This is the place to go if you want to spend $18 and still have a dirty car at the end. I would say its a huge ripoff. I would have been better off at the dollar 50 car Wash using the spray gun. I know for sure I will never go back to this car wash.The only thing keeping it from being 1 * is the fact that they have free vacuums. Now most car washes like this do have free vacuums but at this one you dont have to wash your car to use the vacuums.

Good I got a basic carwash,they have vaccums on the property.

Usually stop here closest one to me but it definitely needs to be clean inside the actual wash huge mold smell in the sponge strip area

After you throw your trash out they go thru your papers I seen two workers going thru paperwork in the trash.....so unless you want your things gone thru I wouldnt go here again

The vacuums were barely working. I had to use 4 different hoses just to vacuum my floor boards. That wit all trash and pieces of paper picked up and thrown away before hand

I love this place. Free vacuum before your car wash. The place is always clean and they use a brush to pre wash before you drive through. All the attendants Ive ever spoken to have been polite, friendly, and helpful. Of course I have my favorites; you know the ones that prewash it the best😉

I have been using this car wash regularly since I am no longer to wash my car. Never any problems and car comes out clean, waxed and tires blacked.

I love going to this car wash and have been going here for years and years. You can vacuum your car for free even if you dont go through the car wash. Their car wash works really well because I had got a very expensive package one day and the car was looking really nice and clean and the rims were shining as well. All I had to do was wipe off a tad bit of dirt but it came off very easily. All in all this is a really good car wash to go to

Excellent service, great staff. Its my new go-to for a nice, clean, organized car wash facility. They also have broad and fine tip vacuums, window cleaner, and cleaning cloths very accessible to the vacuum stations. Very friendly folks. A+

Good car wash. Getting a car wash here is usually a 5 or 10 minute process. Very fast in and out. Sometimes if I dont have time to vacuum that day, I will come back and vacuum another day and its nice not to have to worry about having to pay for it. Free vacuum sometimes attracts people who think that its appropriate to spend 2 hours vacuuming out their car almost as if theyre trying to clean up after a crime scene.

I like this place. Clean and equipments work. Employees are polite.

Go there all the time. Its cheap compared to others Ive been at. For $18 (max clean) your car looks amazing! (Until it rains lol). Their basic wash is $5. They even have free vacuum!

Paid for a $15 car wash and only received the $5 wash so my advice to anyone using this car wash is watch what wash they actually select when you drive up to the guys who work there.

If you are looking for a quick way to clean your car, this is the place to go. Their most expensive car was cycle is 18 bucks, i believe but it does a pretty good job. Dont expect it to get every little smudge off your vehicle though! You may have to hit some spots it missed but they have a vending machine with towels and other cleaning supplies so bring a couple 1s and 5s as the vending machine only takes cash.

I took my car there for a $5 wash. It didnt wash the bugs off the entire front end.i asked if I could drive through again.. He told me no..that I would have to go back through and pay $5 + $3 more=$8 more to get the bugs off or I could go to the lower lot scrub it myself. 😡.. I know it was only a $5 wash..but isnt a car wash SUPPOSED to clean your car?? If NOT...WHATS THE PURPOSE ??? GRRR!!!P.S. YOU MAY WANT TO READ THE REVIEWS HERE ABOUT DAMAGES !!

I have a big truck, with 38 inch tires, and I can still have it washed here. It always gets my truck super clean, and they have free vacuums, whether you get a wash or not. Highly recommend this place.

Great car wash and I could see a significant difference from when i wash my car by hand and taking it here. I never thought 5 dollars would pull such a good cleaning and on top of that free vacuums.

I always come here to vaccum my car. Its free which is amazing. The suction is much stronger then the one near Hamilton that also gives free vaccum. I havent tried the car wash itself yet. But I am pleased with how it cleans the inside of my car and how the hours are really flexible. You are in charge of how clean your car is when you clean it.

This place gets your vehicle fairly clean.

It is the only car wash that I know of, that offers free high powered vacuums to clean out your car. You can actually vacuum your car without washing it,but why would you. They offer car wash options from$5-$18, so theres one to fit your budget.

This is a local business and we send our fleet in for cleaning. We sent one of our Ford Fiesta in for a cleaning. The SS Special Wash on 04/17/2017 at 8:14am. Vehicles are inspected everyday before being driven. This car was caused body paint damage and there is dirt remaining all over the vehicle. I have tried to contact their phone line and they will not answer. I have attempted to call multiple times.

My wife and I went through with her car we got the 18 dollar wash it was easy to pay, fast service and the car looked great, after the wash we where vacuuming out the car and found my wifes 1 caret diamond that she lost 6 months ago it came out of the setting on her ring, we thought it went down the drain in the shower this was a good day

Not the best.. a little overpriced but when you dont want to hand wash your car in the cold it does the trick. Never a long wait except for the idiots that dont know how to pull up straight and put their car in neutral can hold up the line some 🤣

This is our favorite local car wash. Vacuums are great and you can use them before the wash which I prefer. The attendants do a good job with the pre-scrub and the wash itself is twice as long as the competition. We live closer to several car washes but make the drive everytime.

I have went thru twice and had horrible experience (just bought my truck) and was gonna run it through and when I got home to clean the tires,I Had Multiple Scartches all way down the side of my New Truck. Went back to wash & said come back tomorrow talk to someone elseSo I did he claims there no way that could happen there. Bs I have friends that worked at other wash/detail places and they said rocks etc. Had to be taken out often. *****Heads up dont take your vehicle if u care about it go Anywhere but Shur Shine Express in East Ridge.

Worst place ever!!! Get this I have a 1994 vehicle, I have gone to this place at least once a week to every other week every since they opened. The other day I went through and their device knocked off my side mirror. Remember this is a 1994 and the idiot told me its a factory defect Seriously!! This is 2013, for those guys who arent good at math that is 19 years Ive had the same mirror!!! They tried to tell me its factory issues LOL... They must think Im a idiot, well guess what they wont see me driving on their lot spending my 13.00 a pop! ever again! Beware!

Automated car wash self service vaccum

I took my Dodge Charger through earlier today and the car wash tore the rear bumper of my car. The manager that was working said there was nothing they could do about it because the main manager is on vacation so they took my information and say that I should get a call when he returns Friday. It is rediculous that their car was tore up my car and I’m having to be put on hold getting it fixed. I may alter this rating a little if they actually do something about the issue.
