This place is pretty neat if not cramped but I enjoy going there regardless. I especially love how Ms.Susie actually listened when I asked for a clean up with my eyebrows bc everywhere else they try to make it extremely thin like it’s the 90’s again but not her and the nails are always good work and if you see a little mishap and point it out to them then they’ll fix it, hassle free. Gotta say, not a bad place, price is okay, really down to earth.

All the workers were super friendly!It was such a great environment. I got a basic French tip and with acrylics. I love it!

Very poor customer service i was FAR from satisfied, the man was on ft on and off throughout the manicure. i had acrylic dripping off the sides of my nails and my nails were very chunky. will not be going again!

Susies is the best. Hands and feet. Ive been going here for about 4 years and they treat you like family. Loy and Susie do a great job! Em does a great pedicure which Im in need.Try the powder nails. You will be hooked!!

I absolutely love this place. Susie is excellent on her work. I would Highly recommend her and her staff. They are the friendliest staff and do what you want to be done. Went back twice after getting my nails done their for the first time and I was very disappointed in the quality of work done on my nails from day 1. I went back for repairs. I would never go back to have my nails done again, however, I would go back for a spa pedicure. The tech was awesome very friendly and engaging and her work was satisfactory.

I Love Susies Nails shop because they treat their customers like family and they really take their time and very serious about their customers and I feel so much better when I leave the shop and the ventilation is better than any other shop that I have been in and I Love the way they get to know their customers personally. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Fabulous work, customer service and friendly staff!!

Went for Gel nails. She was friendly, however she didnt file my nails nor cut my cuticles. People started coming in after me & it was like she was rushing to get me out of the door. My gel polish is lumpy, on my cuticles & the skin around my nails (which the polish will end up lifting because of that). The polish isnt even (which is why its lumpy) and that resulted in dark spots in the polish. My pinky was cracking before I ever left and on the tips of each of my nails where she capped them with polish were lumpy & literally have knots on the tips. One side of each nail was round & the other side comes up to a point where she was careless capping them. I had to come home & file them myself to get rid of the pointed corners (which results in them no longer being capped, which will end in the lifting in a matter of days). Which is fine, I still have my $ & when they start lifting I will go where Ive always gone for years now (unfortunately they were booked through Monday which is how I ended up here). WILL NEVER BE BACK. The sad part is, it was The owner who did my nails. She is older & has been in this same location for as long as I can remember so she should have more than enough experience... so you would think, right?! HORRIBLE doesnt describe the work she did on my nails today. Idk how shes still in business. Maybe her employees are better than she is? Idk, but I wont be back to find out! If they had ZERO stars on here, thats exactly what she would have gotten from me today. Nothing good came out of this experience. She doesnt deserve 1 star.

It was my first visit and it left me quite disappointed.I went in for a manicure and pedicure and the guy who did my nails didnt seem much interested in his work, and the results were accordingly. He didnt do clean work and my nails looked afterwards like they need a manicure.
