This is the only place I will ever go. Sky is great and is totally professional. He does a fabulous job and is completely involved with doing his job right. I have been to a number of nail salons in this area and this one is the best by far. I have never had a bad pedicure or manicure. I dont get the acrylic or other artificial nails but I have seen the same people come back over and over for fill-ins so I have to assume they do that as well as they do the things I get done. I highly recommend any of the wonderful people who work here because I have had every single one work on me. I really appreciate that they trim my ingrown nails without hurting me as some other salons have and I have never had one of their techs make me bleed. That was a problem with many of the other salons. Try tips to toes and you wont go anywhere else.

Took my Mom to get a Mani/Pedi. Pleasant environment. Clean. Competitive pricing. Very nice selection of polish colors. Everyone was very friendly. Phi was so kind and careful with my elderly mother.

My family(grandma, mom, aunt, sister, and myself) have been coming to this place for 10 years. They have always treated us like family and done an amazing job. I now live 3 hours away and whenever I need a spa day I wait to drive all the way to Chattanooga. They are the best!

THIS PLACE IS FANTASTIC. Clean salon, fast service, and so friendly. My nails and my friends nails look great. I even messed up THREE nails and they took the polish off and redid them. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. New favorite nail salon in the Chattanooga area.

AMAZING PLACE! I walked into this place not knowing what to expect. I was thinking I needed my acrylic nails all removed and redone completely from a horrible experience at DONNA’s NAILs in red bank. The owner Sky sat me down and was in shock over how my nails looked from this other place and he just apologized over and over for something he had nothing to do with. Sky worked his magic and made the set I thought would have to be removed and completely redone look AMAZING! I was so happy with the work he did! He was so friendly and made me feel like I was an important customer! Him and his wife both were great people and I have found my permanent nail salon 😁

Traveling from Ohio and stopped in for a quick pampering! Incredibly friendly, and you can tell they really love their customers. My nails look great! Would definitely go again if I ever travel back down!

Horrible service. Definitely won’t recommend this place to anyone. High disappointed. P.S. my family and I have received many services before and everytime I have been very disappointed. It was beyond unprofessional to make it seem as the staff would have performed services me until they found out I had a gift certificate. So my review stand. Awful service from the moment I walked in the door. I’ll make sure my family and friends never come there.

This was my second visit to this nail salon and it was recommended highly by my doctor. My first experience with Natalie was great and everyone seemed so nice and it was such fun atmosphere and I thought this was gonna be my new regular spot even though my daughter was not to thrilled about her set they put on I thought she was being picky but I went anyway- so I went to get full set today and the brief 5 mins I was there was embarrassing and horrific. I showed a picture of how I wanted my nails and I he kept telling me more length would be extra and the acrylic I wanted was extra and everything I wanted would be extra and I said that’s fine I just want like the picture. He was saying it as if I couldn’t afford it . I was not concerned with the price at all. He cut my nails a short sporty length and I told him it’s to short it’s half length of the picture(i didn’t state that I’m in a play and needed my nails long for a villain character but it shouldn’t matter) he told me to get out and that was was being cheap and just left me with tips on my nail and told me to go somewhere else which no doubt after that I was leaving but I was trying not to be rude and I asked him what I said to upset him, he told me I’m cheap- where you go before go there I don’t want you here -he walked off to the pedi room with all other customers and wouldn’t communicate with me it was very insulting and I told him his attitude was nasty and he was just being nasty and rude and that he lost a lot of money because I usually spend money 200-300 each visit if not more and he was very unprofessional- a customer drinking beer butted in and said if he is so rude why are you here, my mind was blown I just told her to please keep drinking her beer this doesn’t concern you ma’am and another lady said don’t call her names - my mind blown I said I didn’t say that and she said I called her an old biddy- which I don’t use that term nor disrespect my elders but it was just trashy all together. Worst nail experience I have had in 20 yrs I have been getting nail- so I went to apple nail in hixson where I should’ve went to begin with and they did a fantastic job as always $234 before what I tipped and I have no complaints with apple nails in hixson they are amazing but I’m i Do Not recommend tips to toes In hixson to anyone- and I have never made a review online but this was worthy of one - my daughter videoed the whole experience and when they saw they were being videoed he started after I was already walking out- horrible guy and he was the owner- -

Just left and SO disappointed! Fingernails not shaped and left so rough they catch on my clothes! Polish strays beyond the actual nail into the cuticle crevice and on my fingertips. Looks like I did them myself and that’s BAD!! Will not go back.
