I went here for the first time several months ago. The dentist was honest and provided advice that required no further treatment, which I was very grateful for. Their receptionist, however, was awful. I had an appointment and ended up waiting over an hour. I couldnt find my dental insurance card so I ended up just paying cash for the visit. Shortly afterwards I was able to get a copy of my insurance from HR (while I was still there) and provided her with that, asked if I could get refunded the difference from the cash I paid. She said I could but someone else would have to do it, she encouraged me to leave and said shed call me back shortly to confirm. She never did. When I called she acted like she didnt know what I was talking about and was extremely rude. The 5 min I spent with the kind dentist was definitely overshadowed by the 90 minutes I spent dealing with folks who didnt appear to want to help.

Good doctors..But front desk is terrible..First off I ask for a refund it took 3 months and every time I called no one knew about it.They hired a new manager and she was clueless.So when I came in to talk about it the two women got in a argument about whose right and cursed out loud.When they apologized and offer to help I gave them a second chance.Until I called about my 6 month cleaning appointment they kept lieing to me about setting up appointments.I called them for 3 weeks.I don’t have time to getting off to go say something to them.Now I found a new dentist and they sent a email talking about we missed you ..Be honest I’m thinking about suing them. Unprofessional.. Great doctors

Terrible experience!!!!!I booked a 60$ first time patient cleaning and the hygienist rushed over my teeth. You truly get what you pay for. Then the dentist informed me of two cavities and quoted me 600$ plus to fill them. I have since visited a very reputable dentist and learned that I don’t have ANY cavities. This place will advertise a low price introductory offer cleaning and then pull a bait and switch! Stay away from here at all costs! Your mouth and your wallet will thank you.

Terrible service. I make an appointment. They said they need clearance from cardiologist. They say they faxed form with confirmation and nobody know nothing. Finally I have appointment.it took 3 weeks while being in pain I get there and they have me wait 1.5 hours in waing room. I walked out. They just dont care. Maybe only one cares and she knows who she is. Didnt even get a call from oral surgeon. He dont care either.

Front desk staff is very unfriendly, wait times are the worst Ive ever experienced for a dental facility. Dental hygienist are NOT thorough! Safety procedures were NOT followed properly.

Great office, great staff! No one enjoys going to the dentist, but these people made it enjoyable. Dr. Diana pulled a somewhat difficult tooth on Thursday, and stayed a little late to ensure the job was done painlessly. A couple days later pain began to set into the extraction site and lower jaw, Dr. Diana Huynh drove to the office on a Sunday while they were closed just to write me a small prescription for pain relievers. Patient care like that is a rarity. It is also greatly appreciated! I would highly recommend this office and Ms. Huynh to anyone looking for a dentist.

This facility is Amazing!!! The office staff was extremely helpful and my hygienist, Star was the BEST ever!!! She went above and beyond to make me comfortable and less anxious!! She actually made me like going to the Dentist again. Highly Recommend!!!

Today was both my sons and I first visit. The staff was very nice and friendly. The facility was clean and practiced great covid precautions such as temp check, social distancing, and cleaning pens and clipboards between patients. There was an issue with my insurance and the staff went above and beyond to get it resolved.

At first i loved this office... now all they do is lie once you need major work.. the office is VERY unorganized and lies for the oral surgeon they have on staff. we have been trying to schedule my daughter major oral surgery for MONTHS. First they said they couldnt get the prior auth AFTER it had been approved and I told them. then after calling 2 times a week and being lied to every time(dr would never call me back when they promised he would) they scheduled it. the first time I found out TWO DAYS before when I was trying to book hotel rooms bc the surgery had to be in Nashville they FORGOT to add her to the schedule then tried to say that covid had backed them up... which is different from what the scheduler said. she was never even requested to be added. the second time 2 weeks later the hospital called me to do preop on the Friday before and advised me they didnt do oral surgeries on minors, the dental office NEVER called me to advise me of this and actually told me to keep the surgery date it would be ok. wed before the surgery(surgery was on a friday) I called the office again demanding a answer before reserving hotel rooms and they told me again it was canceled he didnt know they didnt take minors. HES A PEDIATRIC ORAL SURGEON. I thought this office was amazing at first but they ALL lie and just tell you anything to get you off the phone. I DEFINITELY would not trust them with my child.

There is no phone answering system in place that works.Your call will likely be routed off shore and your message will never reach their office.They are unprofession. Will not give you a treatment pla. And will try to run your bill up as quickly as possible and they are so unprofessional they dont even present you with a statement of services rendered.i had rather pay a little more and get professional people and a clean bathroom. They tried to charge me for a regular cleaning and then a deep clean ing .their charge for a deep cleaning was 600. Charge me outrageously for 3 impressions.they plowed thru my insurance money and I am going to take them to court if they dont straighten my bill out.they are crooks but they are messing with the wrong old woman.i will file fraudulent chargesFrom their office and let Medicare handle them.Medicare does not take kindly to trumped up charges from crooked dentists. RUN AS FAST SS YOU CAN TO GET AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS.

