This is by far the best dental office I have ever been to. I have never been a fan of the dentist, but they dont judge. They told me what was necessary, what I needed most, and let me choose what I could afford, first. Josie lights up the office with her kind, empathetic personality and Dr Wilkinson is gentle and he speaks in terms everyone can understand. Everyone here is kind and professional and I wouldnt trade them for the world. I hope they know how amazing they are.

Dr. Brian and his staff are the BEST! Friendly, professional l, and they absolutely know their stuff. They’ve made me learn to love smiling big again, and I am so thankful we found them!

This place has a really great waiting room, it is very nice and quaint. It also has a beverage bar! The other thing that I liked about Shallowford smiles is that the workers seemed equally nice. I experienced a excellent sedation dentistry tooth extraction! I was a little nervous but I remember sitting in the chair for the procedure in the morning and then waking up in my bed later, exactly as the team described things would go. As always the office staff was very professional and courteous with my follow-up appointment. I also appreciated how Dr Wilkinson took the time to answer my questions about the next steps, and explained everything so well. I am very pleased with Shallowford Smiles!!

Great staff with the highest quality care in Chattanooga. Office staff is always welcoming and happy to answer any and all questions. The only time I’ve had to wait in the waiting room was when I was early for my appointment and they where right in time. Even then, the waiting area is very comfortable with a TV, WiFi, complimentary coffee and drink station, and comfortable seating. I’ve had extensive periodontal work done there and the entire experience was top notch. I wouldn’t recommend any other dental care facility in town over Dr. Brian and his amazing staff!

My husband and I lived in Alabama and would travel over 1 hour to see Dr. Wilkerson. We trusted him and his staff. He always had a friendly and caring personality. Now I live in Louisiana and will travel back to Chattanooga to get my teeth checked . I miss the Shallowford team.

Although I was given the impression that there was a credit company I could apply with to help with the cost, THERE WASNT. I do not appreciate deception. I did, however, LOVE the staff! Very friendly, and would answer any question you asked with knowledge and patience. If cost isnt an issue, this place will serve you very well.

Dr. Brian Wilkinson has been my dentist for the past 8 years. He is absolutely the very best. Caring and has always been available to help me and my husband during several emergencies. Outstanding Service as two (2) teeth had to be extracted due to External Resorption, two (2) abutments prepared, and a temporary bridge created. Dr Wilkerson and Heidi provided exemplary service and care, all went well with a minimum amount of pain and bleeding. Looking forward to my permanent bridge being seated in the upcoming weeks!

I havent been to the dentist in over 10 years and I was scared to go, but a friend of mine recommended this place to me. Really clean office, nice staff, and I got to watch birds out the window of my exam room. They explained everything well and were always very encouraging and helpful.

They have the cutest thoughtful Ideas. If you are in need Get a root canal, a bad Crown, they will send you home with a care package. Soup, 3 Advil or Alieve, a small facial Ice pack. My first time to see Dr. Wilkerson. I enjoyed my conversation with him. My wife manages a dental practice in Arizona so I am very familiar with the advice of a dental professional and Dr. Wilkerson is very knowledgeable and a true professional. Listen, if you havent been receiving regular dental care then dont go to any dental practice and complain about the findings you have received. Its not the doctors fault its YOURS. Its like driving an automobile and never changing the oil, dont expect good results. I think this staff was very professional and Dr. Wilkerson explained everything very well and we had a great conversation. Being the husband of someone who manages a dental practice I think they were spot on in diagnosing my care. Very nice! When I walked in, they greeted me and asked me to go straight back. They showed me to the consultation room which had a desk to fill out the paperwork. It was very private when I gave them my id cards and insurance. When I was finished, they gave me a welcome gift. They are so incredibly friendly. Dr Wilkinson was so kind and jovial. I fell in love with this place and the staff. Im pretty certain I found my new lifelong dentist.So today was my third visit, second procedure, and just like I said before Im extremely pleased that I chose this place.So today was my third or fourth visit. I had a 20-plus year old Crown come out a couple of weeks ago. I still had the crown that came out so I brought it with me instead of charging me for an entire new Crown she put the old one back in. Of course she cleaned my tooth and the crown before doing so. She could have easily told me I needed a whole new crown and I would have never known the difference. Ive said it before and I will say it again.... I love this place!

Very friendly staff. They take patients without insurance and work with you through Care Credit. My husband and I actually enjoy our trips to the dentist now. This dentist also gave me hope for my teeth, when others said there was nothing they could do and would just refer me somewhere else. The only negative thing I can say is they are quick to drill. Cavities can heal with proper diet and treatment without fillings.

One of the worst experiences. This dentist charged me 1900.00 for an upper denture. I did not have insurance and was not aware he expected to charge an additional 400.00 for the same denture which is 2300.00 dollars. This is what I agreed to but I was not satisfied with my denture from the beginning and after 6 months of adjustments and the request for additional money the dentist came in and was only concerned with what was on the treatment plan rather than trying to please me as a customer. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and it is a sad day when you trust people but their only concern is self. I do not recommend this dental office and suggest you run and never look back!

I Love How They Treat You With Respect! Im a young black man of the NAACP and I never felt different because of my race or the way I am. This is one of the best dentist in Chattanooga and I believe they’ll deserve my recommendation. My mouth treatment was layed out great. They answer all questions. I love my dentist!

On my recent visit staff was as usual friendly knowledgeable but I payed for the procedure $1000 plus it has been 3 1/2 weeks I do not have my permanent teeth if this is going to be the practice going forward I think I will ask them to let me pay them when services are rendered it’s been 3 and half weeks now but I do kn the staff good people maybe this is something beyond their control but I think if I withheld that payment until the complete services was rendered I would probably have my teeth by now good people!!
