BEWARE... Classic case of I wish I would have listened to the others!!! As a frequent traveler of the greater southern states I take interest in exploring the hidden treasures of the cities & towns I am a guest in, one of them of course being of course, car washes. After visiting some of the more popular stations Im the greater Chattanooga area I have had some hit / miss experiences that have been manageable due to the owners response & involvement to better serve their community. However this stop has been dreadful, the owners/managers have all but gave up completely on this establishment. As I pulled up I noticed running water on a few of the nozzles at first glance I thought they were defective. As I began using the machine I noticed pressure was available to a low degree, the machines digital face was busted, and there was trash scattered across the parking lot. Against my better judgement I proceeded anyways. After several swipes the operating system kicked up where I was treated with nothing but air shooting out for the first two settings.. disappointed I began with high pressure soap, then followed a watered down lightly effective scrub brush.. The machine cut out on me three times, and charged my card an even ten dollars for what was easily a five dollar or less time sensitive manual wash.. Personally will never return & I advise anyone who has read this far to do the same. Spread the word & get crooks like this out of the cities profit scheme. Thank you

Horrible.. nothing worked right.. vacuum hose is cheap and broke down.. foam wash brush was making so many noises from God knows what.. no tri foam.. no actual wax came out .. and I couldnt even get the machine to stop charging my credit card when I pressed and held stop!.. and on top of that the mat holders in my bay #2 were all defective!

I had a small issue when I went to this car wash. Got in touch with the owner and they were courteous and assured me they would handle it. And they did. Wouldnt hesitate to stop in again when I am in the area. Thank you!

Do NOT go to this car wash! Unfortunately, I did yesterday and am paying the consequence today. First of all, the change machine was broken, forcing me to use my debit card in the credit card machine. A car wash costs $1.75 according to their posted sign. My card was charged $10. Secondly, I have called the owner twice today with no response. I will be challenging this charge to my card through my bank. Avoid this place at all costs! Immoral, greedy, and dishonest.

Had to click a star to even post this. Who ever owns this u ripped me off with my debit card and I will get to the bottom of it. U dont want to answer my call and get back to me and give me back my money . So the money u took from me will cost u alot more. U should be a real business and do people right not rip them off.

DONT USE CREDIT CARD. Used and was billed $10 for 1 wash cycle. Called and left message told was going to dispute charge.(no return call) Refunded $10 and charged $2...THEY LOST A CUSTOMER

Paid for $5 auto rinse and clean and was charged $10 on my card AND then the machine never started!!!!!! So I left with a still dirty car and ripped off! Only number I saw was an emergency number to call, no number for customer service. DO NOT GO HERE!