My 2 daughters have been going here for a while now and each time we have a visit its always a great experience. Everything is always so clean and the staff is always great, including the reception.

Have had a very bad experience with this dental office! Very unhappy front office workers, expect Ms Felicia. We even had a few words with the Nursing Manger that seemed non-caring, lack of knowledge and uncompassionate. While working the profession she chose. Over an infection they decided came from getting wisdom teeth removed. Which is normal time to time. People vary depending on their immune system. Things that vary to every one is cleaning properly and just eating the wrong things. BUT NOT OKAY when you go back two days after removal, and the infection is visible ( literally the size of a persons elbow). And the team they have tell you the swelling is from the tooth being deep in the gums. You are all good, here is youre syringe, flush it out, it should go down. Did that for about two- three weeks. The stitches eventually dissolved and was eating back to normal. But still had this excruciating ball of pain on the jaw line. After maybe week, go back to Dental Partners of Red bank and they did a one- two look, was unsure what it might have been. So they gave amoxicillin and hydrocodone say come back Wednesday to see the surgeon. He places a draining tube to drain the infection not saying what was the initial problem. There was little to no drainage. So, they decided to take the draining tube out this last time. However, the Nurse Manger had to call the surgeon on her personal phone in the clinic room with me and my wife TWICE to reassure what she needed to do. Did not change her gloves but put her hands back into my mouth before anything could be said. Also, had a pair of dirty gloves on the sterile tray on top of utinsels as if the trash can was not a few steps away. Removed the draining tube and was leaned up as if I was all good to go! No gauze until I asked if I could have one for the ride home. Of course to feel more comfortable now I have a cut in my mouth with no coverage, no stitches or any advice on what I could eat. Hopefully with in due of time it will heal with no more infections. But do no recommend to ANYONE! **The health professions at this location took a oath to treat the ill to best their best ability and I believe you guys at Dental Partners of Red Bank did not stand by that oath.**

I have had a issue with a tooth for close to a year now. I have went to two different dentist and was given two different options. The last one seemed to be some what accurate but the price and process to fix the issue was $2000-$4000. So I went to dental partners in red bank and paid $240 total and in and out in a few hours with my wisdom tooth removed. Very satisfied with the price and service.

I just want to say.. Ive been bringing my son here for many years. I love this place. My 13 yr old son does too. In particular we love the employee Chelsey. She is wonderful. My son loves her. He looks forward to seeing her every 6 months. He brushes extra good to impress her. I wanna thank her for helping me raise (a now teenager..) to want to take care of and brush his teeth. I know teeth are important and now he does too. A+++

Terrible experience. Booked appointment 2 weeks ago. They called me at 12:35 the day before my appointment saying they needed confirmation by 2. Went in to give my insurance information at 1:10 and they already booked over my appointment. Definitely not going back because it seems very unorganized.

Dealing with this place has been the worst experience Ive ever had at any dentist office or doctors office ever. I dont blame the office staff, Its clearly related to the entire way this business operates as it seems the majority of their business is tn care patients. When they remove my sons braces and release us to go anywhere else I will be celebrating.

Just had our three year olds first appointment. I see a lot of negative reviews and I dont understand. Yes, we had to wait. But they kept us informed and were transparent about why. The staff is great with children. They kept us engaged and made sure our child was entertained while we waited. He came in a little scared and left wanting to go right back. Thank you!

My daughter had her first ever dentist appointment yesterday. Her appointment was at 9 and due to us being new they wanted us to show up early. We got there at 845 and we did not get called back until 1015 ish. Give or take a few minutes. My daughter did not get to school until 1105. I had an 11 o’clock appointment some where else that I wasn’t able to make it to I am only off one day during the week so all appointments have to be on that day. I thought 2 hours was good enough. Other than the long wait in the waiting room with no clue what’s going on... the assistant was very nice and she took such good care of my little girl.

Would not recommend anyone to go here! Only go here if wanted to be treated with disrespect and be lied to for 2 1/2 months! I initially came here to get my wisdom teeth and I told them from the BEGINNING I needed them out before November when my dental insurance runs out. So I called my dental insurance today to see if they had ever filed a request form and it was NEVER sent! Also I went there today for appointment and they said they called when they never did, no voicemail or anything.(appointment approval) I drive all the way there for them to tell me they gave my appointment to someone else. Now I’m having to go somewhere else to get my wisdom teeth out and don’t even know if I will be able to get an appointment schedule for the extraction before November! I’m so beyond mad at this place! I will never go back there!

