They sent a crew out on Thursday. The crew mowed one line and quit. Did not inform me of any problems. I called and asked why and was given some vague reason that doesnt make sense because not even their staff get a detailed reason why. The reschedule was up to four days later. I have immediately canceled the service and will not let their unprofessional crews onto my property because I believe this was an effort to let the grass grow a little more so they can charge a long grass fee.

Set them up to go out to a yard i cut for ten years. The back yard as a steep hill you have to cut a section with a weed eater. I didnt think anything of it. Guy uses that 17 by ten foot section in the back to not cut any of my back yard. I told him on messages Ive cut it why was he not able to do any of it he said have a nice day. Cant get anybody from the company on the phone and they want a three cut minimum when they didnt even do the job the first time. Still need to talk to a person.

Just haphazard on actually doing the work. Much less quality work

Cant get a return phone call. Still cant get anybody out there to cut the grass after 2 weeks. One person who was going to cut it complained about the pricing.

They showed up at my house after 7:30 & that’s fine. I understand it has been hot out, after I returned home I went to look at my yard & it was butchered. There was places where it hadn’t been touched. Looked like the done the entire job with both eyes closed. Didn’t trim my walk way beside the sidewalk, steps or drive way. So many places still had grass over my ankle. I will NOT recommend this company to anyone & I will NEVER do Buisness with them after my 3 mows.

They did a wonderful job trimming and mowing my lawn. I had over grown rose bushes and hedges and they did a beautiful job cutting and trimming them to the correct size. Definitely recommend and they have an app to make it easy to use their services. Great pricing.

Having good success with an app-based lawn service, LawnStarter. So far, I’ve used them twice and I’m very pleased. You just let them know what type of service you need, lawn mowing, brush/tree trimming, lawn treatment, mulching, etc., and they send a local service provider to complete the job. You can setup a weekly/bi-weekly scheduled service, or schedule specific jobs, all handled via your app, and you don’t have to in pay cash!

Would recommend this service. Very reasonably priced, competent and keeps you posted on your services. Have had no problems. Does a good job.

I couldnt be more impressed with Anthony with LawnStarter. He is prompt and professional. He does a great job mowing our lawn and he also trims all of the weeds around the foundation of the house and fence. He edges and blows the patio, driveway and sidewalk. I would definitely recommend Anthony to anyone looking for a professional lawn service expert!
