lumps of clay were applied to look like nails. Ive had them less than 24 hours and they are still so high at the cuticles that they appear grown out. Some of them are loose already and the polish is discolored. I will be going today to ask them to fix it. If you charge a customer 60 for a set then it should be professional work. I could have easily went to any cosmetology school and a student 2would have done better. I could have done better with a 20 Walmart nail kit!

My technician was nice but did not do a good job. I got a full set with bell polish and they are so thick it’s hard to function. I have gotten the same thing in the past and this is the worst it has ever been.

I have been going to this nail salon for a little over a year and they always do a good job on my nails. I noticed over time that they would over charge me for nails and the price did not match what was in the brochure. I started to ask before receiving the service how much the cost would be so that I was sure I was being charged the right amount. Today I went in and Andy did my nails and I SPECIFICALLY asked BEFORE he did my nails what the cost would be. I was told it would an additional $15 along with the price for a full set $30. HOWEVER when I get to the front to pay I was charged $55 for ombre nails. I was shocked and told Andy that this was not the price he initially gave me. I paid the amount but this will be my last time coming here. They will add an additional amount to your service of you do not ask them in advance or question the price. I know this for a fact because they have done it to me in the past. Be cautious because these people are LIARS.

I had a really bad experience here getting my nails done I came in and requested a pedicure and a fill in with gel polish at 5 p.m. I did not go sit in a pedicure chair until 6 p.m. and the salon closes at 7. instead of telling me that they only had time to do either the pedicure or the fill-in they decided to rush me through and do both in 30 minutes each. as you can imagine this did not go well my nails ended up being messed up in several places and when my nails grew out the acrylic was very chunky at the top where they did not get filed down enough. I ended up having to go and get my nails redone only a week later because they looked so bad and I will not be giving my business to the salon any longer.

Let’s just say this place should never be visited by any human. I made an appointment for 12:30 with IVY and arrived early ... after about 10mins I asked whom IVY is as it was my first visit. She responded and then I asked how much longer I had to wait; I had waited a while at this point and she said 20- 25mins... I then mentioned that I had made an appointment and also had to travel out of state hence the appointment. Some girl(guessing a staff ) jumps in asks me to wait or have someone else render the service (in the most rude way)and said I am being disrespectful and I asked in what way? At that point IVY asked me to leave if I couldn’t wait... I mentioned that the quality of customer service is poor. She was so rude and has a very distasteful attitude. I saw her work which is good but a bad attitude can NEVER keep a business.If IVY is the business owner... I already this business will crash soon because of poor behavior and if she is not, the owner might want to look into her behavior. In the mean time, good work or not I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE... 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

My nails look awful! I cannot believe i even paid for the horrible service i received. I got a full set and none of my nails are the same length. They are all misshaped and streaky. None of the people that worked there even talked to me, not even the man that did my nails. Silence the whole time. He also cut my finger while he was filing. DONT GO HERE.

I just hate this place! I have been going too unique nails for about 2-3 years on and off! Its like they take advantage of the people they already know making them wait, sometimes you get right in but for the most part they don’t care ! Samantha has her favorites when she supposed to be professional she wants to do people that she wants to do! One day i came at like 11 she had an appointment at 12:30 I ask could she start me she said do you already have an appointment I said yea she says well you have to wait for that person that you made appointment with but she walks around doing nothing! Y do I have to wait for the person doing my nails when they are not ready you aren’t busy but she didn’t want to start it! Another time i came just to remove my polish she was doing toes and continued to ignore the fact that I was her appointment she started the lady nails after ivy the owner told her I was there she said she just getting polish removed, in my head I was like so I had an appointment and somewhere to be! Just unprofessional! Even when you have an appointment they want even wait at least 10 mins for you they will already start on a walk in and I am a loyal client! Ivy the owner tries to be a boss but she is just as unprofessional as her clients doing people nails who she wants to do! And Casey she does good on feet for the most part but the hands I was so upset! They all act cocky as if they could never lose business! I have not been in like 2 months And don’t plan to ever return I have a new nail place! I wish them all well as more people realize the fakeness from these people! I have so much to say about them all but their not worth it!

I was a frequent customer since they opened and for 2 years I went. It has been years since I stepped foot in this establishment and am forewarning those who are considering. My last straw was going in before my vacation and having to wait 2 hours for the owner Danny to ask me if I made an appointment which I did not because it was a Saturday and I could not make an appointment with Ivy due to her being bogged down with nail designs. I then asked him will I be seeing Ivy and he told me no and said he would do which I told him no, I came to see her and it was promised that she would do my nails. He then GRABBED my hand and proceeded to take off my foils which my nails were soaking in and yelled at me. I walked out and vowed I will never be treated in such a mannner again. So before you consider this establishment you have forewarned that their customer service or loyalty is non existent. Oh and the owner Ivy has no problem talking about her customers to other customers which I find totally unprofessional and downright rude!