I dont know what the exact circumstance is but everytime I make an appointment for my son at this office we are left waiting for a very unreasonable amount of time. I try to be as patient as possible but what pisses me off is if Im the first one that arrives in the waiting room everyone who comes in after me is seen before me for at least 1.5 hrs making me and my family feel like we are the only ones having to wait. My son even cried today because we waited so long and that is unacceptable. Part of the problem is I was told to be there at 2pm for my appointment and it wasnt set until 2:20 which would have been helpful to know. Please fix it!

I just wanted to say that I love this place. I was able to take my daughter and me and couldnt believe that they do everything there. Oral surgery, braces, fillings, we didnt have to go anywhere else! I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to be seen too! I thought they only saw kids. Oh, and I was able to get an appointment today when I called. They said they always try to do their best to get people in. I will recommend this place to all of my family and friends!

Terrible new patient experience. I scheduled my appointment over two months before my first visit to this office. When I arrived on time today, they told me that they had given my appointment to someone else because I didn’t confirm my appointment. I never received a call or text from them to confirm. It would be another month before they could reschedule. I’ll find another dentist.

If you like to be scammed this is the place for you! My wife had a scheduled cleaning and they were told our insurance would cover the initial visit of basic services. They performed X-Rays and then tried to up sell her on Deep Cleaning for several hundred dollars more. They then refused to do the basic cleaning that was covered under insurance and as a result the insurance company refused to pay for the stand alone X-Ray services as well. Because of their attempt to up sell, they are now sending us a bill and harassing us repeatedly over $78.00 that we should not have been charged. If we receive another bill we will be filling a case in small claims court. Three dentists in the same area discussed this with us and all agreed it was a scam. My wife had her X-Rays and Cleaning performed a couple of weeks later at a competitor and insurance covered it all. On Principle alone, we will never pay their scam fee.

My kids have been coming to this dentist for some years now and we love the doctors and their assistants, especially Chelsey.. she cleans my kids teeth almost every time we come and she is so fun and makes sure my kids are taken well care of.. now the ladies that work at the front desk are not pleasant people at all.. very rude and have a I don’t care attitude.. the one lady wouldn’t even look me in my eyes just kept on staring at her computer.. the doc was late bc of traffic and our appointment time was at 8 and it was almost 9 and no one even came to tell us.. so frustrating!! Management needs to train these women on common courtesy and how to treat clients!! This isn’t the first time they have been rude and I’m sure it won’t be the last time either!!! Clean building, clean restroom and very sanitary!!

My son was suppose 2 have a few teeth filled but cause he is scared they was havin 2 put him 2 sleep. We waited in the waiting room for 4 hrs!! My son had not ate since 7pm the nite b4. He finally got to eat at 430pm the next day. I will not return back here. All they could tell us is they are behind.

First time in my life I’ve ever been put so much at ease in a dentist office. Sweet, pleasant very clean. I saw the assistant wipe everything down...twice. I’m so glad I choice this office as my new dentist.

I was at the dentist for over 3 hours arranging future surgery. Dr Sims and Dr Alani were wonderful and informative, they put my mind at rest as I am really rather nervous about the whole experience. The support staff, however, left a lot to be desired. I left after 3 hours as couldnt wait any longer for information about price as they were having issues. They had already told me I owed $700 which they then confirmed that I did not. Still waiting for a return call regarding cost if surgery.

Nightmare so far trying to find out if they do actually take my sons insurance. Non-returned phone calls, they they called me back and was on hold for so long the office closed at the stroke of five while I was on hold and cut me off! Tried again today, woman never heard of my insurance and made no effort to help get me to someone who might be able to look it up. The only call back i got from THREE calls to them came from someone in Johnson City who knew NOTHING about the practice, he only schedules appointment. Geeze.

The worst experience ever. My wife had been going there for a while to get numerous issues with her teeth taken care of. She gave them a large amount of money at the beginning of last year to pay for their services. Then they tell her that they owe her a refund and they don’t send all of it back and charge her for stuff that they did not do; just so the do not have to give the money back.Then, she asked last year if they would look at a tooth and they said “oh it’s fine.” Then this year, she is having to go and get it fixed cause they did not listen, they made it worse by breaking it. Obviously, this gave her a lot of pain, so I called and said that she will have to come back. Took her back and had to have the tooth removed because it was too bad damaged. They had to pull a molar, without anesthesia because they screwed up and the anesthesiologist wasn’t there. Imagine that pain.Not to mention the time my wife begged me to go to the dentist to get my mouth fixed, I went and had it examined. They scheduled another appointment and then tell me I have to pay for another examination to the tune of $260.00 after making me sit in the waiting room for three hours past my appointment. My insurance already paid for the first one. I walked out.If you are willing to let them screw your mouth up, take all of your money and have to get a lawyer and file a malpractice lawsuit with a dentist; these are your people. Otherwise, stay away.

