This was the second time I used Highland Hand Carwash, and for good reason, because my vehicle sits too low to the pavement to go into other car washes without getting hung up on their tracks! Both times Ive used Highland Hand Carwash, they have provided me with excellent service. The people who work there are always cautious with my vehicle and extremely polite to me. Most important, the car always comes back to me super clean! All attendants are polite and friendly. I always look forward to returning!

Theyre really thorough and handled my honda with a lot of care. I highly recommend coming here for a detail cleaning. Im definitely coming back to get the outside washed and to keep up the maintenance for the interior. Amazing prices as well.

This place is a joke and my children could clean cars better than this place. I was charged over $100 for them to basically clean one spot. When I arrived and was telling the worker what I wanted done, he told me he did not think I needed all of those things done and he would do what he thinks needed to be done (which was obviously nothing). They had the car for over 24 hours and did nothing but clean on spot in the back of the car, poorly vacuum, and spray a fragrance over the stench I wanted them to get rid of. Dashboard still have build up dirt cup holder still sticky, sits are still dirty, doors was not touched at all. Very unprofessional and do not give customers what they ask for. Do not waste your money and time at this place.

Overall I was pretty happy with the job they did. The seats and carpet look great. I noted a few minor things that were missed inside and out. I sent a message through messenger and asked if they would touch up the things that were missed. The person I chatted with was nice and said they would be happy to do it. I actually ended up not taking my car back because I can probably clean up the rest myself. The only thing that I wasnt thrilled about was that it took ALL day. I probably should have asked for a time frame to begin with but I wasnt expecting it to take from 10 AM to 5:40 PM. I called around 3:30 -4 to ask when it might be done and I was told 5-5:30. My fiance drove me over there around 5:30 and they were still working on my car. I say this because I feel like I paid a good amount (131 + 10 tip) and it seemed like I was their last priority.Would I go back? Maybe. They did pretty good but if thats a typical time frame to detail a car then Id probably call a mobile service so I could have it done while Im at work.

Add On to Caleb Pope’s Review:I’m good with you attempting to defend your business but in doing so, try to get the facts correct. For starters, I never said I was going to ruin your business. What I did say is if you treated other customers like you treated me that you probably won’t be in business much longer. No charge for that advise. Secondly, let’s clarify my refund request. I was charged over $300 which included waxing the whole vehicle. It was picked up, not by me, and brought home. When I inspected it I was not satisfied with your attempt of waxing the roof and that is why I called you. You never mentioned anything about the roof to the person who picked up the truck. You gladly took all your money even though you were not able to produce results. When you called me back I explained the situation and you were very rude, argumentative and wouldn’t let me talk until I cut you off by raising my voice. Another piece of advise, learn better customer service skills. No charge for that either. I asked for a partial refund and suggested $25. I felt that was more than fair since I wasn’t satisfied. Another piece of advise, they are ways to clean up oxidized paint so that it can hold wax. I’ll be happy to send you a website link with instructions if you would like. No charge for this either. Thirdly, you never said that you would give me a full refund if you “got it how I wanted it”. You said you would try again. My question is, why didn’t you do it the right way the first time? Why should I have to come back again and why would you give me a full refund if you “got it the way I wanted it”. I explained I didn’t want a full refund and I was fine with paying for the work you did. I just wanted a small token for the work you didn’t do. Then after our first phone call I guess you started thinking that you handled yourself poorly so you called me back. It got to the point to where I had to tell you to never call me again and to stop harassing me! Let me ask you, if you were treated the way you treated me would you take your car back? I don’t think you would and I certainly won’t again nor will I recommend anyone else to either.Update:See the response from the owner. I’ll let the next consumer decide if he or she wants to do business with him.

I went to get my car washed on Tuesday afternoon. When I arrived (I was a walk in) I walked into the shop no one was inside. So I went back to my car and called the number on the building to see about getting a car wash before anyone could answer an employee came around back and took care of me. He takes me to the waiting room then proceeds to change his shirt in front of me in a different room with the door open weird... While I was waiting the owner called me back asking if I had called and I told him yes, but someone has already taken care of me. Not even 5 mins go by and the employee comes in starts telling / asking me what I said to his boss, because he called him and cussed him out because “I” called and said no one was there when I showed up. Made me feel very uncomfortable being there so I had my parents pick me up while he finished my car. Getting into my car I notice they didn’t even clean the gnats off of my windshield so had to do that myself after paying them to do that! I honestly would not go back, and wish I hadn’t waisted my money could have done a better job at home.

I have the messies car, like it’s so bad. With a new baby I can never find time to clean my car. Plus I’ve become so lazy after the baby. My car was horrible like I thought it would never be cleaned! But I drove past a deal I couldn’t refused! I told my self “do it” so I did and I am so impressed! This place was so clean compared to all the other shops and employees were all so polite. I’ll definitely be there again when my car becomes a mess. Great service, amazing work, and my car looked just the way I wanted it to look! Thank you again for making this mommas day just a little more easier !

For $50 bucks ($45/$5 tip) these 2 guys will hand wash, inside and out, vacuum, do the windows, scrub the wheels, make your tires look great, all while you sit flipping channels in the dingy waiting room. Took 20 minutes or so, but our car looked great!!

Awesome Detail they did on my 2 cars for a great price. I would go to this shop again. The young man (owner) maybe was very nice and respectful.

About 4 months ago, my father and I took my Toyota 4Runner to Highland Hand Carwash & Detail. At first they really really nice and we felt like we could trust them; however, when inspecting the car, we noticed the roof didn’t seem to have been waxed at all. When we called them and told them about it, the customer service was horrible. They were extremely defensive and rude saying that they did the job correctly, even though it was obvious they didn’t. We requested the supervisor call us, and when he did he was even more rude, and hung up on us. He called back and offered we bring it back in and of course we said no, so he got rude again to the point where we had to tell him to stop calling us. The poor workmanship and customer service is the reason we will never going back and never recommend this place to anybody.

I take my vehicle here once every 2 weeks and it looks brand new every time I leave. Prices are competitive customer service can’t be beat, and you won’t find a better car wash 10/10 recommend these guys!

They gave my car a good wash/wax in less than an hour. Not perfect, but great for the price. Definitely good enough to go back.

Detail was beautiful on three different autos. One was terribly soiled by a dog. Cleaned so well that one would never know that the fur friend had ever had an accident. Totally satisfied.

Needed a quick car wash on break at work and was tired of paying for a drive through car wash that never got my car clean so I stopped in and had my car hand washed and was out of there in ten minutes and finally got the clean car look I’d been wanting

Excellent Job on my VAN

I went here and the ?owner? went up on the price that was posted. He also showed me I had sap on my car by scratching it with his thumbnail. My car now has scratches in several places where he showed me I had sap. I will never go here again.

Tell me this place wasnt a joke, I went to get a detail and had tape on my window and they couldnt even remove it....