The Dental Partners of Redbank, TN does amazingly beautiful fillings, and this is one dental center that is upbeat with such a kind staff. If u have anxiety over dental work, this place is so calming, and u will receive the best work all while feeling relaxed. They give u a plan, and the patient can help decide what needs to be done first. I never thought going to the dentist would be pleasant, but they sure did surprise me! (👍 great place 👍)

My husband went to get a tooth pulled today. At first, the staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome. But once he met with the doctor that would be extracting the tooth, that all changed. First, in the room where the extraction took place, there were two women in the room that I’m pretty sure didn’t belong there. Neither of them were wearing scrubs or a uniform. They were just sitting there cutting up. I believe it to be highly inappropriate for people who were not working as a nurse/doctor to be in the room. Even if they are nurses, they were either not on the clock or the entire establishment is unprofessional. He spoke very rudely to my husband. He has a black eye from an accident that occurred over a week ago and when Dr. Sims saw it, he demanded to know what happened. When my husband tried to brush it off (because it’s not his business) Dr. Sims became very aggressive and territorial claiming this was “his domain” and he “had a right to know whatever he wanted. He did not wait an appropriate amount of time after giving him the numbing medication. When Dr. Sims began to remove the tooth, he yelled at him for voicing his pain and told him to “cut it out” and that he “didn’t need to be doing that”. He tried to say he wasn’t even touching him, yet he was. My husband could feel it due to the lack of medication. A second time, my husband cried out from pain and accidentally nudged his arm due to an involuntary reaction. He yelled at my husband like he was a small child saying “you don’t hit my arm! Don’t ever do that again!” Dr. Sims kept trying to say that my husband wasn’t feeling pain and that it was just pressure. He was unconcerned about the well being of my husband. He had absolutely NO bedside manners and was just all around the worst doctor we’ve ever encountered. I DO NOT recommend this doctor to ANYONE. The rest of the staff was very nice, however.Side note: My husbands numbing medication did not kick in until 15 minutes after we left.

I had a great experience. I had an abscessed tooth. It got super infected and part of my mouth swelled up. That damn tooth tried to take me out, but Dental Partners had my back.I went in for my appointment and was sitting in the back waiting to see a dentist. Suddenly there was a sharp pain in my gum and the building went silent. At that exact moment, someone kicked the door open. It was Dr. Sims. He had this angelic aura around him. He walked in. It was like it was in slow motion. He took one look at it and said, “Not today.”He walked to one end of the hallway and everyone stood on either side watching him. He let out this guttural scream and ran down the hallway as fast as he could and drop kicked that tooth right out of my mouth.His accuracy was uncanny. He missed every other tooth except the infected one. He picked up the tooth and the tooth cried out, “Oh God, not Dr. Sims. Nooooooo!” He threw the tooth on the floor with such force that it exploded into a million pieces and you could hear it’s evil screams fade into oblivion.

My mother n law paid for the 59.00 teeth cleaning for a healthy mouth..... the did xrays and refused to clean my teeth wanted to charge 200.00 for a different type of cleaningIt was a waste of 59.00 and waste of time considering I took half a day of work. I would of rather been at work and saved her the money.

They do not have emergency dental services as advertised even for current patients. I was asked to wait a week for an appointment for an abscessed tooth. Since the dentist I saw was no longer employeed there, I was refused any kind of treatment (I requested antiobiotics) until seen for an appointment entire week later.

I will start by saying i visited the red bank office to have four wisdom teeth removed, Dr Sims and his assistants were wonderful and i have no complaints regarding them. However the front desk, is an unorganized nightmare. Anytime i would call and ask for information for my scheduled surgery they would either hang up on me, say they didnt know, or give incorrect info. They tried to by pass my insurance coverage three times trying to fully charge me even though the process was approved by my insurance and i had a reference number for them. I supplied them with xrays and said they lost them and tried to charge me for more twice. When i debated, they quickly found them. I was also overcharged for the procedure, and my insurance company notified me. I called and was hung up on the first time, second time they said they didnt know and would have someone call. No call, 3 days later i called and they said it would be issued friday (3 days.) 3 weeks later i called again after not recieving refund. Conveniently it was mailed that day. Un professional and will NEVER go back. Its a shame such a good dr was saddled with such crappy staff.

The staff is awesome!! We didnt have to wait long at all to be seen & most importantly my kids loved it.

I like the office and employees. The only thing that bothered me was that there was only one hygienist and I had two children there. It took an hour for one cleaning. It’s just a little time consuming and I’m hesitant about scheduling multiple appointments on the same day. Then I would have to visit the establishment several times to accomplish what I could have in a couple of days.
